We recently had a large conference in Indianapolis that spanned multiple days and required a lot of movement of 100+ people. JP and his team were amazing. We used larger passenger buses as well as a smaller shuttle. Drivers were early, friendly, and flexible. JP was wonderful! Great personality and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely use Halo Concierge again. Thanks for a great experience!

I used Halo Concierge to take some customers down to play golf and do a barrel selection in Louisville. From the minute I called them to get a quote, to the time they dropped our group off after the trip was done, they were fantastic. Quick review to highly recommend JP and Halo Concierge services. From the moment my friend and I arrived at the Colts Suite with our 6- and 8-year-old boys JP ensured our experience was unforgettable. He greeted me and mentioned “Good to see you again”, to which I went back to JP and inquired the reason for that statement. We both realized our kids had attended the same school previously and where we had crossed paths, which made me feel special for JP to recollect that. From giving the boys 1st game buttons (it was their first game), to personally checking on us and getting us the coveted “on-field” wristbands which we were unable to secure but JP somehow came through with those within 5 minutes. My friend best described JP as “Clutch”, thank you for an amazing experience, JP!
