We chose R MAN VAN to shuttle our wedding party and guests for our wedding. To be honest when scheduling and planning for the event I was skeptical due to how easy the planning was. It was a quick but efficient conversation and that was it. We paid our deposit and then the day prior to our event paid the remainder. We received a text from the driver beforehand letting us know when he was there. Let me tell you, this driver was darling and a guest favorite!!!! He was so accommodating and made our day so special. He would get out of his seat every time and open the door for us. He would hold my hand and then the back of my dress any time I got in the van. He had refreshments and went above and beyond. I recommend using this company for any shuttle needs. You can rest assured that they will be there and give you above a 5 star service.

We used RMAN for a corporate business event to transport our clients to our office from the hotel and also to dinners and golf events. Dan our driver was on time each time, ready to go with a sign on the passenger door for our guests to identify the bus and had a cooler of water ready to go. Dan was always dressed professionally and was great to communicate with via text when we were running behind schedule. The 14 passenger bus was pristine. As well, I never had an issue with getting ahold of Armen and he was always there to answer my questions. Great service!

Arman was easy to work with. When I booked with him he took his time to understand what we needed and got things booked quickly and efficiently. At the airport, he greeted us with a smile, introduced himself, and was dressed professionally. He took care of getting our 8 bags and loaded them on his van. The van was clean and roomy. He drove carefully and dropped us at 3 locations on the same street. He took our bags up to each house and made sure we were settled. He made the end of our trip easy. We had the pleasure of riding in R-Man's newest vehicle of the fleet, Cadillac Escalade SUV! This at our pickup from Columbus International Airport. Very sharp vehicle ! Interior lighting, surround sound stereo and very comfortable seating. The service that one receives from R-Man Limo I truly don't think can be surpassed. From the speedy response time with initial reservations to responding when one calls to confirm....and they truly take of you. From handling your luggage to the bottled water that comes with the base package. I give R-ManVan Limo 5 stars across the board!

Douglas was our driver for the evening and was excellent. He was on time, reached out the day of our trip and confirmed our pick up time again. He was a safe driver and we all were comfortable on our trip. He took us to a wedding about an hour and a half away, waited while we attended the event and then returned us home. I arranged a trip to and from the OSU game. Our driver Chad was right on time and extremely professional. He did a terrific job of navigating the very busy game day traffic and got us as close to the stadium as possible. He was in the exact spot he said for after the game and got us right home. I used RMan Van for my wedding and our driver was an absolute professional. He showed up at all of our requested stop times on time, opened doors, had water onboard, helped load some bags and last minute items, and most importantly was calm cool and collected the whole time. He never seemed nervous or jumpy about nervous about schedule even with some parties running late and some others forgetting things and needing to turn around. Not reacting to the last minute craziness of a wedding is an amazing benefit that I didn't realize was so important until I experienced it. The Service RMan provided was an absolute value and we felt very taken care of on our day. We used both the 14 person van and the escalade and both were very clean, quiet vehicles.

A huge thank you to Armen the owner and Douglas our driver. Booked a round trip to the airport, Douglas was a few minutes early and appreciated that he texted us from the driveway as it was 4:15 am. He was extremely professional, had all our bags loaded before we could get lights turned off and doors locked. We were supposed to be gone on a cruise fof a month, but we were in Los Angeles when we had to cancel the cruise. I emailed Armen to see if he could switch our pickup, he was booked for the Cadillac (as our flight was getting in late Saturday night) but asked if we minded the Suburban. We were so thankful to see Douglas at the bottom of the escalator as we were exhausted. He promptly loaded all our suitcases and took us home. We are so impressed with Douglas, his kindness was above and beyond. We will always use your services and refer people to your company in the future.

Originally my party had booked with another company only to receive the dreaded “whoops we double booked” phone call less than a week before our party. I found RManVan on the Google machine and gave them a call. The company was willing to work with us on price and we were able to secure the 14 person transit van. 14 adults ages 35-40 were able to fit comfortably in the vehicle. It was clean and Brian was very courteous and on time and got us where we needed to be safely. He was easy to contact throughout the evening via text when we were ready to be picked up and taken to another location. Overall the accommodations were great and we appreciate what the company was able to offer. Would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about R Man Van! We first booked them for our guest shuttle to/from the reception, but ended up also booking them for two other limo rides on the same day (lunch for the guys and to our bride/groom hotel) after our other transportation vendor went out of business. They were very accomodating when we called and asked them if they were available for two additional rides that day--such life savers! Leading up to the wedding and throughout the wedding day, they were extremely responsive, the cars were of high quality, and the service was excellent. The value was also great and I would say the lowest in town for the best quality. They were patient with our guests (especially on the way to the guest hotel after the open bar reception haha), and even drove the us (the bride/groom) through a fast food drive-thru on the way to our separate hotel! Really great team and I woill definetely be booking them again for future events!

From the reservations to the final drop off Armen's service was top-notch and took the stress out of the travel portion of my trip. I am delighted to recommend this service. My sisters and I were met at the airport by Tom, our driver, who helped us with our luggage, of which there was a considerable amount since we were in the area to attend our niece's wedding. I have mobility issues which I discussed with Armen when I made the reservation. He is an excellent listener! I had no problem entering or leaving the vehicle. I would not hesitate to use this service again if the need were to arise. Armen and Tom are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Who can ask for more than that?

I would highly recommend RManVan based on our recent experience. I was traveling to the airport with my children and my parents so we had 6 passengers all with luggage needing transportation. On our trip back to Columbus airport, we experienced flight delays getting back and Douglas, our driver, was in constant contact with me about our issues. He assured me that he would be there to get us regardless of when our flight got back in. Exhausted from overseas travel and delays, when we finally got back to Columbus, it was so great to see Douglas there, just like he said he would be. R Man Van is a wonderful service. I used them for the first time recently to take my wife and i the Columbus Airport as we were going on vacation for 2 weeks. They arrived at ouourt home an hour away at 3:45 am loaded and unloaded our luggage and net us at the baggage claim area on return home. They helped gather our baggage and then it was just a short walk to a waiting car. Douglas our driver was friendly and courteous. He even had cold bottled water and ice coffee waiting for us. Now that is service. It was fantastic not having to hassle with getting our car and heading home after a long day of traveling. This service makes for a much better trip. Try them the next time you go out of town, you won't be sorry and you ask yourself why you didn't do this before.

I called RManVan at 12:15 AM on a Wednesday morning in a panic. I had an employee stranded at Columbus airport because they ran out of rental cars. She had no way of getting to her hotel that was 1.5 hours away. I called several other companies before RManVan and everyone had an hour or so wait. RManVan had her picked up and on her way within 15 minutes. And his pricing was very reasonable for it being a last minute (no reservation) pickup and in the middle of the night! I had a colleague fly out to Columbus during the winter season. She was there for one day and then was heading off to North Carolina. I used R-Man Van as her transportation service to and from the airport. The day she was supposed to fly out, the last Nor'easter struck, cancelling 4,000 flights on the East Coast. Her flight was delayed but she needed to get down to North Carolina. We didn't want to chance her getting stuck so I called Armen and told him the circumstances. Without any hesitation, they were road tripping. That day, Doug (her driver) drove 17 hours so she could make her meeting. I rented a 14 passenger van from RManVan after another company cancelled their service for a limo for prom at the last minute. It was for my daughter and several friends. The owner, Armen, did the job himself on one of the busiest days of the year. Timely, clean, kindness, professional service, thoughtfulness, attentive planning, and reliable, are all words too limited to describe how good the evening was. He even checked out the absolute best entrances to drop passengers off to make sure they had cover during the rainy walks into the restaurant and prom. I have traveled the world for 50 years and always depend on car services. RManVan is THE best service I have ever experienced. Mr. Armen went way above the call of duty for us. We were greeted in baggage claim and he took charge of our film equipment baggage (heavy and large), got a skycap, delivered us to our hotel and single handedly brought all of our baggage to the hotel suite. Mr. Armen then picked us up a few days later to return to the airport and even called ahead to have a skycap ready for us. I can't wait to return to Columbus, mostly because of RManVan!!!

I would recommend using this service over any larger company out there. Our driver made an entire extra trip back to the airport AT NO EXTRA COST to pick up forgotten bags that was not his error but the airline's. The service offered was not only of significant better quality (extremely professional driver), but offered at a cheaper price than any other competitor. I am also fairly certain this is the only car service in the area that offers the new body Escalade. 10/10 A+

We called RMan Van & Limo for a ride to and from the airport this month. We had a lot of luggage and were concerned about what kind of vehicle could fit 5 large suitcases plus all our carry-ons. Armen put our concerns to rest and offered a minibus that would more than accommodate our needs and at a price that was lower than other quotes I had received from limo companies for a smaller vehicle. One of his drivers, Douglas, picked us up for our trip out and was on time, very professional and helpful with the luggage. On the way back, Armen was waiting for us at the airport at baggage claim, on time, and very professional. Helped with all the luggage and was an excellent driver. I appreciated not having to worry about the transportation to and from the airport and will use Rman for all of our local shuttle needs.

I was picked up at the airport in Columbus, OH by Doug, who is a professional, safe, knowledgeable, and friendly driver who drove me to Mansfield, OH. He graciously accommodated my requests to stop along the way to pick up groceries, etc. and he's also an excellent conversationalist who made the drive seem quite short by engaging me in numerous topics. I don't often come to Ohio, and rarely need a ride, but if I ever do need a lift I will call these guys again. The car was very clean and comfortable. I am thrilled to have found RMan Van this year. My daughter is a freshman at Denison University, and I carefully read reviews and researched a reliable car service company that could transport her to and from campus to the Columbus airport for holidays and breaks. Armen is absolutely wonderful. He is so accommodating, very professional and prompt with my email requests and has always picked up my daughter on time and drivers have provided exemplary service. They pick her up at her dormitory, and meet her in baggage claim to help with bags when she returns to Columbus. Rates are reasonable, and I include the gratuity in the pre-authorized charge for each trip to make it easier. The drivers are so nice, provide water bottles and the cars are clean and fantastic. I feel like we're spoiling her a bit, but to have this kind of reliable, fabulous service is a great comfort when your teenager heads off to college far from home. I have even gotten confirmation emails that she was picked up and dropped off on time and safely. I give RMan Van and Armen the highest rating I possibly can and assure anyone who is reading this that your expectations will be met above and beyond what you expected!

RManVan is awesome! My now husband and I used RManVan's shuttle services for our wedding in downtown Columbus on 5/29/16. We reserved the 14-person shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony, and then back to the hotel after the event. The shuttle also transported the wedding party. From the onset, Armen (the owner of the company) was extremely professional and thorough. He was quick to respond and provide me with any information I requested. His services are not only very affordable, but they are also very flexible and allow you to divide up the hours you use them, unlike any of the other shuttle services that I found who required you to reserve their services for way more hours than we needed. Before our event, Armen was in contact with me several times and went over everything with me. I was then contacted by our driver, Douglas. Douglas was great! Very helpful and so professional. He was on time and the shuttle itself was clean outside and in. Douglas was very kind, professional and flexible. He even helped us load and unload dresses, gifts, and decorations. And at the end of the night he even stayed longer than we had reserved the services for and made sure that every guest got back to the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend RManVan's services! This was the most comfortable, satisfying transportation I have ever experienced. I was in desperate need for a ride from a venue in Ohio all the way back to Michigan! Armen was quick picking me up and was actually okay with taking me 4 hours to home. Very generous, professional and courteous he was. RMan was the best car service I have ever used, and I have utilized a number of them for business travel. In particular, I had numerous flight delays through the night - my arrival time went from 10:30pm and constantly changed through the night with an arrival time at 5:30am the next day. He was constantly in touch with me through the night via text keeping track of the updates. I was so relieved to see Arman's smiling face in baggage at 5:30am - both of us with a sleepless night. He could not have been nicer, handled all of my luggage and had a choice of 3 beverages waiting for me in the beautiful new 2017 sedan as we proceeded to drive another hour to my destination. i enlisted the services of RManVan for a bachelorette-slash-birthday brewtour around the city, and i could not have been happier with every moment of my interaction with Armen, the owner. the prices are BEYOND reasonable, and there was clear and consistent communication from the beginning with respect to payment processes and general expectations. our driver, Douglas, was lovely and prompt and sent us a text almost exactly 24 hours before our scheduled tour to check in. when we were running a bit behind schedule, he was happy to extend our trip! i was only charged for the half hour extra we used, to boot. the van was clean and Douglas was happy to accommodate all of our needs, from music to picture-taking to searching the van the next day to see if we had left a missing water bottle there. cannot recommend RManVan enough. Armen was even gracious enough to move the date of our trip at no extra cost because of an unfortunate event that would have made our original date impossible to keep.

I realized the day before we were to return that I gave Arman the incorrect arrival time; he responded promptly to my email and was still able to get us, even with the time difference.
