I have to say this company did an amazing job for us! Two days before our basketball game in another town another company that we hired to take us canceled. I called this company and they were available and made everything seamless. The pricing was great, and the driver was superb and made our whole night! We didn’t win our basketball game, but Anita was worth the trip! She was friendly and easy going, with a bus full of teenagers that is not always easy! Thank you guys for a great experience, especially for when a slip up by another company almost cost us our ride to the game!

We used this charter bus company for our trip to the state championship. This was a last minute booking because our initial bus company canceled our trip less than a week before, and it actually turned out to be a blessing. Our chauffeur, Mrs. Anita Robinson, made our experience spectacular! She was prompt, pleasant, and accommodating to our needs. She was always positive and simply a joy to be around. I HIGHLY recommend Royal Carriages. I also strongly suggest you ask for Mrs. Anita Robinson personally. This was definitely a first-class experience, so I see where they get their name.

Great Company, I started using Royal Carriage about 2 years ago and haven’t looked back. They have excellent service and are great commutators. It’s a family owned business and you can certainly notice the difference. Very nice and spotless vehicles. The drivers are very accommodating prompt and very Professional.. Me and my associates went on a charter bus to North Carolina for an International Training event. (An 18 Hour Trip) (Anyone interested in learning about different ways of making extra money please contact me.) Our bus driver was named Emanuel and he was a sweet hardworking guy. We put all our bags in the storage area and got on the bus. Very comfortable and they had outlets to charge electronics and wifi. (The wifi was pretty basic and as many people were using it is was not effective for watching videos but you could open websites and do non intensive activities with the wifi.) There was a restroom on the back of the bus but only for relieving fluids. We stopped periodically to eat and clean ourselves up and I was able to sleep comfortable not worrying about accidents or extreme driving. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Royal Carriages took my husband and I to our hotel after our wedding and we could not recommend them more! From our venue to the hotel we stayed in was a 1.5 hour drive. They were so accommodating, extremely polite and very professional! The limo was also very clean and smelled great. Our driver loaded and unloaded our bags and the ride was so smooth. They are dependable, professional and helpful even when you mistakenly book the wrong day and arrive to the airport with no one to pick you up. 😅 I called them and they sent someone ASAP. Adam was our driver. He was on time and extremely professional. He was very polite and a great driver! He drove us to dinner and promptly opened the door for us. He made sure to give us his contact information and let us know to text him before we were ready to leave as to be sure he would be right out front waiting on us and he was. After searching high and low for the perfect private transportation for my son's wedding, I decided on Royal Carriages. Unlike many others, this company was willing to work with my unique requests. Even when I would drop by their office to ask questions, Ester was always happy to see me and gave me tours of the vehicles I would be using each time. They handled the wedding party shuttle and wedding guests transportation needs flawlessly! The vehicles were spotless & in perfect mechanical condition, the drivers were uniformed, courteous & professional and the communication was outstanding! I received emails regarding my reservation as soon as I committed to them; I received reminder emails a few days prior to the events; I received texts the day of the event with the name & contact information of the drivers as well as a reminder of the schedule; and I received texts when the drivers departed their garage with an ETA and then texts upon their arrival. Honestly, transportation was my biggest worry of the entire wedding event and they pulled it off flawlessly! My newlywed son was so impressed, he requested that I book them for their transportation to/from their honeymoon airport departure. Thanks so much to the entire staff for a GREAT experience!

Me and my family decided not to drive this past weekend for Easter Sunday, we decided to use the services for the whole day and go to Galveston after church. Our driver was very professional and warm! However we were treated like royalty and was informed on our trip and the dispatch team was so prompt with arrival and departure.
