I called this company desperate when Metro Cab FAILED. I was originally quoted half an hour wait, then when I explained my situation (needed to get to airport immediately for a flight), the est of arrival quoted was 10 min. Not even FIVE minutes later, dude came down our street ready to get our larger group & got us to the airport! Not only that, when he arrived, he helped with all our luggage & greeted me with a hug! SO SWEET! I will DEFINITELY use this company from now on when I need a cab! ❤️

Despite my cab being 40 minutes late to picking me up. The cab driver helped bring my bags onto the train and I made my early morning departure with minutes to spare. What could have been a disaster to the start of my travel day, ended up with a $10 off the fee fare and a helpful hand getting on the train.

Amazing service , clean & fast. The drivers are super friendly and keep a great conversation; Let me tell you , this place is really wonderful. Im flying to Grand Rapids regularly for my engineering job and this taxi service is beyond the better option in town. Uber & Lyft are always unavailable or super late. I know I can always rely on My Taxi for a ride.

From now on, I will always call My Taxi Service first when I need travel assistance in Grand Rapids. Grand Rapids is a very difficult place to find a taxi or rideshare service. I was on a very time sensitive medical courier mission and had tried to obtain Lyft/Uber and taxi service to no avail. I did contact a well known taxi service and booked their service. After 45 minutes, I called back and they told me they no longer had any drivers available. This was after they said their taxi would be there in 30 minutes. This well known taxi company gave me the number of My Taxi Service as their recommended source. I called them, and they were very professional. Their taxi (actually a mini van) arrived within the time quoted. The driver was very personable and agreed to not only take me from my hotel to the medical center where I would pick up my medical products, but agreed to wait as well. The driver then took me straight to the airport. He knew the best routes and was very efficient. The price was very reasonable as well.

Joel is always on time and always willing to pick up a fare in a minutes notice! He's super friendly and helpful and one of the more "cheap" cabs. Lol as cheap as a cab can be ya know? He definitely won't gouge you on prices like certain places!

Had a great experience with this company. Uber can be hit and miss for early morning airport rides. Called My Taxi the night before and booked a ride for 5:45am. The driver was at my house 10 minutes early. It was a nice clean newer car. Recommended!

I called My Taxi Service for a pickup from the airport. I would have typically defaulted to an Uber or Lyft except there were no drivers out. The driver called when he arrived, as promised, and was able to take me as well as another couple who were also in need of a ride. The car was clean and had third-row seating so everyone was comfortable. COVID precautions in place. Reasonably priced. I would definitely call on My Taxi Service again in lieu of Uber or Lyft, which are not dependable.

I had an early morning surgery scheduled at Butterworth Hospital, needed to be picked up by 6:45am. One taxi company told me they didn't have drivers out that early. Oh great. Happened to call My Taxi Service and Joel agreed to pick me up around 6:30am. He did! Very much appreciated. Made it to my surgery on time. And then, I found out I'd be sent home the same day. But, had to have someone with me (due to anesthesia). So, called Joel again. He agreed to pick up my wife in Lowell, then pick me up at Butterworth and then take us both home to Lowell. He came thru for us again. To top it off, we were talking about music on the way home and he sang us a song.. a hymn called "Everybody Ought to Know". He's got a great voice! If you need a reliable, fun ride to wherever you're going, give Joel a call. He was a life-saver for us. Thanks Joel!

This oompany is by far the best we have worked with. We hold a business account through them to provide transportation to our employees. The cab drivers have been respectful, prompt, and safe! Also, the dispatch at My Taxi Service is outstanding! The team at My Taxi Service has made ordering a taxi easier than ever! Prior to using My Taxi Service, we were using YELLOW CAB out of Grand Rapids, MI. Yellow Cabs dispatch would constantly answer the phone stating they had no drivers and hang up, NOT ANSWER AT ALL......would miss orders we placed, show up hours late, and worst of all, the very few drivers they did have available did not display any sort of profesionalism when working. We are very happy we made this switch to My Taxi Service. I recommend them to anyone! If you are looking for on time, professional, and safe transportation with amazing rates..... CHOOSE MY TAXI SERVICE!

Awesome find! Since Runabouts has left, I was now in need to find a reliable airport transportation. This time, I needed a 4:30am pickup to take me to the airport. I was nervous considering most taxi services in GR all have low ratings with horrible reviews plus I was leaving in one of the worse winter storms we've seen (polar vortex whatevs). So I found this company with a good star rating and took a chance. I'm so glad I did. They were great on the phone, very accommodating. The driver was 10 mins early and just waited in my drivway. His car was clean, he got out and took my bags for me, and he was really pleasant to talk with. He had snow tires which made the ride super smooth and drove perfectly. So much better of an experience than the typical Uber or Lyft rides I've had. I also found out that the company has specialized insurance that Uber/Lyft drivers don't have, which made me further understand how much more of an upgrade this really was. I will keep this number on speed dial for sure. If you are reading this, trying to find a reliable, safe transportation service, look no further. Thanks, My Taxi Service!

Honestly, I was a little worried about getting a taxi to the airport after seeing the available options in the area and how bad the reviews were. I’m so happy that I called this taxi service. I called the night before for a 430 am pick up and the driver was there at 425 the next morning. He got us to where we needed to go and the price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend using this company over others in the area.

My driver Landy, was amazing! He was prompt and found my address way back in the country in Clarksville MI, to take me 30 minutes to Grand Rapids. Very nice ride, the car was very clean and smooth, and offered a bottle of water. He was awesome to have a conversation with and overall couldn’t be more happier to have chosen his services and this company. I have the #saved and will ask for them again. Totally recommend them! I loved this service.. when I called and it was stated a cab would be to pick me up in 10min ,it arrived in 7min.. very customer friendly awesome service I would always call them.. I'm very satisfied with everything I've experienced with them from the driver, the cleanliness of the van, the fact that I didn't have to touch the door.. they do have a min. of $10 my ride was about $6 however I would have tipped the driver regardless.. well worth it..

Best service for call-ahead needs! Driver always lets you know about how long it will take to get to you, or you can even schedule hours in advance. And prices are competitive or better. Highly recommend My Taxi to anyone that needs a ride!

These gentleman drove me from the Ronald McDonald House to a hospital and back twice a day for nearly a week. Even taking time to do so on Christmas Day so I didnt miss visiting my son. They were all extremely nice and went the extra mile to help. Even going so far as to try and find me a cheaper car rental the day before I left. They were always on time and so was I. Thank you guys, you were great!

When no other taxi service came through for me, they did. I was stuck in Allendale and a driver came to pick me up. He drove me to the airport and as late I was, he got me to my flight with minutes left. Thank you. This company will treat you well!

I called the driver 2 days before we wanted to leave and he assured me he would be at my home to take us to the airport at 3:30 a.m. I did not know the company but I contacted him the day before we needed to leave to make sure of the time! The driver was in my driveway a little earlier than 3:30. I will be sure to use this company once again in the spring!!

Landy was the kindest driver I've ever had. I overslept (a travelers worst nightmare) and Landy called my mobile, woke me and waited the 15 minutes it took me to get out of the house. I felt awful, but he was gracious and very understanding. I'm calling whenever I need a ride.
