Event though mi flight into Boston was delayed several times during the day, when I finally arrived 5 and one half hours after the schedules arrival time, my driver was at the designated pickup location when I left the terminal - no waiting at all and he took me directly to my hotel. The company confirmed my reservation, was there on time (and my flight was early) and even helped me navigate the airport to find my ride. I will absolutely use Boston Limousine when I need car service in the future. Working with them was wonderful! Due to a storm that forced me to change my flight twice, I had to change car service as well, and Rayna helped me find a time and a driver that could accommodate me each time. She was very pleasant over the phone and made things much less stressful for me. On the day of my ride, there was some construction that delayed my driver, but he called to let me know where he was and when he would arrive and Rayna also texted me to let me know--I was very pleased with the Communication on all fronts. I didn't need to stress at all because when Rayna and I planned the pickup time we allowed extra time for just such issues - especially after the storm, we wanted to make sure if there was flooding or anything else that would come up that we were prepared and that I had plenty of time to get to the airport. Nabil was my driver and he was fantastic! He arrived dressed impeccably, greeted me with a warm hello, and he wore a mask and let me know that he sanitizes the interior of the car after each guest. I can't even recall how much traffic there was or how long it took us to get to the airport because the conversation was so wonderful! Nabil is one of the best driver's I've had and I highly recommend him! Overall, a wonderful experience with Boston Limousine and I recommend using them for any travel needs, especially for airport drop-offs/pickups.

We had an amazing experience from the moment we were in touch with Rayna to start the reservation to when Edgar dropped us off at the end of the night. We did a holiday lights tour with our immediate household. It was a great way to enjoy the city and lights while staying safe. We made last minute changes which were readily accommodated, the car was clean and comfortable, and Edgar kept his mask on the entire time. I've used Boston Limo for all my trips to Logan. They are absolutely the best. I usually need a 3:30-4:00 am pickup. The driver is always on time, cheerful, polite and professional. The cars are all very very nice, and comfortable. There is always water available. On my return trips from China they are waiting for me. I've never had to call or wait for them. So nice to relax in high comfort as they battle with traffic. Super service. I can't think of one negative thing to say.

I reserved car service from the Boston airport to our hotel in Salem, and then again for the trip back to the airport several days later. We were fortunate to have the same driver both trips. He was professional, kind, and truly a delight! He told us a bit of the history of a few of the places we were passing on our drive in to Salem, and on the return trip made sure we arrived at the airport in time despite the very heavy traffic. The car was very clean. I chose this company because the web site indicates the cars are sanitized between rides, which made me feel very comfortable. I'd highly recommend Boston Limousine!

I have used Boston Limousine twice, once for a ride from Boston Logan airport to my house in a small town about an hour away, and another time to pick me up from my house for a ride to Logan. Both times the drivers were on time (early, actually), very professional and the car was new and immaculate. The second time I picked the date incorrectly when booking through their website--2022 instead of 2021--and I almost immediately got a call from their courteous operator to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. They corrected it and sent me an email confirmation with the new price and pick-up details. Great communication! I will be using Boston Limousine again!

Our driver was courteous and the car was super clean! Smooth trip to the airport to visit our daughter. I needed an airport transfer last minute on a Sunday for Monday morning. I filled out the request online and got an immediate response and call for confirmation. This was great because it definitely put my mind at ease knowing it was confirmed that someone was going to show. The next morning I got a call & text from the driver because I’d enter Salem, MA instead of Salem, NH. I’m just glad that there wasn’t the same address in Salem, MA. The driver was good enough to realize that it was prob NH but called & texted me to confirm. There was a rate change because of the difference and the office messaged me to review the rate change instead of just charging my card. All around excellent service. Great company to deal with.

I rented an 8 seater Limo from them for a Bachelor Party a few Thursdays ago. Not only was the driver, Edgar, close to being 20 minutes early, he was professional, respectful, and very helpful. He got us to where we wanted to go safely and quickly and was very quick with responding to our texts to come and get us. The Limo was very clean and presentable and Rayna was very helpful throughout the booking process. They even refunded a $260 fee because we originally where going down to Rhode Island but stayed more local.

I received a text before pickup allowing me to know the name, phone number, and car detail for the driver that would be there when I arrived. Boston Limousine is simply wonderful. The drivers and professional, polite, friendly, are careful drivers, and always find a way to get us to the airport in time - and we live about 1.5 hours away from the airport in a rural area, so planning that is no small feat. They also track the flights and use that information to adjust. There is no better limo service in the area.

Arranged for limousine service from Logan to avoid long walk to ride share lot. ( Logan airport now dictates all ride share use central parking garage.) And I had several large suitcases that would not all fit inside anything less than an uberxl. That made the price difference small enough to be worth the convenience.

I was in need of 2 vehicles to take our family to Black Falcon Pier and after researching the internet I came across Boston Limo so I decided to give it a short and I am so glad I did the reservation staff was great she even told me the cheapest way to go. After booking my reservation I had to cancel 1 vehicle and she made it super easy for me. When the driver came to pick us up he was clean cut, courteous and wouldn’t allow my husband to help him place our bags in the vehicle. The night before our cruise ended our son and wife along with my grandchildren didn’t have any transportation home I went on Boston Limo hoping to get another car on short notice and to my surprise they were able to accommodate me. While waiting to be picked up I was called and told how far out they were and once they came they Called to notify me of there location as the Pier doesn’t have a special section for limousines I will never call on any other limo service again because they would have a hard time beating this company. If I could have I would have given 10 stars.
