I was bumped up into a party bus instead of the limousine WIN! The first driver was prompt , professional, and assisted with helping all my daughters friends on and off the bus , including waits for me to grab my nails ( don’t ask) 2nd WIN. The 2nd driver VERY accommodating- helped the girls with the sound system- and gave all the kids a soft drink (must have been left behind from the previous guest) , but what a way to make his job easier….no clean up or cans he’d have to get rid of . I feel like he was resourceful and paid attention to his audience. Then he too helped this old slow lady off the bus. Thanks Team!

I used Emperor for a party bus for my birthday a couple weekends ago and the service from booking to the actual day of the event was all around positive. Our driver Greg was super courteous, prompt for all pick ups and very accommodating. The bus we had was really spacious, clean and hands down one of the best party buses I've ever been on. All of my guest had such great time and raved how awesome the bus was. It fit perfect for my neon themed party. I would highly recommend this bus service and look forward to using them again!

It was great! Me and my friends, cousins and the others had fun. The party bus arrived on time and the driver was really nice even though I was in a rush he said to take my time. The sound was amazing and the bus driver was professional. The only thing I didn’t like was that he didn’t take us to the place we told him too because he said it was getting late and I understand but he’s getting payed for taking me where I wanted to go. But other than that everything else was good, it will be a pleasure to have them in another of our parties.

Such an awesome company to work with! We used their party bus to shuttle our group of 30 people to an event and they were on time and sometimes even early. Absolutely amazing people who were on point with their services and communication. Big shout out to Dan who gave us the best party bus experience we’ve had by providing us with drinks, good vibes, and having a good time with us!! This company beats Vegas for sure. Plus their prices are extremely reasonable for such a sick vehicle

With the intense weather heat it was fully Cold with great AC would definitely be our to go to for future events. Rented a 30 person party bus for my daughter's quinceañera. The driver kept me update before pick up time. The driver was also very courteous and professional he placed the red carpet over pudfle of water so girls wouldnt get their dresses wet. Excellent service. Highly rexommended!

Pretty good service, however some of the things they advertise online are not actually offered. For example, every bus I looked at on their website said it had a bathroom, and when we got on our bus the driver informed us that there is no bathroom and that "none of the buses have bathrooms". While that isn't the end of the world, it did alter our plans and we felt like the bathroom was a key part of what we paid for, given that we were on a party bus that involved drinking and people were bound to have to use the bathroom. The driver ensured us that we can "figure it out" and make a stop if people needed to, yet when we did ask for that it was a hassle for them and they did not make it the easiest for us. Yes, it's hard to find a bathroom in Chicago, but you know people are going to need one in these types of situations and I feel that they should have spots in mind given this is their job. The bus was also smaller than we expected. We did not have the max people that we were told to have, we had 2 less, yet it felt very crowded at times. It would also help if the bus had air conditioning, since it was so crowded it got very warm in there. Finally, I felt like there was a lack of communication between the people that helped me book the bus and the driver. I was asked to give an itinerary with times, yet that was not relayed to the driver because we got to our first stop very early. Again, not the end of the world, but not what we asked for and when you pay for a service you should get those baseline expectations. Otherwise, a decent bus and a fun time.

Excellent service and quoting process! The quotes came in fast for the cars we wanted and the booking process was crazy easy. Throughout the time leading up to the appointments the communication was excellent. The drivers reached out day of service and were way early for pick up and available at the end of the ride exactly on time. I would definitely use and recommend them for any limo service!

I rented the bus to go to & from to Chicago city for my husband’s 50th birthday dinner. We had an awesome experience partying from the moment we boarded to the time we reached back home. I will recommend them for your party needs 💯%. The only point to remember is that the company takes payment in cash only which was not conveyed to me when I did the booking so we lost sometime to get it while our group waited.

It was a round trip and for both our outbound and return trips the bus showed up right on time, was clean, had a great sound system for us to play our playlist on, and was driven by a very friendly driver. Lol Jesus took us every where that we wanted to go and made sure to keep our group on time. Being able to bring food and drink on the bus was a game changer and kept us alive. Jesus was able to get us home in record the and helped everyone off of the bus. We will definitely be using this service again in the near future!!

The service was great. We used their roundtrip service from the suburbs to downtown and they were prompt and their drivers were very friendly. I only have two minor issues: 1. They did not communicate with me that my balance would be due in cash to the driver that night. I assumed they would charge my card on file. We resolved this quickly by paying through Zelle, so it was not a huge issue. But it would have been nice to know in advance. 2. Because we did a roundtrip pickup/drop off, we didn't have the same vehicle for both trips. The vehicle there was an actual party bus, which was awesome. The vehicle on the way home was a hummer limo, which was a tight fit and not nearly as much fun as the one there. It was still a very nice vehicle though.

It was okay, no the best but okay. Driver arrived almost 20 minutes late, we had an issue with the boss saying i owed more money which i didn't and i had proof, i didn't it eventually got resolved because of this issue everything got pushed backed but was not given any additional time what so ever. I lost 20 minutes because of the late arrival at least 15 sorting out the problem, our driver getting lost, yet arrived at our final destination earlier and she dropped us off without compensating any of our lost time.

Ontime, drivers were great, party bus was clean, slightly older but still as advertised. Our only issue was space and we were 28 guys in a 30 seater bus and we felt like we didn’t have enough seats. 2-3 guys stood everytime we got onboard, so order a size up if you are men. Other than that, everything was perfect and we had a great night.

THIS PARTY BUS COMPANY IS AMAZING!! The bus was more fun then the actual prom!! The bus driver on the way there was incredible and even stopped at the lake front for us so we could take some pictures there which none of us even thought about doing that was absolutely amazing of him!! And then the driver on the way back was amazing and nice too. We had an amazing sound system and the bus was super clean it was fun and we had about 20 something people in a 30 person bus and had sooo much room left 20 more people probably would have been able to fit. We loved our experience with them!! 10/10

Emperor Limousine has one of the most elegant fleets in the Chicago land area. The advertisements are true and they actually do have the exotic limos and busses that they list online. The manager is a great guy and he cares about his customers so book with Emperor with your eyes closed. A+

Booked a 30 person party bus for me and my friend’s birthday and it was a blast! We initially booked a 34 person bus but some people could not make it. I called Emperor the day before to see if they could change it to 30 people and they were SO accommodating and helped me out. The bus was able to drop us off at any bar and also dropped us off back to my apartment. The service was great and the drivers were awesome and fun! Rented a 30 psngr bus this past weekend for 4 hours. Great driver, unfortunately don’t remember his name (started with an S) but he was the absolute best! However, whoever I spoke with over the phone she was great as well but there was a bit of misinformation. We were promised a cruise downtown and we had requested no special stops so everything could run smooth. When driver arrived he told us since we had not paid for a body guard we cannot go downtown (we also had alcohol on the bus which was another fee$$) but we had not been informed over the phone a guard would be needed to enter the city. Bit of a let down since we were told/ expected otherwise but my party was very understanding. I would possibly book again now knowing what to expect.

I got a party but with Emperor for my birthday and I had a blast. The driver was amazing, even arrived a little earlier to meet me and show me the bus. I was a little disappointed because I couldn't get the bus I wanted but I was told I booked late techniqually. The bus said it was a 30 person bus but I will say I had like 28 people and we were snugged a bit. Just a heads up. We had gotten the pearl party bus. It was nice inside, Emperor provided ice for us, and the music in the bus definitely gave that club seen vibe. Overall, expectations were met besides getting the bus I wanted. Ride took longer than expected - not necessarily fault of the driver but took over 2 hours to get into the city due to construction/traffic. Party bus on the way there was beautiful and nicely cleaned. Party bus on our ride back (Pearl) was unclean and not as nice as expected. Great service all around! Despite the current pandemic circumstances, some of the included items in the price could not be provided (beverage wise/cups). The driver was professional and communicative and arrived on time to all locations/stops. We had a small change during the scheduled day due to weather, along with a date change earlier in the year due to the pandemic, all of which were accommodated without issues. If you’re looking for a good party bus and don’t care about what time you’re picked up, then this is a good option. We booked a party bus for a bachelorette party and had a great experience once we were on it, but it arrived late and the company stopped answering when we called to check in. We were initially scheduled for a 6:00 pm pickup. I got a call the day before asking if we could switch to a 6:30-6:45 pickup. I told the person on the phone that I was willing to switch to a 6:15 pickup, but no later because we had a 6:30 pm reservation and could not be late, which is why we booked our 6 pm bus months in advance. The bus did not arrive until 6:37, which made us over 15 minutes late to our reservation.

We booked the Oasis party bus with Emperor Limousine for our wedding. They did a great job working out all the details with me and their price was very fair. It was easy to make payments and contact them about any changes and their staff was very friendly. On our wedding day, the driver showed up about 20 minutes early just to be safe and was very professional and friendly. He knew all the stops and times and got us where we had to be on time. One problem we had was with the air conditioning unit in the bus. Since it was a hot day and the air conditioning had been blasting the whole time, by the time we got back on the bus to go to the church, we decided to turn the air down. Apparently this caused whatever buildup of frozen condensation in the unit to melt, and every time the bus turned a corner, water poured out of the vents onto our bridal party. The driver did stop and give us a towel, and I emailed the company to let them know about this issue, but they haven't gotten back to me about it and it has been about 2 weeks now. One other issue we had was with our red carpet toast that was supposed to be as we arrived at our reception. The driver had it ready for us right outside the ceremony at the church, which we weren't able to do. It would have been nice to have it where we scheduled it, but it wasn't a major deal to me since we were on a time crunch to get to our reception on time due to pictures after the ceremony taking a long time.

They were professional from the very beginning and made the "limo" portion of our wedding planning a breeze! Some of the buses we've seen had cracks in the floors but those were minor issues. We didn't care too much for the Stretch limo's since we were going to have around 12-15 ppl in the bridal party and needed the space and air for them. We loved the fact that the buses had air conditioning throughout the entire bus. I booked Emperor Limo for my best friend and her fiance's bachelorette and bachelor parties this past Saturday night. We arranged for a pick-up time of 7PM from the groom's home. The driver was prompt - and called when he was outside. When we went to meet him, he was nowhere to be found. Turned out that his GPS took him to the wrong street - no big deal. He was only a minute or two late. He was very apologetic, though I knew it wasn't his fault. He was very sweet and discussed the party rules with everyone before we out on the road. The drive was fun, albeit a bit bumpy. I had no idea which bus we were getting as I was told prior to renting that they couldn't guarantee which bus they would be sending - no problem, they're all very similar on the exterior and interiors. The interior of the first bus we had was a bit lackluster, but all around pretty cool. However, I noticed almost immediately that the pole in the back of the bus had a piece off the top that was falling off. Not the pole itself, we made sure it was secure, but just a piece of plastic that was attached to the roof of the bus had come loose. I quickly made this apparent to the driver, so we wouldn't be accused of doing that and I'd be charged $250 for things that the party did not due. Another thing we noticed was a smaller television screen at the front of the bus had some wire issues, as it was going in and out of the videos playing on the screen. He got us to the Baton Club in a good amount of time - we planned for traffic ahead of time since we were driving into the city and arrived about 15 minutes before our scheduled showtime. At our pick-up time at 1AM, the driver was also nice, but was a bit out of hand in his driving. We were flung around the bus quite a bit (and even after drinking, we could tell that he was in a hurry to get us off the bus). We also had an issue with the pole in this bus - it was not properly secured to the floor and one of the party guests was using it when it swung out from underneath her. We pushed it back to its original spot, but didn't touch it for the rest of the ride home...which wasn't very long due to the driver's intense hurry to get rid of us, apparently. Overall, I give a 3-star review. The exteriors of the buses could be a bit more clean, though with the elements it's hard to keep up with which I can understand. The interior of the first bus could have been kept up with, but again, I understand. However, I was disappointed that there was no ice provided - we were told that ice, water and soda would be provided and we got 2 out of the 3 things promised. Also not a big deal, but would have been nice to have to keep the drinks we brought with us cold. There was a cooler in the front near the first driver, which may have had ice in it, but I didn't ask or check inside of the cooler to know for sure. I enjoyed the interior of the second bus we had better than the first, though the drive was less than fun. The ladies in the office were wonderful to work with; they always answered any questions I had, and called to confirm a few days beforehand that everything was good to go and no changes needed to be made. I'd highly recommend taking a tour of the buses before leaving any location and making note of any damages so you won't get charged the $250 damages fee (which is understandable if YOU did the damages to begin with).

I would also like to note that when someone in our party had lost something that evening, he went above and beyond trying to help us find it on the bus the following day. This is actually my 2nd time using Emperor... they helped me create a wonder experience for a large group of friends. They are always prompt. Drivers are always courteous and easy to work with. This time around, my event was much bigger. I needed TWO buses instead of one. I decided to order a 2nd bus from another company with a more competitive price (about $200 cheaper). The bus from the other company LOOKED nice, but was not functional. The OTHER COMPANY also gave me a smaller bus coming and the right sized bus coming back... neither had functioning music players... I pointed that out to say, Emperor price point matches their quality. 2 thumbs up In hindsight, Emperor prices my seem high at times... but they obviously keep their buses maintained and they hire top notch drivers. You get what you pay for. I'd definitely do repeat business with Emperor for a 3rd time around. Next party will probably be next month.

I called the day of pickup and asked if I can have pickup 30mins before regular scheduled pickup time because the church asked us the day before the wedding to be there earlier then the time we wanted to get there but when I called your company it was already closed so I had no choice but to call the day of and the lady I spoke with said I would be charged $100 extra for the extra 30mins I needed because I'm calling the day of and I told her well you were already closed so I had no choice but to call the day of and all she said was mmmm hhhh so I was charged $100 for an extra 30mins instead of $50. I thought she was gonna give me a break since it was my wedding day an all but nope. But it's ok I know now If we need the extra time I will have to call when they open the phone lines the day before.

This place was reasonably priced compared to others I was looking at. I used them in August 2014. The drivers were very professional and accommodating. The one driver even pulled over on the highway for me to take out the champaigne out of the trunk so we could have a toast on the way to the ceremony. They were patient with us and willing to stop where we needed them to. I would reccoment this company. The only problem I had was the drive was driving so slow I was worried he'd go over the alotted time we had with the limo to where we would be charged more. We had to tell him to speed up so we could make it before our time expired.

We rented a party bus in October to tour decorated Halloween houses for a Girls Night Out. We had the BEST driver -- Brian -- highly recommend! He was awesome, really took care of us, and he was super flexible. Renting the party bus was a breeze, and they even matched a deal I had from another company. The only hiccup we had was the music didn't work. We hooked up an iPod and the wiring inside the wall wasn't working properly (there was no bass and the vocal track was very low). We even tried several iPod cords. We finally figured it out about 2.5 hours into our 5 hour rental that if we pulled the cable up in the direction of the ceiling and taped it down, the music would work. I even brought an iPod Player as a backup music player but forgot the remote (errrrr!). But other than that, we had a FANTASTIC time with them. This is the second time I've rented with them, and I'll most likely rent with them again if the price is right again next year! Thanks Emperor Limousine!

I booked a bus for 20 people then thought I wouldn't have enough room so I upgraded to a party bus for 30 people. After realizing 30 people won't for sure make it I asked to downgrade, now usually places will not allow you to do that but Emperir Limousine was great enough to allow me to do that with no charge ! But that night waiting for the limo to come because that's what fits 20 people, I looked out my door and saw they still ended up giving me that party bus anyway even if I couldn't get 30 people at the same price for 20. Our experience with Emperor was basically what you would commonly expect with any limousine service. The driver was very helpful, accomodating and friendly. He was punctual with his arrival and patient with our party between stops. He never made us feel rushed and was very understanding of our change in plans. We were escorted around in a 20 pass. H2 Hummer which was very clean on the inside when we initially jumped in, as well as stocked with bottled water, sparkling water and soda for the ride. Last but not least, the custom sound system built into the Hummer was definitely up to par. The tweeters and mids supplied crisp sound while the subwoofers definitely rumbled like thunder to every bassline throughout the trip. Overall I had a great experience and I know my daughter and her friends did as well (considering how this rental was originally for my daughters Quinceañera) I definitely wouldn't mind taking my business back to Emperor the next chance I get.
