After doing several moves by myself I decided to hire movers for the first time. After reading several positive reviews I contacted Rio Moving and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish the experience was exceptional. Moving can be pretty stressful, and the team worked with me to figure out all the details leading up to the day. They were very responsive, a real pleasure to speak with, and made sure everything was ready to go. On the day of, the team showed up on time, were pleasant and professional, and very hard working. They handled all my belongings with care, and efficiently loaded, then unloaded everything at the new place. They even dropped off another item at my parents house after, all within the time they promised. I honestly can't recommend Rio Moving enough. It was the most stress-free move I've ever done. I will definitely be using them for my next move!

I had booked Rio Moving as I've seen their ads online. The reviews were all positive. Talking with them to book the appointment was very pleasant and informative. We had questions on whether we needed a 16ft or 26ft truck. after getting a gist of the size of the move We determined that we only needed a 26ft Box truck. They showed up on the date we needed and got to work. They were very professional and handled our items with care. Both Jose and Sam did an excellent job loading our things into the truck. We were even able to bring some additional items we had not planned for. They had both carried our Washer/Dryer up the stairs and helped hook these back up in the new place.I highly recommend Rio Moving as the experience was very pleasant, affordable, and took our time under consideration. This may have been the best moving experience that I've had in a long time. If you are going to move with Rio Moving, I would suggest asking for Sam and Jose as they were a great team.

They loaded everything into the truck and protected it with blankets, then moved everything into our new home. The great part is that they were willing to move things up or down the stairs for us, which made me feel so much better about our belongings being in their care. I even asked them to move a few items around after they had left, and they agreed to come back and help out!

Jose and Mike were so easy to work with, they were polite and careful with my things, and nothing was damaged or broken.They were incredibly patient with a difficult drop off location. They had to manoeuvre around a tricky driveway and move out 2-3 times to let other people on the premises out. The moving crew arrived on time, prepared to work and ready to take care of our belongings. All of the guys were very nice and took exceptional care to wrap our furniture with padding and plastic. They were friendly and worked hard. It really did seem like they enjoyed their job, they never once showed discontent while loading the truck. They even brought an extra guy who set up beds and put all our furniture back together without needing instructions, he kind of just came in and started putting it all back together.. no idea who he was or what his name was, but could not be more grateful for him! Thanks again guys!!!

They were very friendly, I felt safe with them in my apartment. They had tools to disassemble the furniture before they moved it (which was a huge help), and they put all computer boxes into a separate group from the rest of the moving supplies. We asked to make sure all our most important stuff got moved out first, and they were more than happy to do so; as a matter of fact, I might not have made it for work that day if not for the careful organization and swiftness of the Rio staff!

They worked determinedly to get the job done speedily, but also safely. I had some really heavy furniture and delicate items that they took care of with no trouble. They wrapped all of the furniture to keep it safe, and disassembled and reassembled all of the furniture without any hassle. They were friendly, kind and had a great attitude. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Rio Moving and cannot recommend this company any higher!

Robert and the rest of the movers went above and beyond to help me ensure my tv was packed properly and with a big light. Very positive experience and I will definitely use them again! Before I used this company I had a bad experience with another moving company that tried to steal from me and overcharge me. Never again! You can trust this one.

He was able to answer all questions and break down the fees, work, and process that would be a part of my moving day. The movers showed up on time and were very professional. They were professional, timely, and detailed oriented. They sent me a confirmation email with all the details and responded quickly and politely to all emails. They were also affordable than some other movers in the area. I've contacted about 15 moversin the Atlanta area, read numerous reviews, and Rio Moving by far impressed me the most.Though I was hesitant at first, their customer care representative was absolutely amazing.Communication was prompt with their responses, professional, thorough, and incredibly patient.They made sure I was in good hands and answered any questions or concerns I had.The movers themselves, Gwen and Luke were fast and well experienced. They wrapped everythingin blankets as they said they would which gave me the impression they knew exactly what they weredoing. They disassembled our bed, sectional sofa and dining table, and reassembled it at thedestined location. This was also outlined in their service contract. Other larger items we moved wereour coffee table, side table, bench, office desk, chest of drawers, and TV. These guys are extremely professional, careful with your stuff, and take great pride in their work. It’s not easy to find these qualities at once place in 2022, but Rio Moving does. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but after all the issues my wife and I had during our search for movers I felt like it was important to add yet another great review for this outstanding company. Load time was on target, and unload was right on schedule and very fast, and also managed parking challenges in two cities, as well as helping us move a special item (piano). Hiring Rio Moving was one of the best choices we made. The customer service is extremely patient and professional. The movers arrived on time and kept us informed at all times. The company has no hidden fees and all the terms of service are mentioned in the contract they send you. Although the contract is a bit lengthy I have never seen a moving company this transparent. They crew that assisted us were very professional. The whole job was completed within 3 hours and we were charged exactly what was mentioned in the contract. I highly recommend Rio Moving and would definitely use again.

The crew showed up 30 minutes late but kept me informed. On arrival they did a quick 10 minute walkthrough and got right to it. They took an additional hour to complete the job, but I can assure you they didn’t stop working. They packed and moved my furniture well ensuring there were no damages. They were able to pack up everything we wanted to keep in storage, load up everything else, and move it all within 4 hours. We had 10 huge boxes of books (3-4 feet high) that they handled very carefully. This was the easiest move I have ever had.
