robert gormelyBus was nice. Got in at 2am. Station open 24 hours. They let me stay till my hotel room was available. Very nice staff. They have security so your stuff is safe while in the restroom and store. This might be my favorite bus station in the entire USA.
DrukGyeBest about Jefferson Lines that I always experienced on my numerous long distance travels regardless whom was representing the company whether personnel at the station or bus drivers, professionalism, work ethical attitude, eager to assist. This year, I have not travelled thus unsure if WiFi has been introduced in all the buses.

megan mcwethyVery helpfully staff, the lady working working saved me and my husband from missing a transfer by suggesting a later bus then we picked which ended up saving us from a 8 hour layover! Very clean, needs a better food selection though.

Two people on staff - one selling tickets/ loading luggage under bus. Lady bus driver taking tickets & getting customers on bus. Left promptly @ 1:15pm.
Dustin FlynnIt's a cup ride you know what I mean. Some times the bus drivers can be really annoying and there was one time a semi hit the bus I was on and I had to stay the night in a different city and had to say for a night in a hotel.
