During my stay in Iowa, I ‘ve used many different cab services with each cabbie quoting his own price usually $50 dollars round trip, from the Walmart to the hotel in Pleasant Hill , which was killer and the attitude of maybe we will pick you up and maybe we won’t. It's our prerogative translation deal with it ! Scrolling through google I came across this cab company . I gave them a call , and to my surprise he was polite ! And willing to work with me !! He provided a service and fulfilled that service. Oh and guess what the fare from my hotel to the Walmart $ 14 dollars $28 all in all . He is also honest

I used West Cab this evening to get groceries. I made sure the driver knew ahead of time in case he wanted to wait until rush hour was over, but the driver came straight to me even knowing he was going to need to wait for me to shop. He didn't seem irritated even though it was the busiest time of his shift. I was a cab driver for 20 years, so I knew nothing tests a driver more than a grocery run during the rush, and your guy even got out and carried my groceries in for me! Very impressed by yhis driver; he was trained like I had been, always treat everyone the same no matter how much money they spend so it was very nice to see the driver was old school, kind & courteous! Well done! THAT is how he earned such a nice tip. (Reason #1, 975 why you never need to call that old crusty cab company in town ever again? Because, yo! Go West Cab!)

The cab was early and so friendly and helpful. He helped me get my stuff in the trunk from the hotel. I feel very safe with the cab here. I will always call them.

I've been riding with West cab for 6 years ! Great company all the way around always on time . The gentleman who owns the company is very friendly there's been a couple times when I did not have my whole cab Fair and was given several discounts . So if you're looking for a responsible always on time cab service without having a long wait I would highly recommend West cab .

Very kind, friendly, professional, and reliable! I called early in the day to reserve a cab for late in the evening, and they were right on time, as promised! We'll definitely use West Cab again!
