We arrived later in the night. Eric was our driver. He was waiting for us with our Lei's we ordered. We had a beautiful clean Cadillac SUV to ourselves. Very friendly, talkative and safe driving driver. Would highly recommend this company again. Thanks Eric for a great start to our holiday.

Quick and easy ride from the airport to Disney's Aulani resort. The drivers were friendly and we felt safe with their driving. The only downside was the instructions on where to stand at the airport for pick-up weren't very clear. When we called dispath we were told to stand between 18-36 pillars that had a green painted curb. Our driver ended up calling asking where we were and said we were told incorrectly on the pick-up location, he was great and came back around because he knew where we were. I still have no idea where the exact spot is but just make sure to double check with dispatch. I would use their service again

Had a great experience with the same driver John M to and from the airport. He gave us a bunch of great tips about the island and some spots to check out and we were happy he was the same return driver so we could sort of recap everything with him. Great guy. Great service. Great value. Would absolutely recommend anyone to use the shuttle service to the Ko Olina Properties. It was much easier and a better deal than an Uber or taxi.

I always use Hele for my Aulani visits! I love how Hele tracks my flight numbers & drivers are always helpful and happy. I usually just call them right when I land and they lead me out to the driver/shuttle. Good gob!!

I was happy with my choice in shuttle service. I tried a couple different vendor and options and that was a nightmare. Attached to my confirmation was instructions on what I had to do when I arrived, where I needed to go to meet the shuttle due to the new airport restrictions and who to call once I got there. As noted it s a shared shuttle so we expected to have some wait time which was advised on the instruction sheet. I’m not a rich person so I couldn’t afford to splurge on a private vehicle so I had to compromise and stick with the shared option. I read some peoples reviews and it looks like they didn’t follow the directions correctly. If those impatient people expected private service they should have paid for it. Honestly, I’ve also tried Uber and Lyft and the cost was more. There is still some wait time and you have to take your luggage upstairs to once of the designated pickup areas.

I was charged an extra pick up when I called to update with a flight arrival time. We talked about alternative transportation but no confirmation of a need for another ride. I tried calling to cancel and it says “the person you are trying to reach is unavailable”. (Update to review): hele transportation did make it right by reissuing refund and I have increased their rating. However, I do not agree that a second transportation request was made when the first one was, especially at a time that was 3 hrs prior to my rental pickup. The communication issue I had was what prevented a 5 star rating.

Hele Hele was fantastic, both times there were small issues (once our fault and once theirs) and both times they went out of their way to make sure that everything was corrected and running smoothly. Their customer service was really top notch! The first time the wrong date got booked. They did send an email confirmation, but I did not notice that they made it for the day before we arrived. However, when we called from baggage claim, the driver had already left with other passengers so the dispatcher dropped everything and came to get us herself. She was there in 15 minutes and was fantastic. I think most companies would have pointed out that they sent an email confirmation and we didn't notice the date was wrong, but Hele Hele was there within 15 minutes to pick us up in a private shuttle and everything went smoothly. Honestly I might not have even noticed if they hadn't told me about what happened! I am really appreciative of the customer service. The second time we were late to the shuttle leaving as it took a bit longer to wrangle the family then I thought it would. Most companies would have left us, but they were very patient, waiting for us, and were kind and understanding about wrangling a toddler. Honestly if I could give them more than a 5 star I would. Amazing company, amazing service, and fantastic people working for them.

Took the Hele Hele Shuttle I’m this past month. I was a little worried as I’m used to the Magical Express offered in Florida. Note to guest if Aulani, you have to book your own transfers or get them included in your package. Either event, we had a great time with our service. Upon arrival we made our way to the baggage claim as advised. When our bags started to roll a greeter showed up to assist us to the shuttle. There is a lot of construction going on so this helped. Within 15 mins the shuttle rolled up and we all boarded on our way to Aulani. Cost was $24 person with our little one (2 and under) only $10. I requested a car seat which they provided and asked us to make sure it was secured properly to our liking. I’m guessing it was for liability reason but it’s nice that they do that. The driver was friendly, gave us some insight on Hawaii and also told us about the private tours they offer. I will keep that note for next time when planning as it was a good price. Thank you

We enjoyed our driver Wade. He was very kind and informative. Pick up and drop off went very smoothly. He pointed out interesting facts of Hawaii. We definitely would request for Wade again if we were to use the Hele Hele shuttle. Thank you Wade!

I accidentally booked my shuttle for the day after I arrived. After a quick phonecall, Tava handled my little predicament with friendly ease. I was lucky that she was able to locate another driver with a pick up about 30 min after mine. Thank you so much for turming my mistake into a positive stress free experience.

Awesome customer service. We were greeted coming into baggage claim. They managed to get all our suitcases into the shuttle which we were worried about. Definitely recommend.
