AWG provided excellent customer service for a large group airport pickup and drop off. Vehicles were high end and well maintained. Staff was on time, courteous, and one of our drivers was even able to make a few adjustments to our ride needs after pick up to accommodate our immediate needs and change of plans. Making the reservations was easy, reaching someone at any time I had a question was possible (real people answer the phone), and their email method of confirmation and information exchange was on point.

This was an awesome experience! We booked this company for our friend’s Bachelorette party! Our driver was awesome! So polite and fun! He was on time picking us up, which was very important! He took us to pick up drinks and he took us to take pics at the Las Vegas sign! He let us play music and let us get as rowdy (within the rules of course) as we wanted to till we reached our destination. We had an amazing time and we will definitely book with this company again!

I have used AWG many times. most recently on 9/27/2022. The customer service is excellent. My drivers Mitch and Alex are First class Professionals. The vehicles are ultra clean. If you want a great way to start and end your trip, I highly recommend AWG. Its not much more and often less than Uber Black. Big Thank you to Christine Mitch and Alex!

AWG is a good service that gets the billing and communications aspects all wrong.
Lets start off with the booking. The agents I interacted with all seemed to have dispatch schedules. So what that meant was i never talked to just 1, so when i had a problem with the initial reservation it took a total of 3 extra requests until it reflected properly.
Further when I told them that the flight was going to be delayed and that we wouldnt need the ride until x y or z time they continuously told me that they would monitor and update the route as part of their service... that kinda pans out as a general lie. They still had the bus there and the driver was sending me texts while i was still in the air. I did have them arriving late in the first place, but our flight was delayed nearly 2 hours and they wouldnt adjust so much as a half hour on the billing, so that was a bit disappointing.
Lastly, the way the contract described the "recommended gratuity" vs what they eventually try to push on you are basically not recommendations at all. they say they recommend that and if you want to try to pay gratuity in a different manner you can let them know, but in actuality they dont really have a system to allow that and when you try they basically refuse.
so... did they do what we needed them to do? yes, but the communication was poor and the contract needs to be revamped, and they need to incorporate all the stupid nickle and dime fees into a flat rate. like who charges a covid-19 fee in 2022?? It's been three years, you think i want to see a stupid $17 line item on a $1000.00 transportation bill? what exactly is the fee covering huh? give your drivers a raise and stop relying on gratuity and if its mandatory the way you want to do it then say so, dont hide that by trying to argue with me when i say, we let the driver go 2 hours early so i want to pay a x amount gratuity.

We arrived at the Harry Reid airport and were greeted at the baggage carousel by Lori. We have been using AWG for years when we travel to Las Vegas. Their cars are clean and drivers are good. Today’s driver, Lori, was exceptional! Lori was on time, at the correct meeting area and met us with a smile. Lori helped us with our luggage which was very welcome since my husband needs a wheelchair when we travel. Lori just made our entire experience today seamless. Thank you!

The limo was right on time and called to let me know he had arrived. The limo was a big one to accommodate 8 of us so it was super roomy, reminded me of a party bus. They driver was somewhat friendly. The main issue we had was that the panel to control everything was broken. We were stuck with all of the interior lights on the whole time and trying to fiddle with it. When we asked the driver to help us he simply said I’m just the driver and he didn’t know anything about it. The panel also had the button for the divider as well as the air conditioning. By the end we we were sweating with no chance of airflow. I think your drivers need to know a little bit more about the vehicles they are driving and you need to inspect all of them before sending them out. The trip was not as fun because we were worried about trying to fix your limos lights. It’s tough to party when you’re sitting in full brightness.

We originally booked a limo, but later got confirmation that there was none available and were able to secure an Escalade. We did book on the day of the service.
