Excellent group transportation service in Chicago! We rented a group bus service through an M & M limousine. They own exceptional vehicles that are driven by well-trained chauffeurs. We were awestruck by the quality of the leather seats the bus had. The neatness was on the next level. We enjoyed a comfortable ride. Will surely consider them again.

The service was great! I booked them a month ago and they were able to make it to my parents house on time for my sister's bday. They came to pick us up early at the airport and brought us to parents house. They made a few extra touches, like putting flowers and adding balloons to the limo. Overall, very good experience! My family and I had a wonderful time at the trip and birthday. Our driver and his assistant were very courteous, professional and on top of everything. They were also very attentive to our needs and requests.

M&M Limousine Services company are the only one in Chicago city providing earnest funeral Limo Services. We were not in a good state of which company to book and went with a random search on google. I needed an airport shuttle to Chicago O'Hare Airport for a long weekend. They were able to find me a van that was available that same day. We used their website to book the shuttle. The shuttle driver was friendly and professional. The van was clean, nice, and comfortable. It had enough room for 11 people with plenty of space in between each seat.

Limo was nice, clean and wasn't beat up too much. Cons: 1. Driver was 20 minutes late. 2. Driver was in gym clothes. 3. Driver never got out of the limo. 4. Never said hello, hi, what's the occasion, you know normal chatter. 5. Never even attempted to open a door or grab bags. Not that we are unable to lift our bags but make an attempt at least. Won't use again. Leadership needs to do a better job of checking business processes. I would be embarrassed to own a Limo company and have employees driving around in gym clothes. Update: Leadership reached out and was wallet to validate my concerns. Thank you for following up. Jen was quite kind and polite.

What is it like to ride in the back of a limo or SUV? In my opinion, it’s one of the most unique experiences you can have with a car service. It’s much better than taking a taxi or riding in an Uber, Lyft or public transportation. You will see many findings you never knew existed. M&M limos company that I used today was the best choice in Chicago. Their website is user friendly, the managers are informative, and the driver is punctual. Their limo was newest model with all the latest features and equipment. We used m&m to take our son and his friends to the prom from Lockport to Chicago. My son said everything worked out great. He specifically said that Rennie was awesome! The kids couldnt figure out the bluetooth and so he pulled over, hopped out and came back to help them. I took that as Rennie wanted to make sure they were able to have as much fun as posaible. Even more importantly, during the dance one of the girls started feeling ill. She had left her insiline in the limo. The kids were able to get a hold of Rennie, thankfully he was close and was able to come to the location. Unfortunately the kids needed to leave early, and Rennie ran with that as well. Its hard to impress a group of teenagers and Rennie did. Even harder to impress a control freak mom who is very nervous...he did that too :) We will definitely be going with m&m next year when our daughter heads to the prom. Thank you!

This driver made commitments about birthdays being a day closer to death as well as commiments the devil, as well as race!!!. Now whether he was joking or not nothing about this was humorous . I couldve definitely given this service 5 stars had I gotten the driver that initially picked me up to go downtown. We decided to hire M&M limo for our wedding, to move our guests around from the hotel to the wedding location and back. We also hired a couple of limos from them for the wedding party and airport service. M&M is one of the more budget friendly bus services out there, but for a reason. It is easy to make bookings online. For the wedding, we had 2 buses, 1 came early and 1 came just on time, which got us a very worried as our guests were waiting for the bus to arrive, even though we were told the buses would be there 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. The same thing happened with the limo, 1 came as scheduled (15 mins ahead of time) and 1 came on time, making the bride and her party nervous. The buses were clean, the drivers were courteous and the routes were efficient. We did have a mix up where they sent 3 buses for the return trip, even though we only booked 2. They even charged us for 3. However, upon persistent nagging for a month, they finally reversed the extra charge. While the buses and limos were around, M&M provided good service, however, their back-end management and coordination needs a lot of work. Hold times before we spoke with a person on the phone average 30 minutes. 4 stars for the drivers, limo and being budget friendly. Docking one point off for the extra hassle we had to go through

Great experience dealing with this company. Driver showed up 20 minutes early and patiently waited (while being mindful not to block traffic on the street). We booked to separate rides to/from our event instead of a charter service, but because the driver didn't have any other jobs in between ours he was able to stay close to our event and we were able to leave our belongings in the car. Limo was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Would definitely use this group again.

We could not have asked for better service. From the booking system that was well organized and easy to use; to the communication with the dispatcher. Everything was on time and at a reasonable price. We arrived at O'Hare and called dispatch and in a few minutes the driver arrived with a large clean SUV for 5 of plus lots of gear. 5 days later the driver arrived early to pick us up at specified location and had us back to O'Hare ahead of schedule. A number of years ago, a driver with this company gave me a free ride to my psycho ex-boyfriend's house and stood guard while I packed my suitcase.
