We used Golden West for a private shuttle to and from the airport. Our drivers were both extremely professional, timely and good drivers. For our return home, as soon as our plane landed and I turned on my phone, I had a text from our driver, Hassan. He asked us to text again when we had our baggage and reminded us where to meet him. It was so smooth and easy. We will certainly use Golden West shuttle again! Great service and great value.

First time using a shuttle to the airport. Golden West Airport Shuttle was on top it! Arrived at the time mentioned and the return was the same great service. It was 6 of us coming back from our trip. Normally we all drive, but ended up being cheaper to get the shuttle vs driving and leaving the car at the airport. Thank you for the great service!!!

NOTE: l wrote this review about my experience 2 years ago. When I edited it for typo today, it moved my review to the top. Please keep this in mind. I will definitely choose this shuttle over all others in the Denver area! Randy, the driver, was on time, drove safely, and was very personable -- his interesting discussion about the area helped make the ride interesting. The price was less than half the cost of the "other" local shuttle service. I was the only one picked up and taken to the airport from my hotel in Lakewood Denver Federal Center, it did NOT cost me more for this private ride. This will be my go-to shuttle service every time I fly into Denver!

I highly recommend this company. I had an excellent driver, Randy. He was there on time, and was very professional. He called me when he arrived to verify my flight's status. I totally appreciated the courtesy. I called on several occasions: once, to ask a question before I booked the shuttle, once to change my reservation, and once to notify them of my delayed flight. Each time, I was greeted sincerely. On one of the occasions I left a message. They responded in less than 24 hours! WOW! Thanks! I had a stellar experience, and I most definitely will be booking with you again! Also, the rates are fair. There are no surprise fees or charges. Keep up the great work.

Reliable service with clean vans and very courteous drivers. Also, good with communication: Van pick up was going to end up being 15 minutes past scheduled pick-up time, and the company telephone with that information about 2 hours in advance. I appreciated that because it put my mind at ease when the van didn’t arrive exactly at the scheduled pick-up time. If the company had not done that, I would have started to get worried that I wasn’t going to pick me up in time for the airport. I believe that is a reflection of how courteous and considerate they are.

I selected this company based on their Google reviews. I didn't realize they don't typically do the location I requested until I spoke with one of the drivers. The company was obviously accommodating and the guy who answers calls was very nice. The drivers arrived early for both pick-ups. They texted me in advance with reminders and again when they arrived. I will be using this service again when visiting Denver!

Previously I was a long-time customer of Super Shuttle, so I have only recently begun using the services of Golden West. Because I have only a TracFone flip phone, I sometimes haven't received a call from my driver upon returning home to DIA. But, I have always been picked up and have been returned to my condo in Lakewood. I was picked up at my condo on time on Dec. 19, 2019. On each of the 3 occasions I have used your service, my drivers have been polite, good drivers. I am grateful to have an airport shuttle that services my address, and I intend to continue to be a customer.

The driver will text you minutes before arriving to confirm your presence which is great so you know you are not forgotten. Understand this is a van shuttle so you will have to make multiple stops but the driver is very personable and pleasant. To avoid expressway driving after a long flight, I strongly suggest this service.

I will definitely use Golden West again. Because the streets were predicted to be icy the day of my trip, they called me the night before to advise me of an earlier pick-up time. The driver was on time, friendly, efficient, and expertly navigated the slippery streets. We arrived at the airport 15 minutes early! Bravo!

Great service for when you can’t get a ride or don’t have a car. Was taken home from DIA in rush hour and the driver used alternate routes to get me home faster. I left my jacket in the shuttle on accident and the driver met me the following day to return it personally.

Highlights: They were willing to pick me up and drop me off at the airport and hotel even though I was the only passenger. Also, I had two different drivers from Algeria. Very good talk with, enjoyable ride. Lows: On both drives, the vans smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I did have to wait some at airport to be picked up (maybe 20 minutes), though that was not too bad.

I used Golden West Shuttle in Denver. I was an hour late arriving and the shuttle was still there for me. That's very noteworthy. The shuttle is half the price of any other transportation, which makes it the obvious choice. It was still $100 US round trip, not cheap but the best deal. I would use the service again without hesitation.

The driver, Hamza, was very courteous and friendly. He got stock in traffic while on his way to pick me up from the airport but he communicated to me that he running late due to traffic. This type of thoughtfulness goes a long way in my opinion. I would definitely use this shuttle service again.

The price is far more reasonable than a taxi. The driver arrived 15 min late due to traffic but the ride was as quick as could be expected given the traffic. I would have given 5 stars if they had called me to let me know the shuttle was delayed.

My driver, Hassan was very friendly and kept in contact with me before each flight. I did, however, have to wait in the vehicle for over 1.5 hours waiting on other people to arrive. After a long flight, I was ready to get to my hotel. A couple of people at our conference had horror stories of being stranded at the airport due to flight delays and no one showing up to pick them up from your company. Hassan did talk on his during phone both trips, and at times, turned corners very fast which was a little scary. He also put too many people in the van. The 3-seater behind the driver had 4 large women and one of them was pushing into the big side door. Hassan actually pulled over after a "popping" noise in the door. It was very uncomfortable sitting so close to others on the ride. I would recommend Golden West Shuttle because it is the cheapest way to get from the airport to surrounding areas. I would suggest safety training for drivers on a regular basis.

Golden West Airport Shuttle is the only shuttle I will put my child on for a ride to and from the airport. They are always on time. This last pick up was a bit of a problem because my son broke his phone. The shuttle service was there waiting but it was a town car instead of a bus so my son thought the ride was not for him. Golden West called my number to let me know my son wasn't there and they had to leave. I finally tracked down my son via Skype and told him to get outside so I begged the dispatcher to send the driver back. He did and my son was picked up. Still made it to the airport on time. Best part the shuttle service let me know my son had made it on board and was on his way to the airport. Thank you for calming an uptight mom and being super nice about it.

On time friendly service always. I used Golden West for 3 years, mostly for early morning flights. They were always on time, and always friendly. They even once picked me up at the airport when my plane was hours late and a snow storm was raging. They are truely the best service around.

However, we were not given instructions on how/where to meet the van at DIA upon our return - No booth in airport - had to call twice to verify where / when to meet van. Once we connected with van, trip home was also perfect. Stressful moments after a long trip - will know to verify airport pickup details next time.
