Absolutely seamless transfers both to and from the airport. James was courteous, on time and professional. We received an email the day before landing in Honolulu to confirm our airport collection and to provide contact details for the driver. Upon arriving, we were met with a smile. The transport vehicle is luxurious and clean, and we found James lovely to deal with. He collected us again at the end of our stay and was just as pleasant to deal with at 5am! Thank you for making our transportation so easy. Don't hesitate to book this company!

I am a travel agent and my clients called me from Hawaii to tell me that the current transfer company we had originally booked would not pick her party of 11 up from the hotel they were staying at early enough to get them to the Honolulu Airport. I arranged Paradise Hawaii Tours the night before the pick up and J. OConnell informed me that she was very pleased with the service from Paradise Hawaii Tours, they were on time, sent her a picture of the vehicle with the license plate and the driver was very pleasant. She asked me to book them for another round trip transfer for the end of their. They also made this travel agent look great. Thank you for the great service.

If you need a transfer or transportation for anything- book with this company! We used them for 2 round trip transfers for 6 adults and 3 children and they were spectacular! The vans were pristine, the drivers efficient and flexible when needed. Could not be more thrilled with Paradise Hawaii Tours!!

Our shofar was very nice and professional. He waited for us after they changed our baggage claim location and assisted us with our bags. Our ride was smooth and comfortable. I will definitely use them again!

Easily one of the best decisions that I made in visiting the Island, clear instructions were sent via text to my phone and our driver was on time with our name displayed. Complentary water was distributed to us which was well welcomed after a long flight, our baggage was handled respectfully and there was ample space in our pick up van. The driver was safe and was very helpful in giving recommendations to the area. I will choose to use this private service again to ensure a relaxing trip to or from the airport to the hotel. We have not yet left the Island but I am certain it was one of the best choices we've made for comfort and peace of mind during these hectic times.

we initially booked them Private transfer from Airport to Waikiki hotel. As soon as i book i received a message to confirm my booking. The day before driver messaged me to confirm he will be there. When walking towards Baggage claim driver had my name and was ready. NO WAIT! so easy so we decided to book through the company to use for our return home. Paradise Hawaii tour is perfect! We are a group of 14 from San Jose, California. I am a tour organizer. We use Paradise Hawaii Tour for our journey from September 15-18, 2022. After two days using their service, everyone in our group has been so happy because the driver, Alena is very calm & nice. She greeted us at arrival & drive us to our hotel, Ramada. She prepared bottled water for everyone. The vehicle is very comfortable & extremely clean. She also sent us reminders prior to our arrival on top of her company’s follow-up. Second day, Alena again drove us to Pearl Harbor, grand circle island, Byodo in temple, including stops for lunch & shopping. She is very patient during heavy traffic. She had to wait for us many different times. Whenever we are back in the van, she is extremely nice, smiling, helping everyone get back in the vehicle professionally. She is not only a careful & but also professional driver. The owner, James is very easy to work with. He is very flexible when our itinerary is changed. Driver texted us when we landed and said she was at the airport. It took quite a while for our luggage to be delivered. When we arrived at the prearranged spot, she helped transport out luggage to the shuttle bus and quickly had us on our way to the hotel. Very professional and pleasant. A great experience from the 24-hour text to confirm our details to the arrival with our name on display. Would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

James was our driver to and from the airport and we had nothing but superior service from the time of booking all the way until we got back to the airport. My husband and I were traveling with 3 young kids and had to request 3 car seats and they were able to accommodate this which was phenomenal, as not very many car services will do this without an extra charge. Additionally the service was truly a private and more personal, yet more affordable and superior experience than the regular airport shuttle service. The day before I got a text from James which he introduced himself and confirmed the pickup details. The day of he tracked our flight which was late, but James arrived early, texted us and was waiting while we were claiming our luggage. He had a sign with our name to ensure we knew who he was. He was very courteous with handling all our luggage and helping us load all 3 kids in the car and had cold water waiting for us. Along the way he pointed out some things that may be of interest during our trip which we greatly appreciated. For our transfer back to the airport, I had miscalculated the time I needed to be at the airport by an hour and they were able to make the pickup time change and James was there early again. Overall the cars were clean, the driver was excellent and we had a wonderful experience and would definitely use again.

He took care of our luggage and led us to our luxurious SUV (I was expecting a minivan) where he had 2 bottles of water waiting for us. He was polite and and answered our questions.
