We hired Sam's Limousine to transport guests to and from our daughters wedding almost 2 weeks ago. The venue was down a few country roads and we didn't want guests to drive after they were drinking. This choice was the best decision for the comfort and safety of everyone. Ben was my contact person and he was excellent from the moment I made the first call. Communication was top-notch for a few months leading up to the wedding date. The bus was absolutely wonderful and all the guest could not stop thanking us for the service. The seats were extremely comfortable, and the bus was beautifully maintained. These accommodations are not anything like a school bus experience you would expect, this is an elegant form of travel, where you can just sit back, and relax, The driver was professional, and so accommodating as we had to have guests wait on the bus for several minutes before, unloading due to the wedding party still outside taking photos. I would highly recommend calling Sam's limousine for any of your transportation needs for whatever event you are planning. 100% worth the expense and experience.

I’ve used Sam’s Limousine service 2 times in the last month for the Rodeo. I will tell you both times were spectacular! The vehicles were clean, as described and even stocked with fresh ice for the roadies. Both drivers were professional, prompt and catered to every request. Pricing was more than fair in my opinion and they definitely earned my repeat business in the future!

We got the 56 person charter bus as a shuttle for our wedding, and the bus was great. The driver was good too, only weird thing was he texted me 5 minutes before they were supposed to leave asking where he was taking people and when to go. Seems like that should’ve been communicated to him from the reservation? Overall very good though, most other companies I’ve used are terrible.

Sam's Limousine was exceptional from a-z we recently travelled to Houston with a high school group of athletes and their service towards us was top notch. Siham was prompt and very welcoming with any inquiry I had leading up to booking as well as handling little pivots we had after booking as well. After a recent cruise out of Galveston, Royal Carribbean sent us back to the Houston airport on a shuttle bus. The driver was friendly and helpful, the bus was clean and modern, and the ride went well. Minutes after getting to the airport we noticed that we left an item on the bus. Having not taken note of the bus company name, we scrambled to contact Royal Carribbean for help. Long story short - no help from RCI, but after some Googling and phone calls I was able to identify Sam's Limousine as our ride. Their dispatch quickly verified the details and had our lost item boxed up and sent home. There are still helpful honest people in the world!

Firstly, Sam's was the least expensive option and you never know what you are going to get. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. Prompt, wonderful driver, clean limo and the whole reservation process was smooth and simple. Patrick our driver was great and super friendly. Sam's Limousine & Transportation were fabulous to work with for our wedding day. My wife and I wanted to ensure our guests were able to enjoy our wedding responsibly, so we offered bus shuttles from the hotel to the venue. Our guests LOVED this. The shuttles were on time, clean, and had friendly drivers. What more could you ask for. We also used Sam's for our get away vehicle. Our driver was friendly and took the time to get to know us. He also made sure we felt as comfortable as possible. Whether that was for our safety (COVID precautions followed and driving slowly so we made it to our hotel), the environment in the car (music and temperature of car), and our level of engagement with the driver (talking during drive or silence); he made sure the night was about us. I would 100% recommend Sam's if you have any transportation needs!

Sams limousine really provided an exceptional experience for my team and I. Being that I am a strong critic and can be somewhat difficult to impress I must admit that I am impressed. Very professional, on time and world class customer service. Even while in the middle of a pandemic the drivers and staff met our needs to perfection. At the beginning I wasn’t sure about choosing Sam’s Limousine since I read some scary reviews about not showing up or being on time. Honestly they were the ones with the best price, so I decided to take the “risk” . The driver, Carlos arrived around pick up area around 30 min before the set time, he called me to confirm if it was about to be a surprise or if he can just park in front of the location, he have also refilled some ice without me asking! Service and price was exceptional! Party bus was neat .. clean and in perfect conditions .. terms and conditions pretty clear!! No hidden fees and price was way lower compared to other Party bus rentals. Be like me and take the “risk” is worth it !!

We rented a bus for a church event taking parishioners from Conroe to Austin and back on Oct 10th. Driver Rico was on time(actually 30 minutes early), the perfect gentleman and a good driver. The bus amenities did not include all what was expected. We had no Wi-Fi service, TV nor working microphones. We had planned activities going and coming and needed all these things to be working so it was a major disappointment that nothing worked as expected. However, seats were comfortable and A/C worked great! My main contact for planning the event was with Omar via email and when we returned, I shared the disappointment in amenities not working on the bus and have not had any reply to date! So if you plan to use Sams Limousine, I was told from the driver you had to ask for certain bus numbers to get what you need.

I have used Sam's Limousine for the past 2 years for our high school's senior trip. Kathy in booking does a good job keeping you informed and handles the business end extremely well. Both years the buses have been well maintained and were recent in manufacture. They had good DVD players, air conditioning and phone chargers in each seat location. The day before the trip the lead driver called me to get information about pick up location. The drivers have been extremely courteous and very professional. I will definately use this service again.

Rented a limo to take me and my wife from our wedding to the hotel on 3/26. Driver was fine until we got to the hotel. After we arrived he attempted to explain how the 20% gratuity that is automatically charged does not go to the drivers. I just got married I didn’t have my wallet in my back pocket. I felt intimidated and honestly I just wanted him to go away. UPDATE: Sam’s limousine reached out and was very apologetic for the unfortunate situation. They were understanding and said they would look into their process to ensure this is avoided for future costumers and offered some compensation for the error. All resolved very quickly.

Sam's Limousine was absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding. We had a multiple day Indian wedding and multiple venues, but coordinating timings and locations was seamless. They were always on time, knew the locations well, and catered to our guests needs. In fact, our guests said that the shuttle rides were some of the most fun parts of the wedding. Earlier during this week, Houston also had power outages and a snowstorm, and we were very concerned about transporting our guests and their luggage, however Sam's Limousine came to the rescue and provided a small bus for us. The party bus had plastic disposable cups and fresh napkins ready for use. The party bus also came with fresh ice in the coolers for us. The driver was really nice and on time. He even had a corkscrew available for us just in case we forgot to bring one with us. He helped us get the music going and was very helpful getting the party started. The bus was absolutely amazing. Everything worked perfect and we were surprised with smoke coming from under the seats that made the effect even more awesome. I used Sam's Limousine after they were referred to me to go to a concert. The driver was very professional, yet personable. The bus was very clean and perfect for our group. We rented the 16 or 18 passenger bus which was more than enough room for our 14 guests. The driver arrived before our scheduled departure time to allow us some extra time to load our things into the van. He was conveniently waiting near the front of the venue for us when we left. No complaints from me and I will definitely use them again.

I rented a bus this past weekend for a music festival in Houston. The buses were very clean and the drivers very nice and accommodating. The only complaints I have were that the first night, the bus was missing an auxiliary port, so we had to bring a portable speaker to listen to music. The second day, they upgraded us from a shuttle bus to a party bus, which was awesome! Would definitely use them again!

We have used Sam's Limo for many years for any of our limousine needs - including airport limo to smaller 'party' bus - and have always been pleased with the service. All of the drivers are courteous and very competent drivers, but yesterday - we had our best driver, yet. We arrived after a long trip into IAH and when we landed I received a text from Najy, he was waiting in the Baggage Claim area and also notified us at which Baggage Claim area our luggage was being delivered. He met us there and assisted us with retrieving our bags - my husband has back issues, so picking up our bags up can be difficult, however Najy took care of all of our bags. It was absolutely a pleasure getting to know him. He made our trip home completely enjoyable and when we arrived at our home, he again completely assisted us in every way. He was wonderful. Owning our own company, we understand having good employees can make or break your company's reputation, so Sam's does a great job in who their hire. Truly, we will not ever use another limo service in Houston for any of our needs.

Fantastic service. I used Sam's for my son's soccer tournament in Orlando. We departed with 15 boys on December 25th and returned on December 31st. Needless to say I was a bit nervous about conflicts with arrangements as I was responsible. The drivers were courteous and prompt. They were never late picking us up at the hotel. We were always where we needed to be on time even in the horrible Christmas Week traffic in Walt Disney World. They were flexible in booking and re-booking. I spent my weekend with 84 7th grade students, 10 adults, and 2 of the most FABULOUS bus drivers I’ve ever met on a wonderful trip to San Antonio and Austin. Our trip got off to a bumpy start, through absolutely NO fault of your drivers. They were given an incorrect schedule by our people. That was quickly corrected with a new agenda and we were off on a great trip. The buses were absolutely beautiful! Our students, many of whom have never been out of east Houston, were fascinated by the phone chargers and the pristine appearance of the bus. Was very proud of my students who made sure that their home away from home stayed as clean as what you provided. Now back to your drivers… the weather was positively miserable! Your drivers went out of their way the entire weekend to do things like pick us up early, maneuver insanely parked parking lots, wiggle around closer to buildings, and accommodate the children in any way to help them with being wet and tired. They kept us laughing and smiling and enjoying them with their friendliness and quick wit. They checked on us constantly to make sure that all of our needs were met. And, EVERY stop on our trip was either right on time or a little early. Haven’t mentioned yet, BOTH of those drivers were absolute experts on the road! Not too fast, not too slow, and didn’t run over the crazy idiots in the rain as I might have been tempted to do. Harry Hollis and the beautiful young lady in our bus (I’m sorry, she didn’t have a card and my tired brain forgot her name) were the most professional, amazing, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable drivers I have ever encountered. We have done this trip now for nine years. At the end of our long weekend, I told your drivers, this one wins the prize for the very, very best EVER because of them. We cannot say thank you enough and we will recommend you every chance we get. Honestly felt like your incredible drivers were a part of the family by the end of that trip. Please thank them again for us. I don’t think they fully realize what they gave to my students. Many of these babies have not been anywhere besides these streets by the school. After a not so great first experience we had with a charter bus ride from Sam's Limousine, the manager Ben reached out to us and was sincerely concerned and apologetic about the experience and gave us a generous compensation offer for our next service, so we rented a stretcher limo for my son's birthday. It was over the top and could not have turned out any better. Ben and our limo driver, Fernando, gave my son a birthday he will never forget. With 10 rowdy boys jamming out like rock stars in the backseat, Fernando did not seem to mind one bit. When we arrived at the meeting place, the driver met us about 15 minutes earlier that expected. We were very happy with the service. Then we had a late return flight, almost midnight on a Saturday. The 22 pax bus made for a spacious memorable experience for the birthday girl. The driver arrived before scheduled pickup time and called to let us know he was ready. I would say that our driver David was very acccomodating and did his best to get us both time on the bus as well as ensured we reached each of our destinations as we requested. My only negative comment would be that he drove a bit too fast on the Houston expressway, which caused many of the photos taken on board the bus to be blurred. I've used Sam's Limousine several times now for team building events I plan for my Company. They have been on time (early actually) for all pick ups and the drivers have all been very friendly and professional. Before, we were using a different local company, but I found that Sam's is a little less expensive and the buses are a bit nicer. Another thing I like about Sam's is that their quotes include everything (mileage, service, gas), except driver gratuity as they leave that up to the customer to determine. A tip should be determined by the level of service received (which has always been excellent and we've tipped accordingly), but I think this makes driver's accountable for their service and ultimately how much they get tipped. Makes sense, right? Thanks Sam's Limousine for keeping things simple.

We rented a coach for a two-day weekend trip. The first day of our trip went very well. The second day the bus broke down. It took a 10+ hours to get a mechanic and a relief bus to our location (which was about 45 minutes north of Dallas). Although frustrated, the support staff at Sam's (even on a Sunday afternoon-night) were very helpful, very professional and did everything they could to help resolve the difficult situation. We also received a refund for part of our trip after the fact for our inconvenience. We appreciate everything the staff at Sam's did to right a difficult situation.

Sam's handled everything with patience and professionalism. The execution was almost flawless. I am giving 4-stars simply because of the cost. We used 2 party buses and a limo, but there was only a $50 price reduction on the entire package. I understand why they wouldn't offer package deals, but when you are spending that amount of money in one day for transportation, it would be nice if they gave you a decent price break.

We used Sam's Limousine for my birthday this past weekend. There were 17 of us and we used a 22 pax party bus. The bus arrived 15 minutes early and our driver Edward was great. Everything on the bus was clean and in perfect condition and Edward was an excellent driver. I would definitely use Sam's Limousine again. I would also advise customers to book a larger bus than their capacity. While 22 people could have fit on the bus it was much more comfortable with 17 and probably could have comfortably sat 20, but I think 22 would be tight if you were going a long way and everyone wanted to sit. Especially if you had brought coolers and such.

Our driver, Brian, was early for pick up, so no worrying about that. Brian found a good spot for pick up after the game and we found him easily. The kicker of the night, however, was Brian returning around 2 am on his own time in his own car to return a phone one of our guests had left in the car.
