Duke, our driver was awesome! One of the best customer service attitudes we've ever experienced! He met us inside by baggage claim with a sign that had our name on it and was punctual. The limo a Cadillac Escalade had plenty of room for 4 checked bags and 6 carry-ons in the trunk. The stereo had Bluetooth or Auxiliary so you can play your own music. There was champagne inside. We booked a ride from the airport, stopped at a grocery store and then took a little ride down the strip then to our hotel. Limo was in excellent condition. One recommendation I'd have is when we were emailing to book the limo the reps weren't the best at responding to questions. It made us a little nervous before we booked the limo. When we called they seemed more helpful.

Had a very nice experience, I loved the driver on the way to the airport came fully prepared and on the way home Jessie took some amazing pictures with a spot of his idea! Very classy Lincoln towncar. Love ETA would use them again!

Brian was unbelievable, he really took extra care with us every second of the trip. Courtesy call before we boarded the plane, then clear communication once we landed. One of our guests forgot her purse in the car and he came back and dropped it off for us almost 30 minutes after the ride ended. So much integrity and class. 100% recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of using the ETA for a 4 day event at CES, and I have to say, it was an absolute joy! From the moment we booked the service, the team at ETA was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the process of organizing transportation for the event stress-free. But the real standout was our driver, Robert. Not only was he punctual and professional, but he went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was top-notch. He was always there to lend a helping hand, and his friendly and personable demeanor made the long days of the event much more enjoyable. The sprinter itself was also great, with plenty of space for all of our gear and a comfortable as well. We will definitely be booking with ETA again next year.

This company is simply amazing! My brother got snowed in Seattle and was not able to meet my 97 year old Mother at the Las Vegas airport as planned. I called and talked with Brian who was very helpful and arranged for my Mom to be met at baggage claim. My Mom is not very good with text messages so Brian arranged with their driver (Rodney) to call her and text her too. Rodney met Mom at baggage claim and got her luggage and her wheel chair for her and took her to the Golden Nugget. Rodney even called me to tell me that he found my Mom too! Unfortunately once they arrived at the Golden Nugget, My Mom tried to get out of the car by herself and fell down and bumped her head while Rodney was getting her wheelchair out. Rodney was very helpful getting Mom inside and he actually helped my Mom get to her hotel room! Mom said, "He stayed with me to make sure I was okay and he was such a gentleman!" Rodney went above and beyond and our whole family is so thankful for everything he did for her! We arrived the next day and Mom was fine. She had a sore hand and broken glasses but it did not stop her from playing Bingo! I am so relieved and thankful that this company exists and that they have such wonderful caring people who will go out of their way to help! 5 Star Service!!

I really want to rate my experience as a 2 start rating, but I couldn't find it in me to do so. The ride was smooth, the driver was nice......but my Supreme disappointment was how I paid an extra $15 for the driver to hold a sign for my in-laws and he forgot the sign.....when I met him at the carousel, all he was holding was a phone with my name on it. The first thing I told him was, "I thought you were supposed to hold a sign that says **** and ****?" And his response was he forgot it in the car and that he can go and get it.....I told him that I was so very disappointed and don't want to be because he is a nice driver. I had to tell him that my in laws have never experienced a imo service so I wanted to surprise them for their anniversary. In the end, we were happy we got the limo, but I myself as the purchaser was/still am disappointed. The ride from the hotel to the airport was a breeze and our driver was on time and helpful with everything. Don't get me wrong, both drivers were awesome. But the disappointment in not having the sign-my present to my in-laws- made the experience moot.....

We were in Vegas for a wedding and used ETA for car service to and from the airport. Robert greeted us there with champagne and cold water bottles Wow what a start but it gets better. During the rehearsal we were stranded in a remote area where there were no Ubers, I quickly called ETA and asked if they had anyone available, sadly they did not but Chad the person I spoke with said he would happy to pick us up using his own vehicle on his personal time double WOW and did not charge us for the ride. It doesn’t get better. Thanks again Chad you saved us :) Travis thanks for the ride back 4:30am was tough. You guys ROCK!!!

Great service, our driver met us at the baggage claim and helped with all our bags to the car. Quick service, wry friendly and professional. Only downside is the car was quite old but it was kept in great condition. Will recommend them

5 stars for the service, the communication and our driver, Jesse, was absolutely amazing!!!! The limo, however, was pretty dirty, but, everything else outweighed the filth. I can't say enough about our experience!!

First I have to say I was impressed with the communication before my trip to LV with ETA. My Limo driver Travis was very welcoming and helpful. He made sure all our needs were taken care of before dropping us off at the hotel. I did have one complaint and that was the ac in the back off the limo was blowing hi ot air which Travis said he will have some take care of it asap. When it was time to checkout the limo came on time to take us to the airport. Like I said excellent service. Thanks To Travis for a wonderful experience.

So I booked ETA to provide airport transportation to and from the hotel for my brother's birthday. The pick-up from the airport when we arrived in Las Vegas was amazing. If I remember correctly the drivers' name was Travis and he went above and beyond for us it was amazing. The return ride wasn’t that great. We reserved a sprinter for both trips which we did get, but the driver whose name I don’t recall wasn’t as great as Travis. We had to carry our bags, and the bags had to be loaded in the area where we were sitting versus in the designated area separate from the seating area in the sprinter van. The driver was okay but that was it. No water or Champagne like the ride when re arrived. Overall we made it to the airport safely and that’s what matters most. If you reserve them PLEASE ASK FOR TRAVIS HE WAS AMAZING AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND…

ETA was awesome! Had my bachelor party in Vegas this weekend and used ETA Friday and Saturday night. It made transport a breeze, we didn't have to worry about coordinating rides or walking anywhere. The vans were clean, roomy, and stocked with everything we needed. Our driver Uly was knowledgeable and courteous and she showed us how to link to the van through Bluetooth so we could play our own music. Overall ETA was a wonderful experience and helped me just enjoy the weekend and not worry.
