We had a 7 hour delay for a flight during the holidays that got us in at 4 in the morning. It was absolutely exhausting. I cannot begin to express how grateful we were to have our driver Levon there and waiting for us with a smile. He helped make the end a very long day feel easy. Levon truly went out of his way to take care of us. He even made sure we stopped to get breakfast so that we could just pass out as soon as we got home! I can’t imagine anyone being more helpful after that experience. Thank you!!!!!

Which makes the drive easier because you feel safer. He was right on time for both our pick up's. And waited outside so we can find him easier after the concert. He also asked about our time at the concert which was very sweet. We'll definitely be asking for him again.

Our family used this car service for our first ever trip to LA, we were arriving with a toddler and infant - for which they provided appropriate seats - not many can lay claim to that! we received constant email updates on progress, loved the email giving the driver details and photo (great security feature!). Drivers were constantly seeking the most efficient route, given the traffic volumes. Clean and comfortable cars with an appropriate level of personal service (luggage assistance and chatting while en route). This service took away a huge amount of anxiety by providing exactly what they said, getting us from A to B in a safe and comfortable style. We would definitely use this service again, and I hope your experience with them was as good as ours.

The driver was well dressed, punctual, the car was clean and there was bottled water. For international guests without a car, this service comes highly recommended!

Drivers picked me up on time both arriving to LA and departing from my hotel for my flight to LAX. Cars were clean and well kept. Drivers knew the Los Angeles area well and were very polite and cordial. If you are traveling with a family and have extra luggage I'd highly recommend using the private car service. Well worth it.

Absolutely stellar, top-notch car service! They are one of the most professional organizations out there. I've become a regular client because of their attention to detail, their immediate acknowledgement of my booking with an email confirmation and then they provide continual communication on the day of my service -- who my driver is, his/her picture, what their cell number is, license plate, when my car is en route, when it has arrived, etc. etc. The cars are immaculate and the drivers are always about 15 minutes early. You just cannot ask for better!

Levon was my driver - he has driven me a number of times and is simply amazing! Not to detract from the other drivers as they’re prompt, professional and meeting expectations of this busy executive. With Levon, however, it is the little things that he masters with expertise. If I am late (due to traffic conditions - a rarity in Los Angeles right?) he makes miracles happen...if I want to talk he is very kind, interesting and entertaining. If I am not in the mood or exhausted from travel, he never forces conversation (his intuition is spot on). Levon is an uncommon man in the age of entitlement and laziness. He is a very grateful man that works very hard and expresses positivity while he does his work. Which means a lot to this frequent traveler after the hoards of unfriendly people, long lines and unpleasant security protocols that modern travel bring to all of us. To use LA Car Private Service is worth every dollar, no matter what social class you come from. If you are fortunate enough to get Levon, you will most certainly experience what is usually reserved for royalty, celebrities and powerful business people. So request Levon! But if you get Henry, John, David, Albert, Art, Fabiyan or Horout you will be very satisfied as well. Sit back & Enjoy the ride.

Eduard on the phone was great, very helpful and accommodating. We had a last minute change in plans, and he scrambled to get us another car so we would not miss our later flight. Our driver Ruben was great, he pretty much knew the city like the back of his hand. He took us through side streets to avoid a big accident on Sunset, and got us to the airport in time. Will definitely use them again and again and again. They are like a comfortable pair of shoes. You keep going to them whenever you want to be comfortable. Sorry guys did not want to compare you to shoes... LOL

I first want to say that my experience was over all pleasant. My driver was right on time...early actually. And he was a very kind sweet man. My only issue with the experience is that, our Driver was quite a bit unprofessional in my opinion. He asked my boyfriend and I if we were married, and we told him that we were simply dating...and at the point the conversation was perfectly fine. But once we told him we weren't married, he handed us a small card from the dash where he kept a stack, and these were cards that read "Christ my Pilot", and it had a suggested prayer on it, and had a little more about Christianity. He went to speak about how its in gods plan for us to be married, and how we shouldn't wait to have children, and at this point the drive became more awkward, but that isn't the worst of it. I must stress, that he wasn't being forceful on condemning, I just feel this is not something you should be bringing up with customers especially since this business does not open claim a religious affiliation. And that being the case, you shouldn't subject you patrons to sermons. The conversation went on (My boyfriend and I saying very little), and the driver began to talk about how he feels towards homosexuality. I didn't feel the subject matter was appropriate at all. Our driver was an older man, and obviously had many values and virtues which is awesome. But there is a line, that I feel he crossed. I certainly want this man to keep his job, and to continue on....But I do feel this needs to be corrected. If I heard any of my employees promoting a religious or political affiliation in my place of work...not having a religious or political stance...I'd certainly have a problem with it, and would want it to be corrected. This man had no idea that he was being offensive and inappropriate. There are many people in this country who aren't christian, and/or who don't want children, and who may not want those things beings forced on them on their way to their hotel or the airport. With that being said...the drive went well. He was punctual, and took a direct route to the airport...even had little bottles of water waiting for us. I would definitely want to go with this company again...considering you go over with your employees the lines that should not be crossed.
