Penny worth

(Update they made it better and paid me back the over charge. Please learn from my mistake and get proof you paid) We had a very early flight they don't open till 4 a.m. besides claiming to be open 24 hours on their website. When we got there the lady claimed her card reader was broke. No problem I have cash paid $72. She then said I do not have a receipt book but I will Mark you down no problem. When we got back I was told it was marked I hadn't paid. Partially my fault for believing the lady so I had to pay another $72. Needless to say we won't be back feels like the employee is running a scam. Also had to wait 30 minutes after calling 9 at night they're across the street

Great place to keep your vehicle while out of town. I was parked there 10 days during subzero weather. Car would not start when I came and they got me started.

Economical parking for Des Moines airport. Cordial drivers. After picking up luggage after arrival, call number and they arrive in just over 5 minutes. One less star as not all drivers help with bags

I was hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews but overall couldn't be happier. Shuttle was waiting for us when we parked our car, the driver was friendly and helped us with our bags, and when we returned they arrived at the airport in a few minutes and helped with our bags again. Worth every penny.

We had read the reviews about cars being broken into here but we decided since we have been using their business for a handful of years to park there and see what happens. We had no issues quick reliable service friendly and helpful we will keep using Jet parking when ever we travel

I got a coupon on Groupon for $36 for 8 days of parking!! Awesome deal! It was downpouring when we arrived at the parking lot. The gentleman opened the gate and came right over to where we parked and unloaded our bags out of our vehicle and onto the transport bus and took us right over to the airport. When we arrived back in DSM, we called the number on the card he gave us and he came right over and picked us within 5 minutes. The gentleman was very friendly and proves what customer services is all about!! I will definitely use this lot for parking again when I fly out of DSM.
