First time in Chicago. CJ was a great agent to work with at GO Express. CJ was very informative by providing me various travel options in and around the city. He also prearranged my return shuttle service to eliminate the need for me to worry about my transportation back to the airport. Additionally, my driver Mr. Herman Edwards was also a pleasure to ride with. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.

Used Go Airport Shuttle Service for my trip this past weekend. Had an awful travel flight experience and ended up missing my time slot for my reservation. CJ at the midway airport in Chicago was so helpful and understanding. Pablo, my driver was also amazing and super nice. I had a WONDERFUL experience. However, I'm giving a four star rating because I had initially made a roundtrip shuttle reservation and cancelled because it was just WAY too much money for me to spend. I ended up just booking a one way shuttle service, from airport to hotel. I guess that NEVER got cancelled, but the driver showed up anyway to my hotel to transport me back to the airport. I ended up needing a ride anyway and the driver that day was pretty patient, even though it was a pretty bad mix-up on the service's part. Anyways, still great experience. Will definitely use again.

CJ was so helpful at the desk. My first time being in Chicago to see sight. 3 travel agents in the city and he gave us so many helpful tips.......more information than we found in our research. He is awesome. The driver Loggins was so professional. I have been in rideshares before that were horrible. He definitely restored my faith UPDATE... DARRYL was my driver on my return trip. He was very nice and talked to us about our trip. Very professional and a GREAT DRIVER amongst the not so great drivers on the road.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews, as I've used Go Airport Express and they have always been AWESOME to me! I travel into Chicago on business, and every time has been on time, and the drivers were great. My latest trip was no exception, even when I got stuck in Philly. My flight was late arriving into MDW, and I expected not to have a van available since it was past 11 p.m. But they were there for me - the only positive note of my travel experiences last week. I will continue using them, as the price is great, as is the service!

Reserved my ride to my hotel through a third party, so much of my details were not readily available to me. I called customer service and Ali was a great help! He helped me sort our my traveling details and was even able to provide me the exact pick up times. Will use again when traveling to Chicago.

The first part of my ride took forever. Told me I could wait outside and then never announced my shuttle outside. It was a bit disorganized. Could have taken an Uber for 10 more dollars and half the time and stress. On the way back they it was much better. My driver was very very friendly and knew all about Chicago. He was two minutes early and very kind.

Both our drivers were awesome! But our driver Bill that returned us to the airport was one of the friendliest people we met in Chicago and that's saying a lot, as everywhere we met wonderful people. Recently my wife and I used Go Airport Express for a business trip to Chicago. They picked us up on time and delivered us to our destination on time with no problems, no hassle. Totally uneventful. The service was friendly and great - exactly what you hope to get but often do not. And, had that been the end of the story I would not be writing this review. When we boarded the plane in Chicago my wife realized her I phone 7 plus was missing. She ran back to gate where we were waiting but nothing. I then used the "find my I phone" feature on my phone to locate her phone and we saw it was moving down the interstate in Chicago. When we landed in Atlanta I called Go Airport Express and explained we think she left her phone on the airport shuttle and would they please check. By the time we landed inSavannah Go Airport Express had located and secured the phone. It took maybe an hour or so . The day after they shipped it back to us. The employees at Go Airport Express were truly helpful and extremely cooperative and we very much appreciate the trouble they went to to help us. For those of us who travel a lot this kind of service is rare. I give them 5 stars.

George Garcia was a very friendly driver. He showed up a little early and got me to the airport in plenty of time so that I did not have any worries about catching my plane. He was a great reflection on the company and I would use their service again because of him. George's wonderful attitude was a big difference from the driver who picked me up at the airport. I do not know the man's name but he was slow as molasses, very unfriendly and rude. Thank you George for finishing up my trip to Chicago better than it started! George gets 5 stars and the other driver gets 2 for getting me to where I needed to go.

I want to express our appreciation for Eddie and CJ at Go Airport Express at midway airport. They both went above and beyond to help my friend find her jacket that she accidentally left in the van on her way to the hotel 5 days ago. When we took the van back to the airport we went to the Go Airport Express counter to ask if anyone had turned it in. Between Eddie our driver and CJ at the desk they called several drivers and found it. Eddie then helped us get it back before we left for home. They were fantastic. Thank you NG

Airport Express has consistently provided me with wonderful service. I completely disagree with a few of the reviews below. Every time I've had any questions, the staff has been extremely helpful. I've never had anyone be rude. In fact, my experience has been quite the opposite. Every driver I've had has been extremely professional, on time and took alternate routes to avoid traffic. Not sure what happened with the others, but I think these guys are top notch! I wouldn't use any other transportation provder in Chicago.

I was nervous about leaving Chicago for the first time in my life -to visit Texas, and not only was my driver, George Garcia, on time and very polite, he was very professional and professional-looking! -I've encountered many drivers before and I was taken back at how well George cared about his job and his appearance. But what amazed me about this drive was that he was so darn knowledgeable about Chicago and Texas! It was like having a personal tour guide and history teacher all in one. When I arrived back to Chicago, I had visited places I never thought of before, and I even visited places in Texas that George had mentioned were nearby the area I was staying, and it just made my first trip out of state a great one! I can't wait to travel again and I hope George will be my driver!

On the way from the airport to the hotel the female driver was very friendly but unfortunately I didn't remember her name. On the hotel - airport ride. my driver was George Garcia, who as he says he is more than a tour guide than just a driver! He told us some interesting and funny facts abouts Chicago, things that they didn't even mentioned in cruise or trolley tours!

In talking with Ed the driver and CJ at the booth they were able to locate my lost rain jacket and provided above and beyond investigating to return my jacket . We used Go Airport Express in Chicago back in July and George Garcia was the driver and was friendly and very knowledgeable He gave lots of tips about downtown Chicago, the landmarks, a little history about Chicago, the must hot spots and different restaurants to try. My husband uses this company all the time when he travels to Chicago (quite often). Recently, I've been twice, and it's such a breeze going to baggage claim and having a van waiting on me to take me to my hotel. Online reservations are super easy. I show them my confirmation number, and they take me to the hotel. My driver this past visit was super nice, gave a sort of tour as we drove to Midway. His name was George Garcia. He was right on time for my pick up back to the airport after my visit as well!

Really great experience- each time. In particular, George Garcia was my driver in June 2014 for an early morning transport to Midway airport from Lincoln Park and he was very kind and courteous. Be advised transportation is per person. Had we known that, we likely would have done the shuttle versus the private town car. Vehicles were very nice, drivers were professional. Driver on the way back to the airport was rough on the gas pedal. Not as far as driving too quickly, but just pushed on the gas pedal often and made for a not very smooth ride. We left the airport in a Mercedes and returned to the Airport in a Cadillac. Nice cars, very clean.

Want to thank this shuttle service for helping me find a great limo company. I was so frustrated with shuttles, with the waiting, crammed vans, many drops till mine, that we finally decided to find a private limo service for our airport service from/to Midway. So thank you Go Airport Express! Our car service costs a bit more, but we get there quickly and in comfort. However, if you LIKE the shuttle experience, you will like Go Airport, their drivers are great and have good tips about Chicago.

THese guys saved us last Christmas. Connecting flight out of CHI was cancelled. Had to transfer to Amtrak in downtown Chicago with three kids (all under the age of 7). Not only did they get us there with no problems at all, our driver, George Garcia, gave us a great ride pointing out no less than 10 Chicago landmarks. Highly recommend.

George Garcia is the reason I am writing a review. After having a horrible weekend, he was the highlight to the end of my trip as he picked us up to return to the airport, in the gloom & rain. He totally changed my attitude around and was the most positive, pleasant person of my entire trip. When I checked into my Chicago hotel, I realized that I left my laptop bag on the shuttle. I called their number and Kia took my info very professionally. One hour later she called me back to tell me that Danny would be delivering my lost bag to my hotel in 25 minutes. My driver Danny was right on time, and I got my bag back. I can't thank Chicago-based Kia and Danny enough for reunited me with my laptop bag -- not valuable (but irreplaceable) work notes, presentations, chargers, and white papers. The conference and hotel I stayed at suggested that I use Go Airport Express in response to my question regarding travel from the airport to the hotel. Where to start-- I was more than pleased with the service I received and what surprised me most was the sincere interest of the driver's passengers. I was fortunate enough to have been driven by ED GIN, with whom I discussed everything from the education system, his background, and goals/dreams in life. He was very accommodating, shared wonderful insights from his experiences raising his kids, and was interested in me more as a person than a passenger. ED GIN has made an impact on my life as he has so kindly offered to help me in my goals of writing a book about the importance and implementation of education, specifically focused on students whose parents were born outside the United States. ED GIN went beyond the call of duty in making my travels fun, lighthearted, and interesting. Overall, Go Airport Express is professional, personable, and convenient! My colleagues and I used Go Airport Express without a reservation to drive us from O'Hare to Schaumburg. We were promised by the booth attendant that we had the very best driver. We were presented with a short, stout Russian man, complete with chest hair and a gold chain. Basically, this guy looked the part. And looked awesome. I told him which hotel we were staying at - he recognized there were 2 of that brand in Schaumburg and asked which one (1 Bonus Point). I started the address and he finished it (2 Bonus Points). He remained quiet for the majority of the trip. My colleagues and I were discussing audiobooks and which classics we had listened to. We brought up Dostoyevsky. Our driver perked up and his thick Russian accent asked, "You know, Dostoyevsky?" He explained how easy and beautiful it was to read in Russia. It was a joy to see him so engaged. After he dropped us off, I realized I had left my eyeglasses and case in the cup holder. I called and a message was taken for the day shift manager, Rudy, to call me back. The next day, after hearing nothing, I called again and left a message (I had a 30 minute wait). The third day, I again called and got the shift manager's voicemail. On the fourth day, I called and reached Rudy. I described the driver and he immediately identified Slava. He said he would call the driver and let me know if anything turned up. Slava did have my glasses, and Go Airport Express left them for me at their terminal in baggage claim. I picked them up without issue when I left the airport. Much thanks to Rudy, Slava and the staff of Go Airport Express for finding and returning my glasses!

The best way to go to and from downtown to the airports. The staff is polite and knows routes. I once did not know how I could get to the airport on time because of an accident on the expressway. The driver took an alternate route and I arrived on time. So convenient I recommend it to all my visitors and never pick up or drop off anyone at the airport.
