The vehicle was a large SUV and since I walk with a cane and am not tall I had a hard time getting into it. The contract had said it would be a sedan. Driver was great: courteous, helpful, pleasant. This was the first time I’d ever had a service pick me up at the airport instead of family, and it was an excellent experience. My driver, Leah, was waiting for me at the baggage claim even though we got in fifteen minutes early. She took my bag for me (much appreciated), we walked to the car that was parked very close (don’t know how much control they have over that but if nothing else it was lucky happenstance), and provided me with bottled water for the drive. She was a pleasant conversationalist and we chatted on the way to the car, but I was exhausted and “peopled out” after a week of meetings and didn’t really want to talk once we left the airport; thankfully Leah read the room accurately and didn’t try to keep conversation going. She was a great driver - didn’t speed but didn’t poke along either, kept an eye on the nav and didn’t miss any turns. It was an altogether positive experience! I highly recommend C&S (and Leah in particular!) and will definitely use them again.
