Blue Nile is typically very punctual. However, for our 10/30/2022 pickup, they were uncharacteristically late. Usually, they over communiacte when the driver is on his/her way, and when they arrive for the pickup which is typically 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup tiime. On 10/30, there were no texts and no driver. I called dispatch after about 10 minutes. The driver was delayed, but arrived within 10 minutes after that. I will assume this pickup was an anomaly and expect their typically great promptness in the future.

Blue Nile had near perfect ratings and the price was even less than others I saw, so I decided to give them a go. My driver was early, which was great because I was ready earlier than I expected. I had a fabulous overall experience. I booked Blue Nile Livery based on the reviews while on vacation to travel to Boston to Martha’s Vineyard ferry. Easy booking, great communication and Eric made our drive very pleasant and relaxing. He went out of his way to make sure we had umbrellas at the ferry due to the weather. We have our return drive back, but would for sure use Blue Nile Livery again when in the area and high recommend to others.

Luka was very helpful, patient, and responsive in the booking process, tracking with any itinerary update we sent him. We traveled for two days to get home from our vacation due to bad weather. When we called to make the reservation, they answered the phone. We were a short notice reservation because our flights were delayed by two days. The person who answered the phone was so nice. He had to call me back to see if he could find a driver. Not even ten minutes passed and he called me back. The only part of our trip home that was perfect was Blue Nile Livery. To get off the plane and they actually communicated with us as the plane landed, told us where to go and they were there was so fantastic. The driver was really nice. The SUV was super clean and so comfortable. The price was affordable. They have earned 100 percent of my airport business.

These guys are fantastic. I was traveling with a family of 4 to Disney. When we arrived at the airport we realized we forgot one of our bags. Luckily we had used Blue Nile as they went to the house, picked up the bag and brought it to the airport just before our flight arrived. Truly exceptional I cannot recommend enough.

Luka was the agent I spoke to. I had a elderly sister flying into Logon "Boston" airport - after many cancelations and she was extremely fatigued. I went on line and found Blue Nile Livery and called 30 mins before my sister's arrival. He was extremely helpful, I had apparently been given the wrong flight # and he found that she was actually arrive in 15 mins. I was so stressed thinking she would have to wait for the Bus that travels to Manchester NH - where we live. This was the day we had a Ice Storm and car's were all over the road and I was scared for my sister's safety. She actually had a paid ticket to take the Boston Express back to NH. He was so kind and assured me that he could help in such sort notice. 15 mins, OMG.. He took all her information and sent a driver to pick her up and before I knew she was texting me she was on her way home. I was so relieved. I was kept in contact every step of the process. This company "Luka" was AMAZING !!!!! :) I can not say how much I appreciated such Fantastic Customer Service from Luka and his driver was amazing to my sis. Overall great experience. Would recommend and would use them again. We used Blue Nile for a recent wedding, accommodated 6 guests, ride to and from the venue. Driver was on time, drove safely and was courteous. The most important thing for us was to arrive and get back on time and without worry. That was accomplished (why just 4 stars?) Not a huge deal but they do state that bottles of water will be available on board but I had to ask on the ride to the venue, so felt a little awkward and only were given 3 bottles for 6 people and on the way back only found four bottles, perhaps they were tucked into the back seat area and we just didn't see them?? Would have been nice not to have to ask and for there to be enough water for everyone. Update - Changed to 5 Stars! - We immediately received a nice email from Blue Nile - they apologized for any inconvenience which assured us they really want to provide great service and do take all feedback seriously. I would definitely recommend.

The customer service representative called immediately to get my flight information and was incredibly helpful in arranging not only my ride but assistance with my luggage. I think that your drivers are courteous, respectful and make you feel comfortable . Your cars are very clean and a nice smooth drive . The only concern I have is that when you book a trip to the Airport. There has to be more clarification of what day to be picked up or dropped off if it is an a.m. or a very late trip. Because on my receipt from your car service it said Tuesday but obviously it was 12:30am the next day, so it should have said Wednesday instead Tuesday. Otherwise I am happy and will continue to use your service and recommend you .

If it was possible to give more than five stars I would give this livery company more. I hired Blue Nile Livery for a trip to and from Logan Airport recently. The driver was not only on time but early. I received confirmation emails prior to the date of service but also a text messages the morning of to inform me my driver was en route and also his name. The car was clean and the driver professional. My experience from Logan airport exceeded my expectations of this company. My flight was changed several times and Blue Nile was more than accommodating of my unexpected and uncertain traveling changes. They reassured me that a driver would be waiting for me when I arrived and that Blue Nile was also monitoring my flight. Thr driver was friendly and professional and the car was exceptionally clean. I will definitely use Blue Nile on my next trip.

Since we started using Blue Nile our stress level for departing for the airport has gone to zero. Their cars are luxurious they are always on time and the drivers are thoughtful and interesting to talk with. When returning from a grueling international flight is very reassuring to know that my Blue Nile driver will be waiting for me. These guys are excellent. I called but no answer so hung up. 2 minutes later I got a call back apologizing for missing my call. The person gave me a quote without and hassle and explained that’s the price and includes everything. After getting a few other quotes they setup my ride without any issues. The driver showed up promptly this morning and picked up my family and brought us to the airport. Nice casual conversation along the way. Very happy with and will be using them for our trips in the future. Have used them again and once again a perfect experience. This time flight was delayed coming in from 11:30PM until 1:30AM. The driver was waiting as the plane landed and texted me as it did to let me know for sure.
