DEPENDABLE, DEPENDABLE, DEPENDABLE!!! I decided to use 9 Star Cab because of the outstanding reviews and was not disappointed. I needed two rides over a couple of days, one of about 15 miles to my hotel and another very early, 4am, ride to the airport. Mike, the owner, is one of those rare people who wants to help others as well as make a living. He proves this by sticking to his word about promptness and going out of his way to provide his customers with reliable transportation. I highly recommend using 9 Star taxi as a ride service that will reduce your stress levels.

Wow! Reliable. Responsible. Completely focused on customer service and comfort.. When I called, the phone was answered on the third ring, and when Mike said he needed to call me back, he did within 15 minutes. I've lived in Seattle and Chicago and have NEVER had such wonderful taxi service EVER! Mike is intelligent and has a great sense of humor, which means so much to me, a disable senior who's pretty clumsy but needs to laugh at it. Nine Star may cost a bit more than Uber or Lyft, but it's worth every penny. I WILL recommend and I WILL be calling again to reserve the service. Simply the best.

I had a doctor's appointment. My car wouldn't start. I called Mine Star and received the best service possible. Got me to my appointment on time picked me up and returned me home. Jump started my car at this point and I m so greatly appreciative. The service was great and the rate was very good.

This is a great, dependable cab company that I will definitely be using again. I was stuck at a hotel in town that did not offer shuttle services to CAE, and Nine Star helped me tremendously by picking me up at 4am for an early flight and accommodating my large luggage. This company was very responsive, and the driver was very nice and even early to pick me up. Highly recommend!

Very prompt and professional! We are a family of five (with three small children) and used Nine Star to go to the airport. Our driver was very communicative, arrived early and helped us load and unload all of our car seats and luggage. Will definitely be using Nine Star again!

I was stranded on the highway with my broken down car and I was very late for a very important appointment, I was starting to panic and wasn't sure what to do but, I made the decision to call 9 Star Taxi and I was literally Blown Away by the incredible service and the excellent attitude of my driver and how quickly he got there and got me to where I needed to be. I would truly recommend 9 Star Taxi to anybody that asked me who to call for a ride, I know this will be the service I use from now on without a doubt.
