I have used 89 Taxi several times now for rides to and from Burlington International Airport. Every time they have been responsive to booking requests, easy to keep in touch with via phone, text, and email, and incredibly friendly and helpful with my luggage. They arrive on time and have clean, spacious vehicles. The driver was very pleasant to talk to and professional. Love this service, will definitely be using them again!

Wonderful service! As someone not from Burlington I was a bit worried about finding a ride to the airport early in morning, but 89 Taxi made the start to my trip incredibly easy. My job is out of Burlington but I work remotely and travel a lot, so I’m at BTV often. If I have an important meeting at my company’s offices in Burlington. I don’t trust anyone but 89 Taxi to get me there. I’m always greeted with a call telling me very clearly exactly where I can be picked up. Also, I live way out in Jay, which had always been a pain after long trips, because I can’t leave my car at the airport that long, none of the taxi company’s want to go out that way, and if they do…they gouge. Not 89 Taxi, they gave me, by far, the best rate from BTV to Jay Peak I’ve ever gotten. That’s how I met them. They gave me that killer rate, at like 1 AM with snow on the ground. And I haven’t used another taxi service in the Burlington area since. Without a doubt best taxi service I’ve used in Vermont!!!

I had to change flights to get into Vermont ahead of a big snow storm and needed to scramble to find a ride from Burlington to Warren very last minute. 89 Taxi pulled through big time. Responsive, attentive, and right on time. Farouq was an excellent driver and knew exactly where we were going. Don't bother with the other companies that don't call back or require 24 hours notice. I will never use another car service in VT. Thanks 89 Taxi!

Mr. Farkad provides a taxi service that is impeccable. When all other taxi services wouldn’t respond or were not appealing, this man responded cordially and professionally. He was available at 0030 in the morning for a late night flight and his prices were reasonable compared to competitors. I would recommend him to anyone that would need a ride back from the airport, no matter the time.

Really glad this company exists in Vermont, since there aren't a ton of options for taxi services. I arrived on a flight at midnight and the driver was early, texted me and waited while I got my luggage. He was super friendly and professional - crazy thing is my credit card had an issue and after an hour long trip wasn't going through! The driver just smiled and said no worries, it happens and encouraged me to just go say hi to my family after a long trip and worry about the payment later. I followed up the next day and tipped extra with gratitude. Really above and beyond. Love to meet people and small businesses like this one!

I know in our tech filled world, UBER and Lyft are the typical go to services. Amazing service. My flight was delayed 4 times due to a snowstorm. I finally got into the airport at 3am and Farkad picked me up and drove me through the heavy snow, no issue. I would’ve spent the night and slept on the airport floor otherwise. Total lifesaver

These folks went above and beyond for a friend and I last week! I had driven to Burlington to pick up a friend from the airport but their flight ended up being 4 hours late. I had an event to get to so I called 89 Taxi to see if they could pick up my friend in short notice. They picked up their phone right away and got my friend within half hour of calling! Thank you SO much! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming to my friend and drove them 45 minutes south with no questions asked. The price was affordable and I will absolutely be calling them the next time I or anyone else is in need of a ride!

Was desperate for an early morning taxi to get to the airport. Reached out to 89 Taxi the night before and he was more than willing to pick me up at 3:30AM in Charlotte. The driver showed up 15 minutes early which was great, and already had my bags loaded before I walked outside with my coffee. Plenty of space in the vehicle for extra bags like I had also. Very courteous driver, had a great conversation on the way to the airport, and got there nice and early with plenty of time to spare. Will definitely use again!

I've been really happy with 89 Taxi while in Burlington. They always give an (accurate) estimate of how long it will take them to get to you, which is not always the case with some of the other companies in the area. I've been told 10 to 15 minutes and still been waiting 25 or 30 minutes later. The drivers are also really nice guys!

During the recent blizzard 89 Taxi came to our rescue. Not only were they the only company willing to come out, they insisted on charging the standard amount even after being offered a premium. (I was fully expecting to pay at least double.) Professional, courteous, and unfazed even when he got stuck on snow - got my niece to her job safely and we are very grateful. I live in downtown Burlington and have used 89 Taxi on multiple occasions for both my friends when they are in town and need an early morning lift to the airport and myself. 89 Taxi is flexible on times and ALWAYS arrives on time. I have lived in Burlington for 5 years and have had previous experiences with other services of a reserved cab not showing up, or showing up late. 89 taxi is not only reliable, but Farkad is the first taxi driver to ever come directly to my door (instead of just calling from the cab) to help me with my luggage. I currently only use 89 taxi and the number is saved in my phone as "taxi." I recommend 89 taxi and give their services 5 stars, for sure!

I booked a Taxi from BTV to my vacation rental in Stowe. After polling Reddit and checking Google reviews, I reached out to about 6 local companies in Burlington. 89 Taxi was the first to respond and their rate was the lowest of the group (tied with the second company to respond). I had a few additional questions and Farkad always responded almost immediately. My flight arrived a little early and I had booked a pickup for an hour post landing to account for possible delays in flight and at baggage claim. I emailed Farkad to let him know I was early and heard immediately back from Farkad along with a phone call from my driver, Sarmad. My ski equipment wasn't out yet and he patiently waited for me to be ready. I easily found him outside the door and we were on our way! The ride was about 50 or so minutes and we talked the entire time - what a warm welcome into the area at midnight! I cannot recommend 89 Taxi enough for your service in the Burlington area! I will absolutely use them next time I'm flying up to ski at Stowe! I was also able to pay with a credit card which is a must for me.
