I had this limo service pick up my sister arriving on an international flight, since i could not pick her up. They were incredibly professional, and helpful from my very first call. The driver had to wait quite a while, and in spite of some confusion due to my sister’s phone not working properly, we established a 3 phone communication system as i messaged my sister, which in the end worked to perfection. My sisters arrived safe and sound in a very comfortable car, and was very pleased. Thankyou!

Good Afternoon I just wanted to send a short note to say how pleased we were with your service. From Patience with my card issue upon arrival in Mexico to the way home and answering all my questions! The pick up to Airport and return to home went well! Drivers were pleasant and professional Kevin our return driver was beyond great! He had reached out to us while in flight to check on us. Gave us detailed description of when to text him, what vehicle his was in and where he would be to meet afterwards! Even directed us to the right exit door! With a family of 4 coming in this was such a load off of us and a great relief. Everything went smooth with the exception of traffic home from airport which we all know is beyond anyone’s control. We will defiantly be referring you to others and most defiantly book again! Keep up the great work

Hired O'Hare limo to pick up my 88 year old mother coming into Chicago (a city neither she nor I know) for a memorial service. Her host had sent her the wrong address for the memorial service site so she arrived at a closed chapel by herself. Limo driver stayed with her, called me, and helped out until we got sorted out where she was going and then got her there. Above and beyond expectation, and really made a big difference in a very difficult situation.

I also love the discreetness of not having all the advertisings like we see in many other limo services. My driver, Sam was so awesome and focused and ready even at 3AM when he picked me up. Reserved this service for airport pick-up and drop-off during our company work convention. Driver was on prompt each time and got us to our location safely. I will say that we didn't get a "professional" feeling about the company. The driver was dressed extremely casual and wearing flip flops. This may not be a big deal to others, but for us, it gave a very casual impression. Considering the cost of this type of service, I would have expected more. Otherwise, we could have booked an Uber.

Our daughter goes to school and lives in Chicago. She was returning from a trip to Los Angeles and that flight got her into O'Hare after midnight...which became 12:30AM...then 1AM, etc. I did NOT trust Uber or Lyft or a cab to get her home safely. I am so glad we used (AGAIN) O'Hare Limousine...they are our go-to anytime we are in Chicago (as parents) and any time my little girl needs a ride from the airport. Regardless of the delays from United...Cathy and Carla from O'Hare Limo assured me the driver was tracking her flight and No Matter What...they would be there and get her home safely. Even better, I was able to pre-pay and add a tip so she could get her luggage and into her apartment...and not have to worry about payment. I trust this company with my most important cargo...my little girl!

Everything was good but one of the window rolled down and did not go up. I sat by the window to protect my guests in the limo from freezing cold air and suffered all the way back from the city. The trip was spoiled because on our way back, I could not take part in the games and conversations because the traffic noise was too much.The Bluetooth stopped working too.

I was thrilled with the service of O'Hare Limo. It means a lot to me to be able to speak to an person to make reservations and not rely on a website, especially if it's the first time I'm using their service. Sam, our driver, texted me as soon as we landed and met us outside EXACTLY when he said he would which was "two minutes." He was so courteous, friendly and his car was nice, warm and comfortable. He was also our driver on the return to the airport and was EARLY to our hotel, texted me again and patiently waited for us to come down. He was also very indulgent when we asked him to pull over so we could take some touristy pictures in the neighborhood, but still kept us well on time for our flight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

O'Hare limousine is the only place to get transportation. Sam' s car was the cleanest car I have ever been in. He was so nice, and 5 minutes early which I appreciated. He has been here since 1984 and can give you excellent recommendations on restaurants, bars and belly dancing clubs. I enjoyed my ride .

I had a really bad experience with another provider I had been using and was referred to O'Hare limo by our CEO's admin. They are extremely reliable, professional and trust worthy. There have been instances where I have accidentally booked 2 cars for my executive and they so customer focused that they actually caught the error and followed up with me to see if I actually intended to book 2 cars. Their service is top notch. If you are looking for a service you can rely on, O'Hare Limo is the best!!!

We had Sam as our driver twice! Once at pickup from the airport the second time back to the airport because I requested him.
