Driver was on time for both our departure and return flights, and came with the requested car seats. No issues with the service.

The signage is a bit confusing. When we arrived we followed the signs for uber and lift pickups. I smelled horribly of horse manure. When our Lyft arrived we learned that they were no longer allowed to pick up there. So I told him we'd be right there and we left after snapping pics of the signage saying I was where I was supposed to be and where I thought it was. Then I asked where to go and ran off. I got up there and headed to a bench to order an uber/lyft. We were then approached by a driver who offered to drive outside of the app. I should've gotten the guys details but I ordered through uber which scared him off. But it really mad me mad that my Uber cost me an additional $30 because of the outdated signage. Then when we returned to fly home the gentleman who took our bags weighed them. One was overweight and another under so he let us move 3 lbs between them. And then told us to go to 31A. Well, at least that's what we heard. It was actually B31A. So we ended up going the opposite direction following the A signs. It was so incredibly frustrating of an experience. And then only one place was open to get a drink after security. I know generally no their fault but some well placed vending machines would be freaking great. Especially if, like me, you missed morning meds rushing to get ready. It always seems that you are most thirsty when you have no drink options. My stars deducted are for the signage alone though as that was the most distressing and costly situation.

Getting to/from the airport with 2 kids can be stressful, but Boston Airport shuttle made it much easier. There was excellent communication from the moment we booked our ride to/from the airport. On the return reservation, I even made a mistake with the pick up time and they must have cross referenced the airline info because they called me within minutes to correct it. The drivers arrived early on both occasions & stayed in touch via text messages. Both drivers were professional and very helpful with the luggage while I installed our car seat. The cars were clean, the drivers were very friendly & the price was reasonable compared to other services we’ve used. We’ll definitely use them again & recommend them to our friends. Like

Reliable and great communication, Boston Airport Shuttle. Book online and you will get a message from their dispatch within minutes. Friendly drivers. I travel to Logan every few months and I use them for transport on arrival and departure. I won't risk using someone else.

Sorry, not a review, yet! I have a question, I am trying to search cheap car rentals & put in pick up in Peabody/Danvers area and it keeps putting pick up at Logan Airport Shuttle & changing my pick up location to Danvers. Does the Logan Shuttle location on Newbury St in Danvers have rental cars? I need to do this asap!!! Thank you in advance fellow Google Guides!!

The great service. All modern facilities are inside taxi. The taxi is clean. The drivers are well behaved. They always present in time. They have time sense and provide quick drive with comfortable. I’m definitely going to recommend this service to others.

The concept of Express Shuttle is great. It works well for us when we are travelling in a group. Good that we can travel at our own time and be picked up from our door step. Friendly drivers and good value for money.

Had a pick-up scheduled with Transportation New England and they never came. I called around to see if other companies could take me to the airport, but they all said they either didn't do pick-ups in my area, or there was no one available to pick me up right then. I finally stumbled upon Boston Airport Shuttle in my Google searches, and they were excellent. The driver called right within the promised window of time to let me know he was close by, so I was ready to hop into the car when he got there. He asked if I had a preferred route, otherwise he'd just take the GPS's, and I said I was fine with whatever the GPS said. It was a very pleasant and direct ride. The perfect amount of Boston friendly, so that he was nice but I didn't pressured to make unnecessary chitchat. Very professional. Got to the airport right on time, with Boston Airport Shuttle saving the day when TNE let me down. Would definitely take them again!
