In addition to on-time pick up, clean vehicle and safe driving.... My son was dropped off at the airport and left his sweatshirt in Mack's car. Mack kept calling my son's cellphone and the calls went directly in voicemail. Mack had my number to let me know he had the sweatshirt. A few days later I met Mack at the airport and retrieved the sweatshirt. We so appreciate Mack's professionalism and kindness!

Vermont Shuttle transported me from the airport to Stowe and back again. On both occasions, he was early, courteous, friendly, answered all my questions, etc. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!

Vermont Shuttle did an awesome job helping us out when my son’s ride from Norwich University to Burlington airport fell through. They were able to pick him up within an hour of our urgent request and the fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended

Highly recommended! Great service and communication. My 83 year old father was nervous about getting home from Florida to Canada with the Covid border restrictions in place. We flew to BTV where I handed him off to Vermont Shuttle and less than 3 hours later he was safely home. The gentleman driver put my father at ease and even made him laugh. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend to others.

I called at 4am to make a reservation for 430am! The driver arrived on time and was less money than the other local taxi service! This service is also is a preferable to Uber if you need to be absolutely sure of a pick up.

For anyone anxious about getting across the border from Burlington to Montreal during COVID-19, I recommend this service. Communication was really great from confirming the shuttle, to just before meeting up with the driver who met me inside of the Burlington airport. Vermont Shuttle collaborated with another company to get me to Montreal and service was great! Thank you!

DON WAS AN ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER. Our worst case scenario happened when my car broke down 1.5 hours away from our home on a Sunday in Newport VT. AKA the middle of nowhere. We called countless car services/transportation companies around the area and further out with no success until we decided to call Vermont Shuttle even though we didn’t think someone from colchester would drive that far to get us. Don picked up and after telling him where we were he responded with “I’ll leave right now”. He picked us up as soon as he could and drove us back. He wore a mask, there is a big shield separating the front and the back and the windows stayed slightly cracked for air circulation. He was great. And price was SO reasonable considering he drove 3 hours round trip for us!!!! Thank you DON!!!

Highly recommended! My mom flew to BTV to avoid hotel quarantine and due to the lack of direct flight from Haïti to MTL. Her English is terrible but the driver was patient with her and even allowed her to use his cell phone to call back to Canada. Email communication were very quickly answered. Great experience.
