We (a couple of travelers that used the train to get in town) used this transportation service and were extremely pleased with our driver, Connie. She worked on a holiday. She is very polite and friendly. They were the only transportation service available on july 4th- no uber, lyft, or taxi services were available. Connie had a busy day but was able to take us and pick us up from the hotel to the lake. Thank you, Connie!

I was in need of a last minute ride. The dispatcher was so friendly and professional. I believe her name is Heather. Shawn picked me up in his very nice and clean avalanche. He made me feel safe and got me to where I needed to go really quick. The price was way cheaper than other cab companies I've used in the past. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone needing a ride.

Nice people. I called on Sunday, picked me up on time early Monday morning. The rates are reasonable, my driver was nice. No dirty, old cabs here, they picked me up in a Lexus!

Reserved a cab for 6:15am in mid-November. It was freezing cold and we had to get to the station in the midst of a pre-dawn thunderstorm, so were heartily relieved when the Sunset car emerged from the dark. It was right on time — a big comfortable car with a very friendly and helpful driver. Many thanks!

I’m from Texas so I don’t kno my way around n I got lost in my way to work .. I called Shawn n he picked me up at the last minute n squeezed me in n got me to my orientation.. great people great service n reliable.. thank u guys for keeping it real!!!!

They ALWAYS answer their phone and if they don’t then you can just text the number. They have the best rate in Holland and was even 30 min EARLY to pick me up. They got me to Muskegon from Holland promptly. They don’t charge for stopping and getting a bite to eat and their rate is just so affordable! My driver Rueben was so friendly and a joy to talk to. I will use this cab service over and over again and will recommend it to everyone. Such nice people that you can tell care about their customers.

So I called for a ride this morning for when I get put of work this afternoon... I felt rushed and just gave pickup location kinda... b uh t the person who andlswred gave no details of what kinda vehicle to look for. Didnt ask my name, phone number or where at this particular location to meet them.. didnt get a chance to ask if you accept debut... just not feeling secure I have a riddle home or not

Booked a pick up a few days ahead of time for our family to the GRR airport (very convenient). The receptionist was nice but seemed distracted and there was a lot of background noise (talking, etc.). She was kind but seemed in a hurry to get off the phone. Driver was on time (more or less). Since we had a family of 4 and 6 pieces of luggage, Sunset used their Avalanche extended cab pickup truck. The truck was dirty and was VERY obviously a smoker's vehicle -not pleasant for lifetime non-smokers. This was quite a disappointment. The driver was kind and helpful. We had no issues with the driver. The price was reasonable and comparable to other services I inquired about. I consider the service adequate.

(Not an actual review) Just some questions I had! Seemed unnecessary for a phone call! This coming May my spocuse and I will be moving to Holland! We were wondering what prices would be to use your servives for a short quick ride to a store or short distances like that!

we used Sunset Transport for all our transport need while in Holland for the recent Basketball Team Camp at Hope College. I would highly recommend them, turned up on time and got us to our destinations without any problems and were extrmley great value. would definatley use them again when in the area.
