Excellent travel time, the only thing was our driver was using profanity while talking to himself and didn't realize his bus microphone was on and the whole bus heard him cursing like a sailor and when the people on the bus reacted to his words he didn't even acknowledge the fact of what just happened and apologize for his indiscretion. Other than that, smooth sailing and I would definitely recommend over Greyhound bus lines.

An okay bus company, this is for people who can't afford airplanes, the seats are okay not the most comfortable neither are they the most uncomfortable, you do have to worry about sitting near someone who is a unpleasant and you can't reserve seats they are all assigned, there is a fee for wifi, more than 30 kg worth of luggage including carry-ons, there are a few break stops to eat and relax depending on your final destination, if you're traveling internationally you will get through customs when you get to the physical border. Overall they are a okay bus company.

Spanish is the predominate language spoken here but they were able to get an English speaker on the phone for me when I called. The lady was very nice and explained the rules and cost of changing the dates for my ticket.

Customer service is awesome especially from laredo tx. The young lady with red hair and the young maletero are the sweetest people in that place. I was only disappointed that they don't have more routes to Houston. Not to mention if the pandemic is what is holding them back with the routes well my bus was packed. So they should not over book their busses. Other than that the service with the taquilleras and maletero from laredo tx were extremely helpful and GREAT 👍

The bus was air-conditioned. And the driver drove directly to our destination. I kept an eye on the driver. He was always alert paying attention to the road which made me feel safe and comfortable. I will use El Tornado Bus in the future and recommend it to friends and relatives. Oh, and their prices were reasonable.

All was good as far as ticket reservation, seat assignment and trip. Only complaint I have is not being able to get a refund. I have an unused ticket because family was headed same way I was and offered me a ride early.

Ride was awesome until it came time to drop me off. There driver made a courtesy stop for two Hispanic females of the highway at a truck stop but dropped me at some site that was closed off the highway. I hope it was not because I was black but he did not go to the bus stopped listed for in Selma NC.. I had to walk across the highway to gerr to my stop.

It's a good company and there are outlets in every bus, but not wifi, at least not in ours, the only bad thing that stops it from getting 5 stars is that we changed buses 4 times in order to reach our destination when they said there would only be 1.

As soon as we left Dejola, I based the tornado bus on the air conditioning, the driver immediately tried to provide a solution but could not repair it. It is when one realizes the lack of maintenance and checks on the buses, if the company cannot invest in the air conditioning that will be of the bus in general. Disappointing I paid $145 not to go on a bus $80 thinking that the price marked the quality but hey there is always a first time
