We were very pleased with the service provided: On-time, professional, courteous and friendly. Nedzad's clean and comfortable van easily accommodated our party of 4 (w/luggage). When we were returning to the Amtrak station to head back home, we had plenty of time and so Nedzad gave us a little site-seeing tour thru UVM (Univ of Vermont) ... much appreciated! We highly recommend Nedzad and would look forward to using Essex Taxi again in the future. ... Thanks!

Got rerouted to Plattsburgh instead on Burlington and needed a ride for our family of four in the middle of the night. Nedzad was there waiting for us with a booster seat, tolerated our cranky, tired baby and preschooler with grace and courtesy, and made this last unexpected leg of our trip a breeze. Then he really went above and beyond when that same preschooler left a toy with great sentimental value in the taxi and he brought it back to us the next day. Absolutely incredible service!
