Rabih from star cab drove our guest from Burlington airport to lake placid He was a consummate professional. Helpful, friendly and very very competent. Communication beforehand was handled as expected. Everything was smooth, on time and very professional. I will use them again

I got a ride from Star Cab from Middlebury to Montreal for a flight and a ride back a few days later when I returned. The service was impeccable, prompt, polite and great, clean vehicles. I would recommend Star Cab to anyone. I really appreciated their service.

We had a flight cancelation and ended up flying into Montreal Canada very last minute. We contacted Youness to pick us up and take us to Burlington Vermont airport where we rented a car to get home. He responded to our last minute inquiry, was very professional and we had a great time chatting with him during the drive. The border crossing was also very straight forward, and his price was fair. Highly recommend his services.

Youness was quick and efficient confirming our reservation via text. We were scheduled to arrive after 11 PM but instead arrived early at 10:30. I texted Youness that we were not only landing on time - but would be early. He replied - "I'm here." It was such a relief on a cold night to get into a clean, warm SUV and get home early. Youness was wonderful. We will be using Star Cab of Vermont for our taxi needs going forward.

Youness is very reliable and kind. I booked him to drive myself and four girlfriends from Waterbury to Waitsfield on a Friday night during a pretty intense snowstorm. He was very communicative, on time, came into the bar to find us when we were too drunk to realize it was time to go, and got us home safely. We were really drunk and annoying and he wasn't rude to us at all. Anyone else would have left us there when we didn't come out of the bar right away. Definitely going to ask for his help in the future if he is still willing to drive me.

I was completely panicked trying to get my college kid home for Thanksgiving! She was about to miss her train waiting for an Uber that would never arrive! Star ⭐️ Cab saved the day, they calmed us down with the assurance that she would make it on time. They texted us and got immediately to her, and safely delivered her in the nick of time! The communication and kindness was a real difference maker!! Highly recommend!!

Youness was a professional, honest and punctual driver. His car was clean and the drive was pleasant. I was not aware of the covid test that had to be performed before heading to the border and he was able to make me avoid a lot of trouble. I recommend this driver with no hesitation and if I go back to Vermont, I will definitely call him again!

Youness was an incredibly friendly and helpful driver to spend the evening with when I lost my car key. He gave me a good rate on a round trip to go home to get my spare, and when that wouldn't unlock my car, he insisted on waiting with me for roadside assistance to arrive. While we were waiting, he discovered that my spare was slightly bent, pulled a hammer out of his cab, tapped it out straight on the sidewalk, and unlocked my car!! I will definitely be calling him next time I need a lift!

Would highly recommend using this taxi service. The owner [whose name I can't quite recall] was punctual, friendly, and a great driver! He was extremely personable! Super friendly! Had such a good experience on our ride there we called him after the event to pick us back up and he was there within 8 mins. Cab was also super clean. When we come back again we will absolutely be calling star cab! Thanks for a great ride!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Star Cab has been my hero on multiple occasions. I first started using this service after an awful experience with Blazer Taxi. Not only had Blazer made me FOURTY MINUTES late for work, the man that showed up (eventually) was rude and had the dirtiest vehicle I've ever come across and literally almost crashed on the way. I was at a loss the afternoon that followed. All cab services were an hour wait or far too expensive for the location. Ready to give up, I tried Star Cab. That's when I met my dear friend Youness! Youness arrived in 15 minutes (as he said he would.. not a minute late either) and the experience that followed had me hooked. ALL of their vehicles are in pristine condition at all times.. As if they were bought just before they came to pick you up! The drivers are cautious, attentive and as safe as they come. Youness and the rest of the crew are all so personable too! Great conversationalists and just plain great people! So great, in fact, that they're the ONLY cab service I use and the ONLY cab service my hotel uses for our guests (to give them the best experience of course). I trust Youness and the rest to represent our business more than I would ANY other service. PLEASE CALL STAR CAB FOR YOUR NEXT TRIP!!

Scheduled appointment over the phone the previous day for a 5:00 am pick-up. Driver arrived at my house in a clean Toyota minivan at 4:46 am and quietly sat in the driveway. Saw that I had put a suitcase on the porch. He loaded it up. I’m from Williston and knew the absolute shortest way to the airport. He took that route. Drove fine. Very polite and personable. Strongly recommend.

Recently I had an early flight and arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport so I called Star cab of Vermont . Not only he was 5 minutes early , but he also got out of his cab to greet me and help me with the 4 bags of luggage. I would absolutely recommend Star Cab transportation!!! Youness was incredibly good at communicating and finalizing all the travel details for my trip to Vermont as well as just a nice guy! He was on time for our arrival into Burlington international and helped us navigate the town we were in. His rates were excellent and I would definitely use his services again! Youness is the best! My mom started using his service for transport (sometimes up to Montreal or over to Plattsburgh!) and he has been so caring and wonderful to her! Excellent in every way, from child car seats which we requested for our rides between BTV and Tyler Place in Highgate Springs to good communication to a very low rate. Youness keeps his large minivan cab clean and odorless. He was on time, awaited us in the airport, loaded all luggage, was personable and friendly especially with our kids, drove safely on the highway, and came straight to our cabin at Tyler Place unlike the other company we've used which wandered around the resort. All for a considerably lower price. On dropping us off at BTV he got us a luggage cart. Highly recommend. Especially for Tyler Place.
