A fantastic experience the customer service was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced!!!!! Do not waist your money on lyft or uber call this company first and only !!!!!I will recommend this cab company to anyone that is in the area !!!! This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, starting with the Chauffer Daniel who picked me up on time, was courteous, friendly and served as a knowledgeable ambassador for DSM. He was flexible, giving me his number in case I wanted to change my pickup time, and professional in his driving, etiquette and appearance. I will definitely use him again!!

Needed a ride to the airport with not much notice, at 4 a.m. They were able to accommodate what I needed. The driver, Daniel, picked me up right on time and got me to the airport quickly. He was friendly, prompt and professional. Very happy, thank you!

Top notch customer service! I was picked up exactly when promised, the door and trunk were opened for me, Chris handled my bags, car was clean and warm, greeting was just enough information about the weather and traffic. Was taken quickly and safely to my destination. Can not say enough good things about this ride. Will definitely use again next time I am in town.

I've used this company since I came to west des moines almost 1.5 years now. Most of the times I've scheduled a pick up days in advance just in case they may be busy if I do last minute. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for them to arrive. Driver has always been super friendly, answers the phone professionally, drives safely to your destination, will co tinge to use and recommend them 👍

They are always on time, always professional, and get me where I need to be when I need to be, regardless of hour. I only needed a van or car to pick me up, bring me home and return me later in the day. The driver (Daniel, I believe) arrived in a small van, was early to pick me up and was very professional. I was quoted a flat rate when I called 10 days in advance to be sure I could get a reservation at the time I needed. Yellow and capital cab here Cabs can take 1-1.5 hours these days to get a ride, no matter when you call. The driver was very pleasant and polite. He knew the streets and how best to get me home. The van he used was clean and comfortable. I will use them again if I ever need this kind of service again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called them up and got someone on the line who was incredibly professional and good with details. After ordering a cab to arrive at my hotel at 5am, they showed up on time - even a minute or two early - and called me promptly to let me know they'd arrived. The vehicle was in amazing condition and got me to the airport in good time. So glad I found this company!

Easy scheduling, very professional, flat rate. When a car became unavailable, they notified me the night before, to schedule a different time, when it would have taken hours to get regular cab or Uber.

My husband called in a taxi service and then min later our friend called and was able to help us out. I called to cancel our service and the man on the phone was very sweet and kind about our situation. He thanked me for letting them know asap that we no longer needing the service. Though we never rode or officially utilized their cab they could've been upset for the cancelation and for that I give them 5 stars.

Could not believe that I could order my car pick up in advance! I booked a ride to the concert a week ahead. It didn't seem like a taxi...it was a newer Black Sedan with super soft leather seats...thought they had sent the wrong car, but my driver said he was the car the company had scheduled and would be the same cost as any of their marked taxis....he told me all the cars had leather seats and all the drivers prided themselves on keeping a clean car. I think any car they send will be great for me in the future.

they were running a few minutes late but called me. I appreciated not wondering if they were coming or not. It was snowing out and travel was slow in the conditions. The driver was apologetic and friendly which we liked. very clean cab I will use this company again.

First time using them last week and it worked exactly as it should... I called a day in advance to schedule a pickup, and the driver was in my driveway ready at that time. Got me to the airport right when I needed to be there. The car smelled like an ashtray but thankfully my ride was short.
