Marvin was flexible and patient with our timeline and got us safely to and from multiple drop off points. He also took great group photos for us and helped us pull off a fabulous surprise! I’m writing this review so that other folks can have the same experience I had. I had to go to Houston last minute from Palm Beach; I needed transportation but had no reference. I looked up on google. This company felt better to go with since the customer service guy was good. I trusted my gut. Everything was detailed and easy. I had to make a stop at the Whole Foods Market and they were able to accommodate the stop for an additional fee. Marvin my Driver was great from start to finish. The cost I feel was competitive and at market value. The car and the service were above top tier. I will always use them once I’m in Houston. Oh and.. great communication process.- Tr

Getting a ride to or from the airport can be pretty stressful, especially in Houston. Pick up areas can be confusing. Uber drivers will cancel your ride at the last minute for no apparent reason. Pickup spots can be hard to find. So I decided to try something different this time and call a car service. GET had great reviews, so I contacted them first. Easy to book online, and they followed up immediately by text and email. Incredibly responsive and accommodated my three(!) schedule changes at the last minute like it was nothing, and picked me up at IAH at 1:00 a.m. after a long day of delays and diversions in Colorado. They give you the option to have the driver meet you at baggage claim (for an extra fee) or on the curb outside the terminal. The prices are reasonable. The extra money you pay compared to an Uber is more than justified by the value provided. The driver I had was a total pro in a late-model SUV. Couldn't be more satisfied.

My experiences with GET have always been nothing less than spectacular, and I’ve been using them for years! The cars are always nice and very clean and the drivers are professional, courteous and punctual. They have a great read on my mood and adapt accordingly. There’s some days I’m ready to talk someone’s ear off and have a dance party in the car and other days I just want to chill in silence. There’s nothing more annoying than having a driver who talks when you’re not in the mood and that’s never happened with GET - it’s like they went through a training program on how to read people and their current moods and wants. :-) Also, just when I thought I knew everything when it came to the ins and outs of IAH, Paul took me by surprise, helping me successfully check in through another terminal when I was going to potentially miss my flight due to the cluster and back up at terminal C with all of the ongoing construction. I can’t imagine using anyone else other than GET for all of my transportation needs! Thanks for always doing such an amazing job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a treat and relief to have Malik F. Meet us at baggage claim. This was our second trip with GET and it was wonderful. My flight was delayed and a friend could no longer pick me up at the airport. I called Mr. Rios and he graciously agreed to take my request for a ride from the airport. I met him at baggage claim where he proceeded to retrieve my bag from the carousel. As usual the ride was pleasant and the good natured Mr. Rios kept up a lively conversation. In no time we had arrived at my apartment and Mr. Rios waited until I got inside my home. He is a gentleman, kind and funny. And he is an excellent and safe driver.

The BEST transportation service! John my driver always goes above and beyond when I need to go anywhere but today was just so amazingly helpful to me. I was flying back home from out of state and wasn’t going to make it in time to pick up my puppy from boarding before they closed. I figured I would wing it and ask if they can pick up my puppy from boarding then pick me up at the airport right after…and sure enough it was no problem for them! When I walked down to the baggage claim there was John and my puppy right there waiting for me! He also had a towel to clean up any mess my puppy made. (HOW THOUGHTFUL!!) I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have found an amazing company to always rely on when I need transportation and a hand when I’m out and about! Omar did a wonderful job !! Because I had a piece of over-sized luggage, I was a bit late getting out of the airport to where Omar was waiting. He was very understanding and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed so that he could hurry off to his next ride. It was rush hour and we had to go from one side of the city to the opposite side. He did a great job of getting through that mess and didn't seem at all bothered by that stressful type of driving. I'd recommend him and GET highly. I've used them before and will again in just a few days.

I am so pleased with this company. Ladies, I was going on a first date and didn’t want to drive my car and did not want to have the guy pick me up either at my house (like, I don’t know you, ew). Anyway, Mr. Rios showed up with umbrella, clean black suit and a smile. His whole personality is everything! He’s so awesome! He me feel welcome, comfortable and secure. I felt like I was in good hands. The ride was impeccable and I was offered complimentary water and mints. Talking to Mr. Rios, I felt like I was talking to my dad (which is a good thing) and received some sound fatherly advice on the way too! He even escorted me to the front doors of the hotel! He had me feeling like a celebrity! Ladies, I love everything about this company. From booking with Julie to pick up, to gentle reminders of where the car is, provided name of driver and safe ride home, their customer service is outstanding! First class, white glove, best service! I use GET services frequently and it’s always amazing! But I NEED to share my experience I had with my amazing driver “John” today. I decided to spontaneously buy a puppy today and John took me to get him. It was just me getting my puppy so having John around for the exciting moment made it all that more fun and special! Not only is he great to talk to and was extremely professional but he was such a BIG HELP! I don’t know what I would have done without him. After I picked up my Puppy I asked to then take me to the pet store so I can get everything my new pup would need. John offered to come in and help me, that was so nice of him! He came in the store with me to help push my cart as I shopped and help me watch my puppy since I brought him in the store. I’m a first time puppy owner so I had so many questions and John was so helpful! I HAD SO MUCH FUN TODAY! That being said GET goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers and does their absolute BEST to make your experience great and to make things easy for you! 😊

Suggestion/Room for Improvement: Only suggestion is that I asked the driver to bring the bags to the porch, he only brought 1/8, we brought the rest. Treated like a VIP! Marvin was professional, courteous and friendly. He seemed to know the area & roads/traffic times well, bcuz during the craziness of spring break in Houston, he was able to avoid getting stuck in traffic. Marvin got us to our Hotel from Hobby in no time at all & the ride was smooth. I appreciated Marvin’s defensive approach to driving as I had my girls w/ me & safety IMO is always first. The car was cool and comfortable immediately upon entering & throughout the ride. We were offered refreshments upon pickup & Marvin arranged for a luggage trolley at my hotel to make sure that my check in was smooth. Ramiro Rios provided excellent chauffeur services to our family of seven, as he drove us to and from the Houston Zoo. Mr. Rios arrived early; he was patient and understanding of organizing three young children and four adults for an all-day outing to the zoo. He was extremely courteous and safe. Let me start by saying I rarely ever write reviews, but this is one of those times I have to give honest feedback. It started with a phone call to mr. Rios two weeks before my daughter’s wedding in need of a minibus and a luxury suv, during graduation week. The first thing mr Rios said was relax we got this, we will make this work. The professionalism and customer service didn’t just end there, two days before the big day we needed to make a major change and again all mr. Rios said was relax we got this. Our driver’s showed up early as promised looking professional and showing a willingness to help in any way possible. Our driver’s, Marvin and Sid took care of our family and friends with a degree of professionalism rarely seen nowadays. My only regret is that I cannot give a higher rating for mr. Rios, our driver’s Marvin and Sid, and this company!

We landed George Bush Airport Houston, Texas and were coming in off a long trip from Clearwater Paradise Resort on the island of Guanaja in the Bay Islands, Honduras. Our driver, Ramiro was on time and ready to drive us to Galveston, Texas. He assisted us with snacks and beverages for the drive. Very profesional and had us prime for the beginning of a good vacation. We did not have a dull ride, and the Suburban was a touch of class and really comfortable. As Dive Resort operators who have all types of clients, we were treated exactly as we needed be, with a fun atmosphere. He read us well and still recieved the pampering of a profesional service.
