Took a taxi ride with them from my home to the train station and returned a few days later. Each time they quickly confirmed my reservation, arrived early for pick up, kept in communication with me, adjusted to a late train arrival with no problem. Van was clean, comfortable, driver very courteous. Will use this service from now on!

I had a flight crisis where my flight was canceled and my new flight was at 4am the next day. I desperately needed transportation from an hour away to the airport at 2am on very short notice. I called many places and all of them refused except for Green Mountain. Literally life savers. They’re the only taxi service that is truly 24 hours unlike the others. They will get you wherever you need to go at any time without any complaint. Fantastically professional people. I’ve taken their taxis many times and the drivers have always been wonderful.

Used Green Mountain for a late night pickup and was really impressed. They called me at baggage claim and the car was right on time. My driver was a really nice woman from Iraq and I enjoyed chatting with her during the ride. This was my first time using the company and I’ll definitely use them again.

My driver responded to my online request and confirmed with me by phone. My driver arrived on time to pick me up from the train station and arrived on time to bring me back to it. The price was reasonable. The driver was polite and was helpful with my luggage. I would recommend this service to people in the Burlington and Essex Junction area. I would use this taxi service again if I were to return.

Great experience with Green Mountain Taxi. Made a reservation for a ride home from the airport late in the evening and as I got out of the airport, Green Mountain Taxi was there waiting for me. Very good service. Easy to book by phone and text. Booked for 5.30am on a Sunday morning. My driver arrived 20 min in advance. Clean car and friendly discussion.

I personally LOVE green mountain taxi. They are always reliable, polite, and respectful. The gentleman is so kind and always makes me feel safe in the vehicle. His driving skills are a 10/10 and he is always making sure the customer is okay.

My husband and I were stuck in Albany NY trying to make it over the border to Montreal. No other services could help us on such short notice and for such a fair price. They went out of their way to pick us up and were speedy, professional, and kind. If you are in need of a convenient way to Canada right now, this is a great option!

Driver was about 5-7 min EARLY and polite, which was great.Car was clean and newer model, which was nice. Only complaint is that there was no meter or anything to calculate price, so I think driver overcharged us. She charged us $17 to go 2 miles to the airport.... Typically cabs have only charged me $11-12 for past trips for exactly same route/miles/time.

I needed to get from BTV airport to Cabot after a late night flight. Zak met me in the terminal and led me to his beautiful Sienna van outside. Within minutes of touching down we were on the road home. He’s courteous, very professional and respectful of your desire to chill (if that’s what you want). Very safety conscious as a driver too. Didn’t dawdle, but never took any risks which might cause concern. His van is very comfortable. I could have dropped the seat back and slept if I wanted to😂. Book Zak and Green Mountain Taxi with confidence, folks!

Filled out the form online to request a taxi for an ungodly hour to get to the airport. Didn't get email confirmation, so i called to confirm and they received it. They called in the morning to check if i was ok w the driver arriving earlier than the set time. Very nice. Reliable taxi company, but a bit expensive.

Driver didn’t set meter, and when I asked how much the ride was he said “Ummm, uhhh, $20” like he was making it up on the spot. The was for a 2.7 mile drive from my house to the airport. Pretty pricey, wish Green Cab or an Uber has been available. This was not my first choice.
