I found this company through my search for a delivery service that would deliver a cake to my son for his birthday Long story short the communication at times was a little slow but overall the service was committed to make the delivery. So much so that the driver took upon himself to fulfill a fathers delight by driving in the Grand Rapids Blizzard of December 24,2022 to deliver a cake. Praise God!Drivers name was a Mr. Alex! Thank you Alex.Will use you again if need be. You will be the first.Oh just for clarity Christ is the perfect one that is why i give high 4.9 hows that

Would 100% recommend this company! Very reliable and driver was exactly on time by the minute. I had scheduled my pick up in advance since it was an early morning time. Very much appreciate the reliability of this service and will use again. If you are in need of transportation, this is the place to call in Grand Rapids.

Now this is what a Taxi service should be all about. Great conversations, shows how he is changing the business of requesting for a ride. Lyft and Uber has nothing on this company. I was even taken to the airport on the guy off day when he could have been home with his family. That's love right there for the business and his customers.

Ultimately, they are on time and get you where you need to go. There are just a few outstanding issues that would prevent me from choosing this service over others: 1. If they can't pick up the phone when you call, it will say the number is out of service instead of allowing you to leave a message. 2. They do not clearly communicate that during early hours the prices are significantly higher. You just find this out when they tell you the price at your destination (they were willing to work with me though when I told them that no one had mentioned the different price upfront). 3. At least the car I was in both times I used the service smelled so punishingly strong of cologne that I had a headache immediately upon entering the car - but more importantly it quite literally took me weeks to get the smell of the cologne out of my clothes and baggage. (only applicable to the individual and vehicle that transported me both times I used their service) I think it is a decent service that will work in a pinch, but I cannot say they would be my first choice, simply for the reasons listed above

Such an amazing services and highly recommended to anyone. I’m new to Michigan and still very uncomfortable driving . While no other driver/taxi wanted to pick me up during an outrageous weather and time (5:00am) and Uber/lyft was no where to be found in my area, SADIKI made possible for me to get to my destination on time. It was such a smooth ride and I completely felt safe. I was truly blessed for his commitment and professionalism. I can’t express how much I am grateful for your service thanks SADIKI again
