I called to order a taxi to the Sheraton Waikiki hotel and told her I needed it in about 10/15 minutes. She was like “who is this? Sarah? You know what, you can’t tell me you want a cab in 15 minutes or 10 minutes, we don’t even have any cabs rn. Actually lemme check. I have 1 car in the area but if I send them to you and you are not ready he isn’t going to wait so you better call me when you’re ready K?” SO MUCH ATTITUDE. I’ll take my money else where

Awesome experience. Communication was spot on. Driver rescued us in a pinch late in the evening at the beginning of the trip. Friendly and helpful. He can navigate the streets of Oahu like a pro. Safe, clean, and very courteous. We loved him enough that we used him again on the way home. He remembered my name and was happy to help. I trust him and would use again. Don't hesitate to call.

We went to the Polynesian Cultural center and stayed until the show was over (around 9 pm). We waited over an our for an Uber or Lyft to pick us up and no one did. We called this cab company at 10:00 pm in desperation (my kids and my mom). The dispatcher himself drove over an hour to pick us up and take us back to our hotel in Waikiki (another hour ride). He saved us from having to sleep in the sidewalk tonight. We jumped and screamed when we saw his taxi pull up. Thank you so much!!!!!

Honestly one of the best services ive used in hawaii. Me and my cousins used their services over the course of a week and they were always on time and never made us late to anything. Furthermore they were extremely polite, if i could rate more than 5 stars I would!

It was pleasure to do business with Honolulu Cab Hawaii. I used it from HNL to Waikiki. They are on time, polite and helpful. Their vehicles are clean. Easy to pay with a credit card if you like. I was very easy to make a reservation. Will definitely use them again. It is best to book in advance.
