Excellent service! Andrew was nice and caring! We traveled from Denver Airport to Winter Park when we’ve already landed the chauffeur have been there. Our party was of 8, two of them were child (2yrs and 5yrs) and them bring to us the car seats for $30. The Van was luxury and comfortable… Highly Recommended!

Where do I start?!?! Black and Silver Rides was the cherry on top of our vacation! That sounds crazy, right? Well here's why...the most important part of the trip was safely getting to and from the top of the mountains. We knew we couldn't rent a car because we weren't familiar with driving in snow. We booked a group shuttle because we thought that was what we should do, but we were uneasy about that idea for some reason. While I'm looking into everything, Black and Silver rides returned my call. The lady I spoke to was SO nice and gave me the confidence I needed to book with them and made me feel this was safest way for our family! Our drivers Andrew and Michael were first class! Great customer service, great conversation for the rides etc! I can't say enough. If you're questioning booking with Black and Silver, just book it! At the time, they were actually a little cheaper than the group shuttle (Never would have thought that). So to have the convenience of getting picked up and dropped off at our destinations was way better than having to get to airport for group shuttle and making multiple stops for other people. When we return to Colorado, Black and Silver Rides will be our first reservation!!

A neighbor gave me a business card for them so I thought I'd try their service. They followed up promptly after my inquiry on their website. Booking was easy. Since I was gone for a month I booked way ahead. They stayed in touch and on my day of travel (from Australia through Vancouver) they made sure they were on top of my flights. They met me outside baggage claim at the door closest to where I retrieved my luggage. They loaded my luggage, had chilled water for me and we had a lovely chat as they drove me home. Very competively priced, top notch cars, locally owned and great service. It was especially nice to have a car waiting since I had been traveling for 25 hours straight.

We lucked out and got the owner! Richard was excellent communicating with us as we were just getting off a flight from Mexico. He told us exactly where to go and the type of car he was picking us up in. His company is professional, courteous and timely. Of course it’s priced a little higher than Uber, but it was well worth it! Richard was ready to take our bags with water to drink in his comfortable Lincoln Navigator. We were a party of 5 with lots of bags that all fit perfectly. Excellent service, thanks Richard!

Recently used Black and Silver Rides for a client being picked up at the airport. There was slight miscommunication between them and their driver, through that they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and willing to make things right. They offered us a free ride and it was used for the airport return which was a 3:30 am pickup. Customer service isn't found often these days but Black and Silver Rides provides it top notch. Thank you for being so kind and making it right. I will for sure be using your team again!
