Our driver, Jonathan, was especially attentive to my 90 year old grandma, who's birthday we were celebrating with dinner out and a River Oaks Christmas lights tour - - he held every door and offered a helping hand as needed over the course of the evening, and I was very thankful for his attentive service and friendly demeanor. Would recommend Action Limo to any friends, family and coworkers for any transportation needs for a special event or night out on the town!

I appreciate that our drivers Herman for The Gretch and Rosanna Isabel for The Krystal were responsible and took care of our guests. They got door to door service from hotels to Brewery entrance because Action Limo was willing to work with event coordinator to make sure ahead of time that the party buses would fit through the brewery gates. We booked the Tiffany bus for my sister’s bachelorette party and everything was seamless from the booking process, to the time change I made last minute, to the entire time we had the party bus rented. The owner is very responsive and timely, and the bus driver, Edwin, was a gem. He showed up on time down to the minute we had the bus booked, and found us all the way out in the boondocks of Weimar, TX, down a long country gravel road without even having to call once for directions.He even helped us chase our cow that has gotten loose, lol! We had the best time and I would absolutely book again. They weren’t the cheapest option I found, but they were very reasonably priced and after reading reviews from other companies, I am a firm believer in “You get what you pay for!” Thanks again for a great night out!

Best Party bus rental! Literally started communicating an hour or so before our night was started and then once the cc was authorized the driver was texting me he was out front 30-40 mins later! My family and I have reserved a limo to drive us around to look at Christmas lights for the past 3 years (different companies every year) and while we have been lucky enough to have great experiences every time, this was the best. Our driver, George, was 20 minutes early, dressed super professionally, and so friendly. He knew exactly where to go and the best way to get there so that we didn’t waste time in traffic. We had a great night and will for sure call action limo next year (or whenever we need a limo again). Action limo: George was amazing and we had such a great time! I would give Five stars, but I was not aware I would be charged for travel time to and from my pickup/drop-off location. I was not made aware of that ahead of time. The staff on the phone were extremely professional and courteous during the entire process. We used a limo bus for the entire evening for a birthday party. The bus was clean, and looked as nice as their photos. Although my driver was a little late, he called to let me know when he would be there. Our driver was professional and friendly, and he picked us up promptly as we changed locations when we texted him throughout the evening during our birthday celebration downtown. Most importantly, the driver was a safe driver. I felt at ease the entire evening, which was one of my too priorities Everyone in the party had a fantastic time on the bus!

Once again our limo driver Stephon Moody, at Action Limo, went well above and beyond for us and we can’t thank him enough! He’s a great limo driver and we always feel relaxed in his car. I’ve had back problems lately and he literally drove us up to a “special” drop-off location at the airport, then carried my bags for me into the terminal, and ALL the way up to the Southwest check-in counter. What a gem among limo drivers! Moody has a well-maintained and comfortable Cadillac SUV and is a courteous limo driver, plus he’s a native Houstonian so he knows Houston, and the drive to, and from, ALL of the Houston airports!. Our drive to the airport flew by quickly and after our engaging conversation, we arrived wanting to chat with him more (believe me, THAT usually never happens!). We had the BEST experience with Action Limo for my daughter’s 13th birthday celebration with her friends! We received an easy, all-inclusive quote, and had no surprise charges! Staff was friendly and professional, and they called the day before to confirm. Our chauffeur, Yovani, was amazing! He showed up early with the SUV limo fully stocked with iced down sodas and water. The limo was spotless, and huge! Everything worked perfectly, and the girls thought it was the coolest thing ever! We were chauffeured to our restaurant safe and timely, and we even had time to spare before our reservation. A quick text when we were ready to be picked up, and Yovani pulled right up! No waiting, ever!!! We had 2 hours left with our rental, so he patiently drove us around town, allowing the girls to play music, make TikToks, sing and laugh. We went to East Beach and everything was smooth to Galveston, which is about 45-60min outside of Houston, TX. The party bus arrived on time and the driver was cautious and understanding. Amazing experience! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun Bach experience. The professionalism was unmatched! The only suggest we’d make is cooler AC, but Duane accommodated us. It could have also been because it was over 10 of us however the AC was working but we were having such a good time and dancing and got a little warm. I used Action Limo for the first time today for car service to IAH Bush airport in Houston from Sugar Land. Pricing to the airport was very reasonable compared to other car services. Reggie was my driver, and even though my pickup time was 6am, he was very prompt (a little early even)! We go to IAH quite a bit and we usually take Beltway 8 toll road from Sugar Land. We have insured Action Limousine for over 10 years. They have always been an exceptional customer. They always takes good care of their customers, vehicles and drivers. He always maintains proper driver file folders for each one and provides proper training. All of his drivers are professional and polite. Company is in compliance with City and for DOT. Insured never has had a hit-n-run. On all claims, driver did provide insurance information to other party. On commercial policies, it does take some time as the carrier has to assign to an adjuster.
