There was no hesitation in taking my car up on the lift and looking at it and offered for me to bring in my car first thing 8 am Monday morning. He was super friendly, got me in quickly, and fixed the issue. Super thankful for him!
Lukas ZibaitisHave been bringing 2 cars that I’ve had now for the past 2 years to them, Kevin has always treated me with respect and honesty. They gave me fair pricing when I had to have pads/rotors all replaced, gave me advice on what some problems might be going and were transparent about what needed to be fixed right now vs had time before addressing. For context, I moved to CT 2 years ago for work and it’s tough to find trustworthy mechanics right off the bat. You’ll get that here

They take the time to actually listen to you about your issue and communicate during the process if they need further information. My experience was excellent. I would definitely go back again in the future. They even washed my truck which had bird poop all over it from when it was broken down. Much better experience than any "Stealership" I've dealt with. They kept their word about what they were doing and when the vehicle would be done. This was my first time going to this shop and I'm grateful to have found them. I highly recommend.

Kevin knew what was wrong with the car right away, and told me how much it would be, which was not at all as high as I was expecting. He told me what I could and could not leave undone depending on my budget. In under 40 minutes, my car was fixed at a cheaper price than his estimate! Incredibly nice guys, awesome service. I would recommend South Street to everyone.
