Joe was such a blessing. Worked with me (not in the area) to get my relative back to assisted living from a middle of the night ER visit. All thru text messages. No ambulance, no assisted living facility transport and no uber. Joe was the only who answered my urgent call. What a blessing....courteous, helpful, prompt and worked to help me through a stressful time.

I cannot say enough good things about Taxi Joe's taxi service. Long story short, my 93 year old father was stranded after midnight at Baptist Floyd Hospital with no wallet or phone. I called nine taxi companies. NINE. Taxi Joe came to the rescue! He answered my call and text, assured me that he could pick up my father and return him to his assisted living facility, which he did. Joe was courteous, kind, efficient, and a man of his word. He was truly a taxi angel in the night!!!
