They always arrive in a timely manner for my pickup and if it's a round-trip the return visit is very seldom delayed. I think I've only had to wait more than 10 minutes one or two times. All of the drivers I have had have been very pleasant and I've enjoyed talking with them. Their rates have gone up a little since I started using their service but that's everywhere.

I cannot say enough about the service my 82yr old Mother has received from this company. Every driver she has came in contact with has been very kind, caring and professional. I feel like the drivers they employee actually care about the people they transport. They are always on time and I am really impressed on how professional each driver is dressed. Where to begin!?... Transporting my 86 year old grandma over the past few years has been very tough as my two door vehicle is not fit nor easy for an elderly person to get in and out of. I never felt comfortable enough to resort to using a ride sharing company or a taxi when I was unable to take her to her appointments but we always somehow managed. Luckily, I came across this company, 'Divine Status' through an ad on Facebook. Checked out their page, reviews and was even able to see the vans they used for transporting. Very clean cut! As this review is way late on my part, I really cant say enough about Divine Status. Top notch service, always on time, reasonable in price and most importantly my grandma is always pleased! Been using their service for about a year and a half now, HIGHLY recommend for anyone needing a careful hand to transport a loved one. Thank you Divine Status!

Only used them once so far, but... i hope you are sitting down for this.. the were right on time! Sorry, I find that very unusual with the other transport services I have used. I know, on time should be expected and not rate a 5-star, but in this service field - it seems to be a rarity. Also, to put the cherry on top, i was a little late, they got my Mom out of the car, pushed her into the facility and down to the cafe!

Overall good experience and punctual. Alot of the drivers are courteous and professional this is the majority of the rides but I have experience a driver that did not have the same attitude especially when dealing with a rider with mobility issues. Also I had a surgery scheduled a year ago the driver was there but the van broke down and no other ride was available. They were very sorry about the inconvenience and did give me a large discount credit on future rides within that same year. I definitely continue to scheduled additional rides after this. The majority of my appointments were made on time and the return trip also. This is definitely a good transportation company to facilitate your future trip destinations. The trip schedulers are great and very pleasant to talk to about your concerns and issue while scheduling.
