Always pretty professional when I use them. Sometimes you may have to wait an hour for your ride, but there is a guide telling you if they are busy, so i take that into consideration now that I found that. Last time I called, they went to the wrong location, but they were very apologetic. Drivers don't go the long way, but will ask you the fastest route to your destination. One driver did go ten to fifteen under the entire trip and picked the most congested lanes and spent the whole trip on the phone with his wife. Car 71 I wouldn't want if it's the same guy every time.

They were ON TIME. I was truly grateful. I scheduled a ride at 1am and needed to be picked up by 5:30am, they arrived 10 minutes early. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to help with directions...but the driver at least knew that the direction his map was taking him was the wrong way.

This was my first time using this cab company and on a scale of 1-10, the service was a 10. The dispatcher was very polite and the driver was like a family friend. If I ever need another taxi service I will definitely give them a call. Thank you !!!

Tonyia is awesome every time I have called she has been very pleasant. The type of personalty's that will make you remember that even if you have a bad day there are still good people and the world is not all bad. My driver last 05/20/18 was friendly, professional and safe I was recently in a wreck so I watched everything not to be picky but it is a result of a car accident 2 months ago. I must give ***** 5 stars. This is why you guys will always be my first call. Thanks yellow cab thanks Tonyia and Driver.

In January of 2016, I was in Baton Rouge for an event at the Celtic Media Centre. Afterwards I was in desperate need of transportation back to my hotel, due to my ride having to leave early. Not being from the Baton Rouge area, someone called this company for me, and the driver quickly arrived and brought me back to my hotel in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with him during the ride. Thank y'all so much for the friendly and fast service!!! I apologize, I should've written a review earlier, but I must've forgot. Yall are top notch and I will definitely use y'all again, next time I'm in Baton Rouge. Once again thank y'all!!! p.s. My sincere apologies, I should've tipped the driver way more than I did!!!

It only took 15 minutes for my ride to show up. He was very talkative and kind. He didn't mind that my boyfriend was on the phone with us the entire time. And just because we were paying with cash he decided to save us $8. The whole time I was smiling.

Ask for Willy. We had a terribly lost foreigner. Not only did he go to multiple addresses to find her on the street for us, waited 20 minutes for our picture text, he also followed up with a curtsy call (we are out of state) to my cell phone to let us know she was safe in the airport. He was calm and patient the whole time we were freaking out. Thank you Willy!

Today I took 4 cabs , love how friendly they are and the last guy was super sweet and full of conversation. Twice he's picked me up and I'm so happy. I hope to see him again

These guys are great - they have this app that lets you know exactly what's going on and we were able to flag 'em and hop in right away to get to our destination - no problems!!
