Joey was the BEST limo driver we have had! He was Prompt and the limo was CLEAN and fully stocked. We arrived to dinner at the Venetian on time. We communicated via text and came back on time! We went to our next destination and then drove around Las Vegas in style. The 5 hours was well worth it! We will use Kaptyn again DEFINITELY!

I had Kaptyn pick me up at my house before an international flight. The driver was punctual, polite, and even loaded my luggage for me. They also picked me up right at baggage claim when I returned. I was ushered directly to a private pick up area. The car was clean and had tons of space. They even had bottles of cold water. This is the way to roll up like a VIP in Las Vegas!

Being a person who plans well ahead of schedule, I started looking for a limo company about 3 months before I actually needed one. I was fortunate enough to get Ernest on the phone that day in June when I first called Kaptyn. He was so wonderful. He never rushed me and he took all the time needed to answer every one of my questions thoroughly. He even explained the process right down to the pricing for me...and that was after I told him I wouldn't even need the limo until September! It is so rare to find a customer service representative these days that isn't just going through the motions. Ernest made me feel important and valued. He made me feel like this company cared and would do all they could to make my special day even more special. By the end of our call I promised him I would call back and book with them based on the exceptional service he gave me! Well here we finally are, just 3 weeks from my event so I called Kaptyn again today. Ernest was nice enough to take the call as soon as he was free and as I concluded my booking, I let him know that he is THE reason I never called any other company and gave my business to Kaptyn! 😁🤝

Excellent service. We use Kaptyn when we arrive and depart Vegas. The drivers are excellent drivers I truly feel safe riding with Kaptyn. They are always on time greeting us on our arrival and taking our suitcases to the vehicle. All the driver we have had treat you like family. They always welcome you back. We booked a party bus for our wedding and it was a fantastic experience. The driver was punctual and very kind. The company was fantastic with communication, sending me reminder texts and the drivers number so I could directly communicate with him. My guests loved the bus and it helped our day go by smoothly. No one needed to worry about navigating in an unfamiliar city, we could just focus on having fun in the back. We organized 2 trips with Kaptyn for my friend's bachelorette party. We had Bill for our airport pickup who was awesome! We needed to stop off at a liquor store before being dropped off at our hotel and he helped us carry out the boxes of liquor and was super cool about stopping along the route. We also has Jesus for our multi-stop pick up that evening. Both drivers were super communicative and gave me advanced notice when they were in route to pick us up. Booking was super easy and support is always available to help. We really enjoyed the whole experience and will be using Kaptyn for our Vegas limo and driver bookings in the future!

We had a great experience with Kaptyn! We arrived in Vegas at 12:30 am and it was so nice to have our driver there and waiting on us. He was so nice, informative, and helpful. After a couple quick stops at the liquor store and dispensary, he got us to our room quickly and safely. He actually walked into the liquor store and carried our booze out for us!!! I have use this service company many times, they’ve never disappointed this time recently I had to make a few adjustments to my trip. They were always very responsive and helpful. The drivers I had this time were John and Gordon both great good sense of humor. They always go above and beyond. There are many companies or ride share you could use but I believe this company offers the best value/experience for your trips to Vegas

Top tier car service! We had a 6:00 am flight out of Vegas and our driver Samantha, was at our hotel 20 minutes earlier than our scheduled pick up time. She communicated with me that she was already there and for us to take our time and she would see us when we came down. For 3:00 am she had such a great attitude and made sure all of us were comfortable on our ride to the airport. We will definitely be using Kaptyn from now on for our transportation to and from the airport when we travel to Vegas! Highly recommend

She should train everyone in ALL of Las Vegas on how a customer service dept. should be run! Thanks again! As promised, now my review on my ride to the airport. Thaddeus was my driver. He was very prompt, courteous and we had a great conversation while in route. He was just wonderful. Another 5 star rating! I love the fact that the company lets you know when they are in route, and gives you the drivers number in case you need to call, (which I did.) I was more than pleased with Kaptain for a ride service, and will ONLY call them next time for my travel needs. Why call anyone else?

It was my son's 21st birthday, and he was jazzed opening the complimentary bottle of champagne. Received a text message as we landed and the driver was waiting for us after the baggage claim with a sign with my name on. Very friendly and informative. Short stop at a store to buy some water beer wine etc and he stored the goods for us. When we arrived at our resort he went inside and got a luggage trolley for us. First class service throughout. The online portal to make reservations doesn’t allow for booking a round trip and it’s not the easiest to navigate. Calling to make a reservation is better. I’ll book again for my next trip to Vegas.

Ay ay Kaptyn! Truly a luxury car service! We had a driver pick us up from the airport, he was waiting when landed and very patient while we waited at bag claim. We told him it was our first time in a Tesla and he took the time to show us around the car. My husband and I eloped at A Little White Wedding Chapel and rented a limo through Kaptyn. Sean was our first driver and he was very professional and sweet. He escorted us in and out of the limo, especially me (bride), making sure my gown cleared the door. He was very patient and helpful, as we couldn’t figure out how to connect our phones to the Bluetooth. After the ceremony, we headed to the famous Vegas sign to meet our photographer. On the way, we had some vehicle problem and had to switch limos. The second limo arrived within 15mins! There was even a road closure, so we were shocked with how fast the second Limo arrived. Joel was our second driver and he was a blast! Joel definitely made up for the vehicle mishap! He took us everywhere and anywhere! He even took us to the new Vegas sign, where got some really great photos! If we ever find ourselves in Vegas again, we both agreed that we are personally requesting Joel as a driver!

The limo was sharp looking, clean and comfortable, the only way to travel back and forth in Vegas. Just be aware the driver's tip is already included in the fee, I gave the drivers an extra 20% not knowing this. If I did, I would have given them an extra 10%.

we had a great experience in the limo, but a few expectations fell short. we were told our limo driver would be waiting outside the resort/by the limo with a sign (we requested a specific sign to surprise the bride), but instead he waited in the car and texted me. i didn’t have my phone in my hand and had to knock on the window which felt awkward. the glasses of champagne in the limo were instead red solo cups, which felt informal and reminiscent of a frat party. the vehicle we booked was “down,” so we had to pick a different vehicle which wasn’t a huge deal, just something to note. the drive was pleasant and we enjoyed the temperature and music selection. the driver was on time which was crucial so we were very happy about that. overall great, but fell short with what we were promised.

We used Kaptyn for airport service in Las Vegas, and couldn't be more pleased. Yes, it's more expensive than a cab or uber, but for me it was well worth the cost. No taxi line and no waiting on Uber to show. Driver met us at luggage claim and helped get the bags to the car. The booking agent was helpful and professional and I both sides of the ride were hassle free. The cars were extremely well maintained and both drivers were courteous and early for pickup. I highly recommend Kaptyn.

Our service was to/from Allegiant Stadium for a concert. The cars and drivers were fantastic and the pricing was very reasonable. Our only issue was with drop off and pickup points. When we booked the service no one told us that we weren't actually being dropped off at the stadium. The dropoff was at the same place stadium employee bus drops off and then you have to walk to the stadium... expectation when I get a car service is I at least get closer to the stadium. We were told we would be picked up in lot N which is where ride share picks up (a lot closer than our dropoff), but I got a call from the driver stating she was at the same place we were dropped off. I told her we were in lot N which is where we were told we would be picked up and we weren't walking all the way back around the stadium. She was great and found us, but I am disappointed the Kaptyn doesn't ensure their drivers know where they need to go. It's worth pointing out that the original dropoff point is across the street from the stadium, down a dark alley on a back street. Since there is no security in this area it's not a safe option for pickups late at night. Kaptyn should definitely inform their customers of all of this and ensure drivers know where they should be to pickup customers (also worth noting if you're going to the stadium that Kaptyn does not have the necessary permit to drop you at the stadium). I would use the service again, but now I know what I am getting.

After getting quotes from Asterride, Luxury Limousines, Earth Limos and Elite -- Kaptyn had the best price and easiest booking for our two point to point rides. Our two drivers texted when they were on their way to our pick up and upon arrival -- making meeting up (even on the strip at 10pm) very easy. The cars were both very clean and drivers (Sherri and Paul) very personable, polite and knowledgeable. I was a little worried after reading some reviews, especially given I was travelling with my family (ages 4-70), but they delivered 100% of what we needed at a great price!! I used Kaptyn for multiple car services for clients of mine, all were from Las Vegas Airport to hotels. All round they had a great experience on service, vehicles and drivers. The big issue I have and keep seeing in the reviews are unexpected charges. All car services/transfers with any other company do not charge additional due to 'time' if booked as a point to point (pick up from airport to hotel). I was charged almost double as the transfer went into a 2nd hour! If this transfer was booked on a hourly basis I would fully understand, however this transfer was not. I spoke with the customer service who told me the transfer was booked wrong, which is was not. When I spoke with a 'Manager' he advised me I was stupid as all Vegas car services are on a 'hourly basis' and laughed at me on the phone! He advised I would be receiving a call from his manager in the near future and still nothing. After looking at further reviews and seeing this is a common issue, I will not be using Kaptyn services and advising my company to refrain from going near them.

I've used this car service multiple times, usually with no issues. You get an hour apparently from when your plane lands until you are dropped off... Our plane was delayed with getting to the gate, and then our bags were delayed. Our driver failed to tell us this and we were more than Double charged since we went over the 1 hour that was provided to us (she took the 60% tip I gave her with no issue though). I emailed customer service but was told the above, that I get 1 hour from when the plane lands. I do appreciate the customer service rep though, they saved myself (& my business colleagues) so much money by confirming my choice of not going with this car service for each of my trips to Vegas. Thank you Kaptyn! Uber Premier sounds like a better option for us **1 to 4 star update: Kaptyn refunded me the overages and just charged me for the hour that was spent getting into the car and taking me to the hotel **

While my airport to hotel transfer was fine, return was absolutely a disaster. Despite calling the day before (where the agent had to call me back 3 times to fill in questions she hadn't asked such as where was I being picked up!), there was no vehicle at the scheduled time. Here is what I was told each time I called: First call, 5 minutes after scheduled time: "Are you sure you have a reservation? Then, the driver is on the way, not sure when he will arrive." Second call, 20 minutes later: "Oh, we don't pick up at that hotel." I was working with the hotel to get a Lyft/cab when the front desk noted the Kaptyn van driving past outside (it's now almost 40 minutes past the time I scheduled). They ran and caught the driver outside who apologized profusely and said they have agents who don't know the company policies. They actually don't routinely pick up at my hotel, only the big casinos. He also said that my reservation had been made for the day before (which was one of the errors the first agent had tried to correct) and had been cancelled, which it wasn't. The only reason I made it to the airport in time was that the driver had no other pickups and it was a Saturday night (not a busy night at the airport). I don't usually write negative reviews but I think this was extraordinary. Rather than sell a round-trip transfer, it would have been fine to sell one way and let the customer know they would need to take a ride-share or cab back.

We had to attend a wedding at the Las Vegas Paiute Resort, way north of town. We live in the Silverado Ranch Area, south of the airport. We made the arrangements for travel to and from the wedding venue. About $61.80 each way. Worth it because there was an open bar at the reception, so we didn't have to worry about alcohol consumption. Going there, we had Loretta as our driver. She was prompt, polite and a safe driver. Coming home, we had Helen as our driver. Same qualities. Excellent service. We hadn't used anything but Uber in the past, but the prices were comparable for our trip. I think we might have a new source for transportation. Kaptyn uses Tesla EVs.

**Updated review, from one star to three.** I was contacted by the owner of Kaptyn. He explained the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate events that transpired on our wedding day. Sounds like it was a series of unavoidable problems with company assets. To summarize, “a worst case scenario for a transportation/customer service business.” After a pleasant email exchange, he made things right and also requested that we give them a chance to redeem themselves in the future. While I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication as things unfolded on our wedding day, the fact that the owner reached out and offered to make things right shows integrity and humility. We will give Kaptyn another shot during our next Vegas trip. -Original Review- Booked a limo and a party bus for our wedding 3 weeks ago. Our limo was a no show because it was used to cover for another limo that broke down earlier that morning… ON OUR WEDDING DAY WITH 24 PEOPLE WAITING FOR A RIDE!!! I’ve had this reservation for over 6 months, paid in full. They told us our limo would be an hour late, to which replied “The F it will!” We had a ceremony and a schedule to keep! Our party bus driver was excellent, professional, and beyond apologetic. What baffles me is their drivers don’t even know when they’re going to the same place. Our party bus driver had no clue there was a second limo supposed to be accompanying him for our party. Our driver that showed up was the one bright spot in the entire experience. He was tipped very heavily for saving the day! As for Kaptyn/Presidential Limo, your company needs to unscrew themselves. You nearly ruined the most important day of our lives and we didn’t even get so much as an apology, a discount, nothing.

Outstanding service our plane was 20 min late landing. Walter text and said no problem he was waiting by baggage claim and he was. He is super friendly and knowledgeable about the city. He took us to the Hotel and gave us plenty of places to check out. And our return we had Sarah pick us up 20 min early. She was funny we exchanged stories to the airport. I have recently started using Kaptyn in the past few months and have been pleasantly surprised and finding myself wanting for a Kaptyn service in every city I work. Drivers have always arrived early, are super cool and competitively priced. Can’t beat that! Teslas are their vehicle offering for getting where you need to go, so you arrive and get picked up in style. I’ve had 6 rides to date, ranging from scheduling family pickups from the airport late at night, super early departures and dropping my daughter off at school on the way and getting picked up from the airport myself. I've used limo companies for years to accommodate our customers and execs during the CES show. It was great to return to the show in Vegas and we used Kaptyn for CES 2022. My drivers for the week were AMAZING. Prompt, attentive, communicative and each provided excellent service! CLEAN vehicles and we used one of the Tesla X vehicles in our fleet! AWESOME! Due to travel restrictions, I had to manage our trip requests remote - which I was nervous about. But, things really couldn't have run smoother! And the support I got from the office on our contracts was equally great. I got that top notch service for our customers and execs that I hoped for, and everyone had a great experience!! Flying into Las Vegas Stanley picked us up at the airport and took us to the Cosmopolitan Casino Resort. He was on time, he loaded our luggage into the car (a beautiful new Tesla) was friendly and informative and got us to the hotel really fast where he unloaded our luggage for us. True 5 Star service! Flying home Malcolm picked us up at the Cosmo in what looked like a modern version of a Delorian! The car was beautiful and Malcolm loaded our luggage (3 large suitcases and 2 small plus a back pack!) into the car and got us very quickly to the airport. He was waiting for us out front of the hotel so we did not have to walk to meet him or wait for him, he was really nice and unloaded our luggage at the airport. Again...true 5 star service. We made our reservations for both rides through the concierge at the Cosmopolitan. I will use Kaptyn now every time we are in town!

However it was cleared up. I received a call from a manager/owner confirming that all was taken care of. Now if they show up on time I'll change the rating to 5 stars. 12/21/21: I booked a ride to the airport for 12/22 at 5:30 AM, but my email confirmation says 1:30pm, my text message confirmation says 5:30 am (which is correct). I am giving them 3 stars only because the driver was very nice and I don't think my issues were his fault. I was linked to them through Presidential Limo, which I have heard great things about and I really wanted a Model X. I booked online a Tesla Model X through Kaptyn's website, very easy! Once we landed in LAS, I had a text waiting for me that said who the driver was, the license plate # and the type of car (Model X). When we arrived to LAS the driver was waiting for us, per the personal text he sent us, letting us know where he was located. However, when we arrived to the car it was Model Y. I know its a first world problem and not a huge thing, but I paid for and specifically asked for a Model X. I personally own a Model Y, but I have never been in an X, so I wanted something special/fun to kick off our trip. The driver said he usually drives the X but had the Y that day. I did not mention to him that I had paid for an X, and maybe I should have, so that is on me. I attempted to get a hold of them, but no one responded to my messages. If they would have responded and made things right, I would have given another star. Thankfully I did not book the return with them and we used a taxi. Unfortunately, I really have no desire to use them again, which is a shame, because it really is a unique product they have. Editing to 4*-I sincerely appreciate the owner reaching out and making things right and acknowledging the issue. Thank you

Update: Aug 2021 I spoke with Duke, an upstanding person, who made it right. I will give Kaptyn another shot in a couple of weeks. Not good. Easy to book online. You even have to put in your flight number to be able to book. However, that doesn't do any good because they booked me in the PM instead of the AM even though the flight info said AM. No way to change or cancel on the website, calling took 3 times to get through. This is actually the 2nd time this has happened in the past 3 months. Good idea, terrible website, app, execution and spotty customer service at best. I do not recommend this service at this time.

I booked 3 rides with Kaptyn (Under the old name Presidential - I think Kaptyn bought them recently) and all were amazing. Right before going on the trip I read some bad reviews about lack of staffing and slow service. I'm pretty much leaving this review to say that we did NOT experience anything like that. All drivers communicated effectively and were on time. We rented 2 limos (airport transfer) and a party bus. The bus was so much fun and worth every penny. The airport transfer was super cool and made us feel like royalty for our friends 50th bday arrival. (Prices were very competitive too.) Drivers for all nights were really hospitable and even made a stop or 2 for us by request to get liquor, water and other party items. The service was top notch and the limo was clean. We tipped extra we were so pleased. Will definitely book again. One last thing to note. Huge benefit that the presidential website is so easy to navigate. One of our reasons for booking with them originally was the ease of the process. Also the pricing was good. Leaving this review to give others hope, that its not all bad out there and we had a really great experience

We hired the pink limo for my wedding and it was amazing! Our driver Senay was so kind and early! He let us take a few photos and even let us dj the music inside. They had champagne on ice and cups ready for us both at pick up and at drop off (we took it both ways). The limo was so cute and fun and I love all the photos we took in it! Not sure why they have bad reviews they were professional, early, courteous, and communicative.
