Super nice guys at OCC. They were very helpful even after we canceled and rebooked for a cab. The driver was incredibly nice and safe, drove us an hour and a half to Columbus. Definitely do business with them they also had some very good pricing!

I was in an accident and it’s hard to find someone I trust being a passenger with now, but I don’t know what I would do without this cab company! Great prices and safe drivers that are not only on time but will communicate if there’s a delay. Def recommend this cab company for ANYONE with transportation needs.

I had somewhere I had to be and needed to get there and then brought back home. They gave me a great and reasonable price. Mike was on time, friendly and answered questions I had, very clean vehicle, and he was a very safe driver and very professional. I appreciate their services and will use it again as needed.

PJ was the best driver! Showed up earlier than he said, which in my case, was wonderful. Super easy to talk to and I didnt feel awkward at all. Got me to my destination easily/quickly. Plus the rates are the best I could find! Also as a woman who has never taken a taxi before, I felt incredibly safe! Definitely will use their company/service from now on!

Amazing service. Friends house burned down and they had to transport three dogs to the motel that they were set up with. The cab company made arrangements and charged them nothing for the trip. We are all incredibly thankful for your generosity during this hard time

Been using this cab company everyday now for about 4 months. They have the friendliest drivers, and best personal experience of any cab company I have ever used. They get me where I need to go on time every time. If you're in the Mansfield area use these guys.

They actually conduct their business as a professional business. Unlike others (names not worth mentioning) this taxi service provides excellent customer service and proper phone etiquette if you are unsure of something they provide the answers straight forward. I had been riding with the not so great local Mansfield taxi service for over a year and it literally felt like I was forcing them to take me to work on time each day. Not including paying them $60 each week. This taxi service is $2 more than I would normally pay but I really don't mind paying the $2 extra charge daily because the service is that damn good 🤷🏽‍♀️

These people rearranged their schedules etc to pick my son and I up at the last minute, and drive us from Ontario, where we were stranded to Marion, Ohio. The driver was super nice as was the dispatcher who took my call! I would highly recommend them!

Yall are the literal best. Other cab companys in the town are always just so rude .Ive had nothing but good experiences. I called not too long ago freaking out that I missed the bus and you guys were able to get me to work with 5 minutes to spare. There is one driver in particular who is always just so bubby and sweet I'll have to get her name next time!! Keep at it you guys rock!!
