Our tour guide Mr. Rob was the absolute BEST!! If possible, try to request to get on the circle island tour with him!! He is very patient and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. He did not rush the tour stops one bit. He recommended us places to eat and pointed out movie landmarks. When lunchtime came we sat at the tables and he went to get the food for us! We did not have to wait in the long line to order like other people with the other tour bus companies. I cannot express how much fun this tour was, Mr. Rob taught us about his culture. He pointed out many plants and trees and where they originate from. Personally, my favorite part was learning about Hawaiian mythology. Mr.Rob told us the stories about the 4 main Hawaiian gods & stories about the goddesses. Overall, we had an AMAZING time!! We will definitely be doing this tour again on our next visit :)

As a travel agent, I'm always interested in using companies before booking my clients. I went to Hawaii for the first time and booked with Fly Shuttle for my transfers to and from the hotel and pier. The company was very responsive to my emails prior to my trip. I also spoke to them several times by phone. Every pick up was done on time and with a very friendly Aloha mindset. Each driver was personable and engaging. I have no complaints and positive things to say about Fly Shuttle Tours.

In December 2022, before leaving for Honolulu, I reserved a round-trip pick-up online from the airport to Sheraton Waikiki and return 9 days later to the airport. This was an excellent experience. The van was waiting for us upon our arrival, and we were picked up at the hotel at the designated time. The vans were very clean and comfortable, and the drivers were excellent. Based upon our experience, I highly recommend Fly Shuttle Tours for reliability.

I booked the day prior via the website, response was super quick and my hotel to airport shuttle was arranged in a snap for the following morning. Driver was there as arranged and very lovely. So much cheaper than a cab and just as convenient. Wish I’d known of Fly Shuttle on my way into Honolulu too. Mahalo!

We used Fly Shuttle roundtrip between our hotel and the airport. Our hotel recommended using them. Fly Shuttle arrived on time and both drivers were friendly, courteous, and drove safely. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. The shuttles were clean and comfortable. We would use them again.

The shuttle was a little late picking us up for the tour (although, to be fair, we're chalking it up to the laid back attitude that permeates life here in Hawaii). Chris - our driver and tour guide - was a lovely person and very knowledgeable. It was nice that the company allowed us an extra 45 minutes at Pearl Harbour to make up for the fact that initial pickup was a bit late, but it still felt rushed and we would've liked a bit more time to actually wander through the museum exhibits and such. And as a bit of an aside, I personally would've preferred there not be any discussion of politics. Otherwise, very well done overall.

We used this service for airport transportation only and it was fine. They were also accommodating when our flight arrival time was changed. It was not an issue and a simple phone call to let them know when we actually arrived was all that was needed. Waiting for the van to arrive, standing in the shade of a palm tree, well, that was a pinch me moment, realizing yes, we are finally here! The driver was quiet, pleasant and drove safely. :)

A family was late to show up, so our guide, Rowel, had to speed up to get us to the Pearl Harbor Memorial on time, and he made sure that we got our tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial. He made the tour fun with his interesting stories and funny jokes! Even with the tight schedule due to late show ups, he still followed the itinerary.

My sister and I participated in the Beauty & the Feast Food Tour on Oahu. I was really looking forward to the stops on this tour and the emphasis on the food. Unfortunately, most of the stops on this tour are very commercialized and touristy and don't really lend to an educational experience or "authentic" Hawaiian experience. Review of each stop below: Halona Blowhole - Tide was not right to even see the blowhole. We were given one Leonard's malasada, which was delicious but I could have eaten at least two. Macadamia Nut Farm - This place was just a "country" store that sold macadamia nuts, offered free tiny cups of coffee, and offered no educational tours or information on the actual farm or the growing of the nuts. This place was not what I expected at all. Pali Lookout - Beautiful scenery! We enjoyed this stop. Byodo-in Temple - Beautiful temple, and the amount of time spent here was good for what there was to see. Fumi's Shrimp Shack - Delicious garlic butter shrimp. Lunch was included in this tour which was great. Waimea Valley - The tour said this stop included a hike to a waterfall where we would be allowed to swim. However, we were given about an hour to hike to the waterfall (25 mins. one way), and then zero time to actually swim. We didn't really want to swim anyways because this place was BUSY! The gardens were beautiful, but it wasn't really an educational experience or related to food in any way. Haleiwa Town - This place was a BUST!! The shaved ice place had a forty minute wait and the "fruit stand" is BS and is literally just a small convenient store. Thankfully, my sister and I found another shaved ice place down the road and found a frozen banana stand too. None of that food was included on the tour. Dole Plantation - This place should have been a quicker stop since the extra activities beyond the souvenir shop cost extra. We got the dole whip (not included by the tour) and read up on the plantation. Overall, the stops were hit or miss. For the price of the tour, we did expect for most of the food to be included and not just being offered for free at the stop, or requiring us to pay out of pocket. Our tour guide/shuttle driver Billy was nice and was great about beating other tour groups to these stops, but he didn't offer much education about the stops except for a few things that he ultimately had to look-up. We understand he was new to being a guide, so we forgive him. This tour was a full day and had some highs and lows.

Our experience on Fly Shuttle Services and it’s Beauty and the feast tour was truly amazing. Mainly due to our incredible guide chief Rob and enigmatic character. We booked tour through go oahu pass as a pear habor and honolulu city tour. Here are pros and cons: Pros: 1. They get you ticket for the USS Arizona Memorial so you don’t have to worry about booking it by yourself. 2. The driver was nice and fun. Cons: 1. The main reason I only gave 3 stars is they only give you 2 AND HALF HOURS TO FINISH EVERYTHING. We arrived around 9:45, the pick up time was 12:15. Our tickets to USS Arizona Memorial was 11:00, plus checking in the bag, etc, we could only finish half of our tour within the time. So we ended up didn’t take their shuttle back. Also, I am pretty sure a lot of people have the same issue. If the owner of the bussiness can see this review, I think they can arrange it a little bit better. 2. For people who are not going through the city pass, their tour only includes transportation, not the museums, so you’ll have to pay extra if you wanna see the submarine or airplane museum. (It’s all included in city pass so we were good) What we ended up doing was went to pearl habor with them, then uber ($24) to the iolani palace, visit there, have some food, then took a bus back to hotel ($5.5 for two people) To me the tour only worth $14… (uber from hotel to pearl habor was $28, we have two people) while in the go oahu pass, it listed as $50 for each of us…… So I would recommand uber to pearl habor if you do not have a city pass. Not taking their tour, but in other reviews, seems they do offer $15 shuttle, so if you only have one person, it’s still a good idea to go with them.

For everyone saying Rob was bad , that’s a total lie , me and my husband had a great time filled with entertainment, beautiful views and an amazing time. Rob was great and made sure we enjoyed the entire experience!

Mike was our driver for the “Beauty and the Feast” circle island tour and it was great! He kept up with fun and relevant facts that made the ride exciting. We had to skip diamond head due to an accident blocking up the road, but we had yummy malasadas at the blowhole. Any stop that wasn’t a natural landmark had food, and all of it was delicious! Good mix of sightseeing, snacks, and shopping. I definitely recommend this tour!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Reservation staff was rude on the phone. Not enough time given at Pearl Harbor to explore because the tour company was trying to consolidate early and later tours to leave at the same time. We felt like we missed out being on the later tour.

My husband and I went on the Pearl Harbor and Honolulu City tour - and it was amazing!! The driver was funny and knowledgable, and we were able to explore Honolulu which we wouldn't have been able to do on our own. Pearl Harbor was a must do for us - and it was great to have tickets purchased through the tour and having the shuttle taking us there and back. Would definitely recommend!!

Without booking Fly Shuttle Tours, we would not have been able to take the boat ride out to the Arizona Memorial which was the main point of visiting Oahu. Sounds like we were one of the fortunate ones as not everyone has had this experience.

This is a review of our experience with Fly Shuttle Tours and the Beauty and the Feast Tour.....first of all, our Driver Mr Rob was absolutely the BEST driver yet, the other drivers we have had have all been super friendly and wonderful and experienced Tour Guides, but Mr Rob stands way out front from all the rest, as being the most friendly and Family oriented Tour Guide yet!...although I am deaf and disabled, his genuine concern for everyone's safety and well-being put him at the very Top of mine and my wife's list so to speak 😀 he made sure that I had leg room to stretch my bad leg out.....and he tried to position one of his mirrors so I could read his lips while he shared information about his experiences and life of Hawaii and it's people ....I am retired from the AF, He Thanked me continually for my service to our country.....Mr Rob is one of the best reasons for anyone wanting to come to the Islands....He is Genuine and Unique and truly Real.....I could go on and on.....He made our tour so personable, we will always remember our best tour so far and we will always remember Mr Rob.....Ty for making our Visit to Hawaii absolutely Wonderful 💯 I spent 7 years on Guam, they called me a Chamowli...I think that is correct....lol Anyway.... Booking online was super easy. We were running a few minutes late, but they were so kind to have a different vehicle get us instead of making everyone wait. We appreciate everyone's patience! The vehicle was very comfy, and the ride was quick and smooth. The driver was friendly and took care of all our luggage. All in all, a great airport shuttle experience despite being priced lower than most other local companies. We would definitely use Fly Shuttle again!

Excellent service! After a long 22 hours of travel, it was so nice to walk out of baggage claim and get straight Juno the shuttle. They waited on our flight, which was delayed and greeted us with fresh flower leis. Such a blessing to be back in Hawaii nei!

We were picked up on time and taken to Pearl Harbor, we had time to look thru the submarine, The Arizona Memorial, and the gift shop before getting back on the bus. Afterwards we drove thru Punchbowl and downtown Honolulu and stopped in front of King Kamehameha statue for photos. It is perfect if you want to see more of the city then just Waikiki but don’t want to commit to an all day circle island tour.

My cousin and I went on a graduation trip to Hawaii and were recommended by a family friend to try Fly Shuttle Tours. I'm so glad we did! They were awesome, friendly and punctual. They even suggested some cool things my cousin and I should check out. The vehicles used were clean and air conditioned. If you're traveling to Hawaii, they are definitely the shuttle service to use!

OMG, I just got back from my first Hawaiian vacation and it was nothing short of spectacular! I decided to hire Fly Shuttle Tours to escort me around the island as well as show me the sights.
