Our pickup at the airport was awesome considering that Diego had to wait 45 minutes for the rest of our party to arrive. For our departure, Ray was about 10 minutes earlier than scheduled so we had a pleasant/ unhurried ride to the airport from KoOlina. Considering the cost of car rentals these days, this was an absolute bargain and a very Aloha experience. Will definitely use their services again. Thank you Diego, Ray and rest of the staff.

Paid for a round trip to the hotel and back to the airport. When we got picked up at the airport he gave us lei and told us to lei ourselves lol! Thought it was awkward but ok. Then he dropped us off on the side of the hotel instead of in the drop off area. Also when we were picked up, we had so much luggages but they still decided to pick us up on the side . But other than that they were still cool and loved the Asian looking man who dropped us off. Knew a lot about Hawaii and it was awesome to hear him. Wish we had him when we first arrived. Can’t even remember his name. But I will definitely try these guys again!

We had a great experience with this shuttle service ... taking us from our hotel to the airport Honolulu Hotel. Vince our driver was exceptional. He was very informative and entertaining and spot on time. The company was very flexible with our booking time as we had to make a couple of changes. We highly recommend this company and in particular the driver Vince.

Great shuttle service! So patient with us to collect our luggage because I took ages! Picked up by the one and only Vince. Vince is such a funny and charismatic bloke couldn't have asked for a better greet to Honolulu than Vince! Offered us some waters which was definitely needed, and aircon was a dream in this heat, also the van spacious and clean. Would 100% book with Go Waikiki Shuttle again and would recommend y'all to do so!

We had to cancel our trip in 2020 because of Covid and Go Waikiki Shuttle let us reschedule it for July of 2021. They were absolutely fantastic to work with and very accommodating to us when our travel plans changed. We really appreciate everything they did for us and we will definitely use them again the next time we are in Honolulu! We had Hassan pick us up from the airport when we arrived and drop us back off when we went back home. He was very polite and professional. We really enjoyed having him as our driver.

The pick up from the airport was great. Our driver waited for us like 40 min because our flight was delayed and baggage claim took a very long time. HOWVER the pick up from our hotel to the airport was not even half as great. It took us 8 minutes to bring all of our luggage down the elevator and our driver was annoyed we were getting picked up so early if our flight was delayed. We explained to him, we had just been made aware of the delay. We were lucky we brought our own car seat because the ride to the hotel didn’t have a car seat and the ride back to the airport had one in the back and not set up, so it took me longer to buckle the car seat. The worse part we’re the calls I kept getting from Michael Zawawi, he didn’t even let me finish saying we were on our way down. He just said they’re drivers could not wait more than 2 minutes, and hung up. We’ll be coming back to Oahu again but will not book with Go Waikiki again.

What a great welcome to Hawaii. Vince was our driver and he was terrific. Here is knowledgeable and humorous. Had a great ride. We would request him as a driver again. Highly recommend Go Waikiki for your shuttle needs.

Thank-you sooooo much. Our driver Ray was very sweet and very accommodating. We ordered to have Leis upon our arrival and they were so fragrant. Along the way to our hotel he gave us place to eat and things to see on our stay. For the return we had Oliver who was very good driver and very nice. We had our grandparents with us he was so helpful with getting them in and out of the van as they do not move so well these days. Thanks for your hospitality. Will recommend to anyone I know who is coming to Honolulu!!!!

Excellent service at very good rates. Last time I visited Honolulu we used the shuttle service in the baggage claim they costed more and made us wait forever. This time we booked with Go Waikiki and they called us upon arrival and met us at the pick up location. Very good customer service and they even gave tips on where to eat locally. Highly recommended.

Vince texted us to confirm pickup. He walked us to the vehicle and tool care of our bags. The lei they provided was nice. On ride to hotel he provided low-down on local rides, restaurants and sites. Recommend using Go Waikiki.
