We had a very pleasant experience with First Class Limo Service. The owner, Bill, was very prompt to answer my phone calls and my questions. Setting up the limo service was very easy. I had to change the original address for pick up, but it was a very easy switch with no issues. The driver arrived about 10 minutes early which we appreciated. I texted her when we were paying the bill and she was ready to pick us up as soon as we walked out. They were also very fairly priced based off the other companies I received quotes from. I definitely recommend First Class Limo Service and will use them again if the need arises. Thanks so much for making my dad's birthday special!

We had a completely stand out, exemplary customer experience with First Class Limo recently. My daughter and her 3 friends were traveling out of town to Columbia for a concert, and the day of the event, I learned that they were staying a couple miles from the concert venue and had no reliable transportation from the concert which would end late at night. Knowing that it was not safe for teenagers to walk across the city alone and that Ubers after concerts are unreliable, I began contacting limo and transportation services. While most were either unavailable for a last minute request or wanted to charge several hundred dollars for the 2 mile ride, I finally found Bill at First Class Limo Service. He heard and understood my angst as the mom of a teenager, reassuring me that he was a dad himself. I told him we didn't want anything fancy, just a safe ride home, and he quoted me a completely reasonable price for the short trip, and reassured me he would take great care of the girls. Let me tell you! Bill showed up, all dressed up in a stretch limo, which was above and beyond what we had asked for. He arrived an hour before the concert ended to make sure the car was front and center when the girls came out of the venue. He had bottled waters ready for them in the limo. He texted me when they were safe in his car and as soon as he dropped them off, staying to make sure they walked safely into where they were staying. I can't rave enough about First Class Limo Service!!!

After hiring Bill, I felt my transportation needs were more than safe within his hands. I used First Class Limo for transporting several groups of people from my wedding to and from their several hotel locations and the venue. To begin with, I sought out transportation close to my event date, and responses were swift and willing! Ultimately, several changes were made on my end as hotel reservations changed for some, thus creating new routes for their rides. Bill was more than willing to take on these changes, and was more than prompt at each arrival/drop off time. All of our guests enjoyed the ride, company, and overall experience within both the limousines and sedans and felt very safe and satisfied with each of the few drivers that had been met. Not only were these services accommodating and kind, but also the most reasonably priced in comparing to more than five companies advertising the same services. A huge thanks to you Bill and employees at First Class for ending our wedding night on a great note. We wish you the best of business and we hope that we have the opportunity to work with you again!

Bill provided transportation from CAE to GSP for a last minute travel change. I was stuck in Dallas and got a friend to help me arrange car service while I navigated my flight changes. Luckily she found First Class Limo. Bill is extremely professional, on time and made a difficult travel situation so much easier. He even called my friend who set up the trip after he dropped me off to make sure she knew I got home safely. I would highly recommend First Class for any airport transfer or other transportation needs.

We used First Class Limo for my son's prom. Both my son and his date have special needs and are unable to drive. We had expected that either myself or her mom would be escorting them for the night, taking them to dinner and then waiting on them through their night. However, after reaching out to Bill, the owner, and explaining to him the situation, he jumped at the chance to escort them personally. Bill went above and beyond his duty with our kids. He ensured they were able to enjoy dinner, from ordering, being waited on, and even helping them pay the bill and tip. He kept contact with me, updating me on how they were doing and even snuck a pic of them at dinner to me. They arrived at prom, danced the night away, and were delivered home safe and sound. I am one happy mama knowing that I was able to trust Bill in helping these kids have the best night EVER! I would highly recommend Bill and First Class Limo. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my mama heart, for everything you did and making their night even more special. We will 100% be using this service everytime we need a limo!

I can't say enough good things about this service and about Grant, the owner, who personally drove me to my meeting. I needed to be at an appointment downtown on time, and could not risk calling a regular taxi service to get me there without worries and concerns about them making it on time. I contacted First Class Limo Service instead, and the entire experience from the time I scheduled my pickup till I was picked up for my meeting and then returned to my hotel, was superb! Grant showed up a little early to make sure I would not be late due to traffic tie-ups. He was very courteous, nice, and understanding of my needs and concerns all the way. I felt very comfortable and reassured after meeting Grant that I would not be late. And I wasn't, I was actually a little early for my meeting which made everything else go seamlessly and stress free! We used First Class Limo for the first time last night for our daughters Prom. I must say- I was so impressed with Robbie! From the first phone call there was nothing put kind professionalism exuded. He was very patient with all of my questions about the drivers, (you can never be too careful when it comes to your children)- about the type of vehicles used and just all of a nervous moms questions! He arrived promptly and had a very professional demeanor from the time he arrived- he really seemed to enjoy working with us- he treated our daughter and her boyfriend kindly and humored use with allowing us to take a ton of pictures before actually leaving! It was a great relief to feel comfortable and at ease as they pulled away. I would totally recommend First Class Limo to anyone seeking transportation for business or like us, just to make lasting memories!!!!

I used First Class Limo Service for my wedding and I am so glad I did! Grant was super easy to get in touch with leading up to the event, always just a quick phone call or email away! The day of, everyone arrived to the ceremony exactly as planned, thanks to Grant. When it came time for me and my new husband to leave for the evening, Grant loaded up all of our things for us and even had a blanket and champagne ready for us for our trip to Charlotte...what a great touch! Grant was always extremely pleasant and professional in our dealings and the limo he drove us in was beautiful and very well kept. Great limo service. Had a last minute need at 3pm on a Saturday and they got me a stretch limo for 7pm the same day. Stan is the man! He drove us around and out to dinner. Gave us first class treatment. If you need a limo service don't go anywhere else. Great prices too.

I needed a car service to pick up my son from Camden Military Academy. Grant went above and beyond, he went to the Academy early to make sure he knew where he was going and he even stayed with my son once he got to the bus station. There are not many people that would take the time out of their day to do that. I would definitely recommend First Class Limo Service for any limo service needs. Long story short, my car broke down on the highway leaving me, my sister and our two toddlers stranded. We couldn’t get a rental anywhere. First class limo sent Bill to pick us up and drive us over 2 hours home. He even made a stop to pick up dinner for us and the kids. Bill was professional and kind and understanding. My wife and I had our daughter's 8th birthday party this past Sunday. First Class Limo offers a Lincoln black stretch limo that was perfect for the event. We had our daughter, 5 of her friends, my wife, and their "shopping bags" comfortably and securely (all in seat belts) situated in the back.. Charlie the driver let me ride up in the front so I could come along and help with filming and be a part of the party. Charlie took us out to Sandhills for their ice cream and shopping and then we took the girls around town. This was a very special event and the reasonable pricing helped make it possible.
