I used Hermes for my guest transportation for my wedding in July and they were amazing! Our guests were staying in downtown Denver at two different hotels, but the reception was in Littleton- about a 45 min drive. Hermes showed up on time and picked up everyone according to the route and schedule I laid out with Michaela ahead of time. No one was left behind and everyone got to the wedding on time! The shuttle buses were waiting at the venue and got everyone home safely. I also had two different limo sprinter vans to pick up me, bridesmaids, family, groom and groomsmen and everything was so comfortable, clean, timely and as advertised. Of all the quotes I received for wedding transportation, Hermes was on the higher end, but they were the only company that didn't have a single bad review. All of the other companies I looked at had multiple bad reviews saying how buses had broken down or failed to show up or showed up late. Wedding planning is stressful enough- don't skimp out on transportation and hire Hermes for a stress free day! They were definitely worth the money!

Hermes was a great company to work with and I'm glad I chose them for my wedding transportation. I had excellent communication from the beginning with Adrienne and again later with Charlsie. All drivers for both the wedding party and the guests showed up on time with clean and very luxurious shuttles. All drivers were professional, timely, and got everyone to and from the venue safely. There was an issue where my guests were not dropped directly at the front door of my venue (North Star Gatherings) as promised but it's still under question if this was due to the direction of the venue or not but regardless my experience with them went smoothly and enjoyably. I would say their services were not cheap but the shuttles were luxurious, the drivers were responsible, and communication with the company was clear and easy.

We used Hermes for transportation during our micro-wedding in January 2022. Hermes was picking us up at our lodge, driving us to the ceremony location, bringing the guests to a small happy hour at the lodge, then driving us to dinner afterwards. The driver was on time and prompt. He was super courteous and communicated well. The radio didn't work during our trip, which made it a little weird. There was no way of listening to music so for the hour ride to dinner. After speaking with the Customer Relations manager, this is not normal.

I also rented the 31 passenger bus to get my guests from the hotel to the venue, that driver was also on time and professional. Hermes is extremely professional from beginning to end. Their stellar customer service started from the moment they answered the phone. I called and booked a mini coach to transport people from the airport to the convention center. They arrived even before all our guests collected their luggage. The driver was extremely professional and we were greeted with a smile. Enough can not be said of their fleet of vehicles. Modern and must have features that our guests need to stay connected. We booked a Hermes shuttle for our friends and family and a "Get Away Car" at our daughter's wedding in Colorado. Overall it was a great experience. Adrienne was very professional and easy to deal with. The shuttle and the car were both in great condition and very comfortable. We had one misunderstanding in that we specifically needed a shuttle with trunk space as we not only had to transport 30 people but all of the wedding "stuff" back. We ended up with a shuttle that did not have a trunk. Luckily the venue allowed us to store stuff overnight which they don't typically allow. All in all, I would highly reccommend.

The app Hermes uses to convey all of the transfer info is super helpful, and I also really appreciated getting text message notifications to include the driver’s name and phone number as they were en route, when they'd arrived, etc. There isn’t always time to look back through your emails when you’re in the thick of it. I began talks with this company for my transition from Virginia where I worked for the 8th largest Limousine company in the United States and initially things seemed promising. I was set up for a final interview upon arrival in Colorado. However, once i arrived in Colorado, i was on an excursion with my family into the mountains and suffered an unfortunate accident falling over 30 feet and injuring my coccyx (tailbone). Just for a bruised coccyx takes 4 weeks to heal. Having been out of work for this extended period of time i reached out to the company expressing that i "...cannot work for 15 hours and only get paid for 10 hours of work..." and asked Gordon to reach out to me again concerning the job offer. Gordon replied with, "Best wishes to you" As a Professional Chauffeur for multiple years I can assure the public that drivers (professional chauffeurs) are put through very strenuous situations and frequently work 15 or more hours day 6 days a week and in most cases 7 days a week is the industry standard. Chauffeurs put in over 70 hours of service which is for the benefit of a Limousine company but will only be paid for a portion of that time. If a chauffeur seems tired or dazed, he/she has been being overworked and is likely in violation of DOT regulations due to the company pushing him/her to drive while not properly rested. If you don't mind working 18 hour days and only getting paid for 11 or 12 of those hours then this is the company for you. It should be the American way that you get paid for every hour you put in unless you are on salary. Chauffeurs are on hourly not salary. If you put in 12 hours then you should be paid for all of those 12 hours not just the times that you had a client in your vehicle.
