We needed a ride to the new McLaren hospital very early in the morning for an important surgery. We usually use Lyft or Uber for our local transportation needs, but nobody is up that early and we needed someone reliable. We live on the South side of Lansing and when I called I was informed that there is a $45 minimum charge due to our location, because this taxi service is based in East Lansing. That's pretty expensive, but we agreed anyway because we really had no alternative. Laith was also honest and up-front with us about this, and he didn't surprise us with it, which I do appreciate. The ride itself was excellent. Pick-up was on-time, his vehicle was clean, the ride was smooth, and payment was easy. I have zero complaints about the actual quality of service we received, I'm only knocking one star off because it's quite expensive if you don't already live in East Lansing. That being said, I'd give 4.5 stars if I could because Laith was very and courteous and a good driver. If we lived East of here it would be an easy 5/5, no doubt. I would still use LM Cab service again in the future if we ever find ourselves in a similar situation, and I do recommend him. Thank you.

This taxi service was excellent. I called in a last minute bind on a Sunday morning to get a ride to the airport in Lansing. He promptly returned my call and was able to accommodate me. Friendly service and impeccably clean vehicle. Will use his services again if I am ever back in Lansing.

Laith was dependable, timely, and his car is pristine. He is a nice person and a good conversationalist, but he does not talk if you need to be concentrating on something else. He and his service are excellent.

The driver Laith provides great service for a good price. I used LM Cab 4-5 times in the last couple of months to go from East Lansing to Lansing airport and back for my flights. Even at 5 am in the morning he shows up on time and always calls to confirm one day before the trip and 15 min before arriving to pickup location. I used his service this morning again to go to Lansing airport. Reliable and professional service, I highly recommend.

The most reliable taxi service in the Lansing area! We had two emergency situations, the first time we were looking for a ride to the airport leaving at 4:30am, we called all cab services we could find online the night prior, and nobody but LM cab picked up. The driver showed up on time and got us to the airport. The second time we were going to Amtrak East Lansing, train was leaving at 8:54am, we thought we could get a Uber but guess what, we kept requesting a ride but there was no Uber driver around. We freaked out and called LM cab. We did not have high hopes because we only had 30 minutes left before the train departure time, but LM cab showed up and got us there!! And of course the driver is always polite and respectful :)

Best cab in Lansing area. I have started taking LM cab from late 2017 every week to Detroit airport for my business and personal travel. Laith has been very accommodating, very polite and great communicator. He never hesitates to drop me at the Detroit airport early in the morning (at 3:30 AM) or pick me up late at night (at 1 AM) from the airport. I never have looked for any other cabs in the last 2 years. His charges are at a very reasonable rate. His car is very clean and as a professional working woman, I feel very safe to drive with him at the odd hours to the airport. He has become a good friend of mine now.
