Wow amazing experience! Had car problems this morning and needed a ride immediately. I only had cash so I called for a ride. They gave me an estimated 15 minutes, Joel was there within 10. I got in the vehicle it was classy and nice and clean(personal vehicle). He got me 10 miles in about 10 minutes. Once we arrived I paid for my ride which was 25 and not a bad price compared to what cabs used to cost. I was very impressed by my driver. If I'm ever in a pinch I'll definitely go through them again! Thank you for the new and improved cab business. I feel like they really know what they're doing.

On Dec 25th 2022, I was scheduled to fly out of Grand Rapids. The weather was very poor with gusty winds, ice, and snow. I didn’t want my 81 year old Mother driving in those conditions. I called this company and Joel picked me up ahead of schedule and we made it to the airport ahead of schedule! He was extremely professional and courteous! Used Metro for shuttle service from Zeeland to the Grand Rapids airport with 5 pieces of luggage. After researching numerous other small-time taxi cabs in the Holland/Zeeland area, found Metro and can see why it's rated 5 stars. They are on time, clean, organized, efficient, i.e., no surprises. Just what you need when you are trying to go on vacation. Price was very competitive. All you had to do was call, talk to Joel - he is friendly and efficient.

I scheduled Metro Cab One night before for 5:30am. He was right on time. The owner, Joel, came himself. Nice guy and very professional. Last time I did this I called Lyft. They did not show up and a second Lyft took the over. But I almost missed my flight because they 2nd Lyft was late. I will not be using Lyft again.

Metro Cab One is the best car service I have experienced over 30 years. Joel has taken care of several referrals from Boston, LA, and Denver with incredible professionalism and efficiency. Some requests were at difficult times and locations and he handled them all perfectly. One was a 4:00am pick-up in bad weather and he was there 10 minutes early as usual. Everyone I referred loved the experience. Plus the vehicles are upscale and pristine. I just used him again today and it went like clockwork. Often times they are cheaper than Uber. I will always use Metro Cab One

Wow.. Amazing service. Talk about reliable! I was on a time crunch wasn't sure if I'd be able to make my flight on time. I couldn't find an Uber or Lyft anywhere after waiting over an hour. So i called these guys and let me tell You! They were quick. Got me to the airport with 20 minutes to spare. The driver was great and the vehicle was clean unlike other taxi companies.
