This company is AMAZING! I had an emergency and had to arrange a car for my son. He was in Michigan, I was home in Colorado and in full mom freak out mode. They not only picked my son up outside of a concert venue (they had to look for him as we didn't have an exact address), but communicated with me every step of the way and made him feel so at ease. The driver even offered to stop for something to eat since the small airport they were headed to had nothing but vending. I cannot recommend this service enough, they made all the difference in what was a scary situation.

As an executive assistant, there are times we need transportation on short notice and odd times. MI Driver Service was professional, trustworthy, reasonably priced, punctual, and dependable. They were scheduled to pick up a traveler at midnight. The flight was delayed and they waited until 2:00 am for the passenger. So very thankful for them!

Best car service I have come across. I used their car service for Electric Forest week (2 times per day) and they were never late. Cars were always clean and smelled nice. All the drivers were courteous at all times and the dispatcher handled ALL my calls with class (even when it was hard to hear me due to the noise). I also Love the fact that they set reservations months in advance and its very convenient and easy to use my credit card with the dispatcher. Whenever I visit Muskegon from now on I will be using this service.

I was beyond satisfied with Mi driver. My father at 89, needed to go to the GR airport. My father didn’t want to take a driver. I was very concerned about my dad making a trip by himself. Mi driver not only reassured me that they would make sure my father got to the airport safely and on time, but they text me numerous times letting me know they were on their way, were at my dad’s house and had him securely in the car. I am overjoyed that we now have a way to get my dad from point a to point b. Thank you!

Amazing service! I had a wedding I had to get to in Buffalo NY and needed a ride at 4 AM out of the forest. I was nervous because I've never needed to leave the Forest and rely on a cab company to get me where I need to go on time. They were so helpful and dealt with my annoying calls everyday to verify that everything was still set. Both the dispatcher and driver were extremely nice and made the whole process a breeze! I would recommend them to everyone!

This is by far the best cab company I have received a ride from. It was my first time using them. They arrived early, the car was clean and smelled good, the driver even made conversation with me which made me feel comfortable. Mi Driver is your 5-star chauffeur service. They are highly professional, very polite, and easy to deal with. The cars they use are always clean and fresh. For two weeks that they were driving me, they were consistently punctual and they made sure I was comfortable. But most impressive was their friendliness and kindness. As a visiting foreigner, they gave me useful and honest information about Muskegon. They even offered me a home-cooked dinner upon knowing I was eating at the restaurants every day! Truly impressive, the best taxi service!!! And wonderful people!!!

They gave me the best experience, the van was very clean, smelled fantastic, and the service was way above average. No smoking in the vans goes a long way for me. First I didn'the know what to expect trying a new cab company. Let me say the entire experience was first class from start to finish. A cleaned smoke free cab arrived at my door step and with the friendliest and cleanest (driver looked as if he actually cared how he presented himself to the public unlike so many of the others I had the pleasure to ride with). I try not to recommend a business just in case the business would let my friends and coworkers down. I recommend MI Driver to all my friends and even family.

I was beyond impressed with this service. I take a bus from NY to MI about every 6 weeks and have had some horrendous experiences with taxi companies in other cities. These folks put me at ease the moment I arrived in Muskegon. I needed rides everyday for nearly a week and they were on time or early every single time. I have used this service twice. Once for a ride to the Grand Rapids airport. They drove all the way out to Newaygo at 4:30 in the morning to pick me up! (Try getting a friend to do that lol) The rates were cheaper than paying airport parking fees. The second was when attending a formal function in Muskegon and I wanted door to door service. They picked me up from my hotel and drove me to the venue and then back to my hotel when I was ready. Clean cars, nice people, and professional service!
